针对服务型制造网络(SMN)质量属性多级协同交互及各自相关矩阵非对称性问题,采用质量功能展开(QFD)将顾客需求映射到SMN模块化多级质量属性设计过程中,提出一种结合模糊层次分析(FAHP)、决策试验与实验评估(DEMATEL)的多模块递阶质量屋方法来计算考虑非对称性自相关矩阵的质量属性权重。首先从质量特性、质量水平、质量行为3个维度构建SMN模块化质量属性评价指标,然后建立FAHP-DEMATEL多模块递阶质量屋模型计算SMN模块化质量属性权重,并根据权重识别关键质量属性。最后通过案例对比传统QFD和FAHP-QFD方法,验证所提方法能够更好地揭示模块化间的协同交互规律及各自内部因素的直接关系与间接关系。 相似文献

为了精确给出在役港口门座起重机的风险评价值以及所处风险等级,以便于对门座起重机进行风险管理,提出了把基于风险评估的设备检验技术(RBI)原理和模糊层次分析法(FAHP)结合起来的风险评价方法。从安全系统理论出发,结合事故可能性与后果严重性,从人、机、环境和管理四个方面建立了包含门座起重机各生命周期在内的风险评价指标体系,并运用模糊层次分析法确定了各指标的权重;最后运用模糊综合评价方法,结合风险分析矩阵,确定了案例单位起重机的风险级别。实际应用结果表明,该评价方法的评价结果与特检部门性能评估技术报告相符,从而验证了该方法的科学性和适用性。 相似文献

In this paper, quality function deployment (QFD) approach is used for selecting the vendors in pharmaceutical company and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process has been used to determine the importance of the “weights” in QFD. Determining the importance of the weights for the customer requirements is essential and crucial in QFD process. Using fuzzy approach can reflect the customer requirement more precisely and provides a decision tool that facilitates the vendor selection especially for a pharmaceutical company, since those companies face a very specific challenge: consumers do not have discretion over their choices; ethical drugs must be prescribed by physicians to be bought and used by final consumers. 相似文献

针对客户需求向工程特性转化过程中存在的主观性、模糊性和复杂性等问题,提出了一种基于数据挖掘的客户需求数据向工程特性权重的转化方法。利用模糊层次分析法对采集到的客户需求数据进行分析,得到客户需求重要度,建立了单一客户的质量屋,获取该客户需求对应的工程特性权重。构建了多层感知器模型,挖掘客户需求数据与工程特性权重之间的关系,确定客户需求向工程特性权重之间的转化模型。最后以减速器的客户需求与工程特性的转化为例,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。 相似文献

Within the competitive market environment, understanding customer requirements is crucial for all corporations to obtain market
share and survive competition. Only the products exactly meeting customer requirements can win in the market place. Therefore,
customer requirements play a very important role in the evaluation and decision process of conceptual design schemes of products.
In this paper, an evaluation and decision method based on customer requirements is presented. It utilizes the importance of
customer requirements, the satisfaction degree of each evaluation metric to the specification, and an evaluation metric which
models customer requirements to evaluate the satisfaction degree of each design scheme to specific customer requirements via
the proposed BP neural networks. In the evaluation and decision process, fuzzy sets are used to describe the importance of
customer requirements, the relationship between customer requirements and evaluation metrics, the satisfaction degree of each
scheme to customer requirements, and the crisp set is used to describe the satisfaction degree of each metric to specifications.
The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by an example of front suspension fork design of mountain bikes. 相似文献

The current research of configurable product design mainly focuses on how to convert a predefined set of components into a valid set of product structures. With the scale and complexity of configurable products increasing, the interdependencies between customer demands and product structures grow up as well. The result is that existing product structures fails to satisfy the individual customer requirements and hence product variants are needed. This paper is aimed to build a bridge between customer demands and product structures in order to make demand-driven fast response design feasible. First of all, multi-hierarchical models of configurable product design are established with customer demand model, technical requirement model and product structure model. Then, the transition of multi-hierarchical models among customer demand model, technical requirement model and product structure model is solved with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and the algorithm of multi-level matching. Finally, optimal structure according to the customer demands is obtained with the calculation of Euclidean distance and similarity of some cases. In practice, the configuration design of a clamping unit of injection molding machine successfully performs an optimal search strategy for the product variants with reasonable satisfaction to individual customer demands. The proposed method can automatically generate a configuration design with better alternatives for each product structures, and shorten the time of finding the configuration of a product. 相似文献
