本文通过面板数据格兰杰因果检验的方法,对我国东、中、西及东北四区的各省份服务业集聚与城市化的关联关系进行了实证分析。研究发现,虽然存在着明显的区域经济差异,但四个地区各个省份服务业集聚与城市化都表现出没有或具有单向及双向的关联关系,其原因也各有不同。从区域城市化的角度而言,各个地区要因地制宜,从而在不同的发展阶段实现服务业集聚与城市化的良性互动。  相似文献

现有文献对产业集聚机制的理论研究,并没有对形成集聚的企业的来源进行区分,暗含地假设了这些企业都是来源于集聚区域之外的。事实上,本文发现存在这样一种产业集聚形成机制:区域内的初始企业中不断有人力资本型员工离职创业,在当地创立新的同类企业,逐步形成当地的特色产业。本文分析了这一产业集聚机制的原理和形成条件,通过对江苏金坛服装行业集聚的实地调研,从经验上对上述机制进行验证,并对更好地规范和引导这种类型的产业集聚作进一步的讨论。  相似文献

大量研究显示,提高市场化水平是加速现代服务业发展的关键手段。放置在中国特定的国情背景下,必须要弄清楚的是:在过度竞争和垄断约束的前提下,是放宽市场准入还是收紧市场准入更有利于服务业发展;在市场化水平短期无法提升的前提下,是利用政府手段集聚服务业资源还是放任不管。应当说,这些问题是“十二五”时期加速提升现代服务业发展过程中迟早要面对并应解决的问题。基于此,本文从市场化角度探讨制约我国现代服务业发展的具体表现,阐释其原因,并据此提出对策建议。  相似文献

In the process of global industrial adjustment, the structure of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has shifted towards services. The degree of openness of service industry has been greatly improved since China's opening up to the outside world. As a result, FDI in services has grown substantially. It can be expected that China's service industry will become the most attractive field to foreign capital. In this paper, the status, problems and determinants of FDI in China's service industry are analyzed. Compared with the world growth trend of services FDI and its changing mix, the stock of China's services FDI is rather small and the sector distribution is uneven: the proportions of finance, trade and fundamental service sectors are very small, while FDI in real estate, leasing and business services account for very large share. Services FDI in China shows strong locational preference, while the sector distribution in provinces or cities does not have much difference, mostly concentrating in such service sectors as real estate and social services. Services FDI in China are positively influenced by the degree of openness and market scale. However, there aren't appreciable relationships between services FDI and the infrastructure, development level of service industry and human capital. It conducts empirical analyses on the relationship between services FDI and the value-added, labor productivity of China's service industry. It shows that the positive relationship between services FDI and the development of China's service industry is not evident. There exists a positive correlation between services FDI and labor productivity of China's service industry, but this effect has a time lag. Some countermeasures are put forward accordingly.  相似文献

随着分布式计算技术的发展,以自治的服务协同与互操作为主要构造手段、结构与行为随需而变的面向服务的软件系统已成为当前主流的软件架构,分析并理解服务交互行为对于这类复杂软件系统的开发、维护和运营具有重要意义.针对面向服务的软件系统中基本构成元素Web服务的复杂交互执行行为,考虑到服务自治性及系统规模化所带来的复杂性,借鉴复杂网络建模分析方法,提出了一种考虑服务行为特征的服务动态行为生长演化模型.模型首先以真实服务的服务结构数据为基础,以服务间参数关联关系为核心,通过参数匹配建立服务结构网络作为基本连通性约束,代表可能发生交互关系的服务.然后,基于服务间的择优选择、组合交互及动态重组等特性,对面向服务的软件系统生长演化及动态执行行为进行了仿真建模.在Seekda及QWS数据集上进行了仿真实验,结果表明:与传统的软件系统的层次性结构有所不同,由自治的Web服务所构成的软件系统具有更强的模块性;与系统中个体服务演化规则,如择优连接及动态重组相比,服务结构网络的性质对系统最终形态有更重要的影响,相关结果对大规模服务软件的构建及分析具有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

除了Web服务本身的动态性和提供的服务质量有差异外,互联网上各种恶意、伪装、虚假的不真实Web服务导致用户很难快速获得高质量的服务。提出了一种面向信任演化与联盟的服务组合框架,将服务提供者与服务请求经过演化而形成一种信任关系,通过组合过程形成的信任关系再将可信的服务提供者与服务请求者演化成一种联盟关系,从而将恶意、虚假的服务排除在系统之外,使得服务组合在可信的场景中进行;在此基础上,提出了基于信任演化与联盟的服务组合选取算法,避免了以往研究中对多维可信指标简单加权的不足。经过理论分析与实验对比证实了提出的框架具有很好的服务组织质量和速度。  相似文献

流程结构演化是实现服务流程重构的一种有效手段,可以充分利用已有流程资源快速定制满足新业务需求的服务流程.然而,当前服务演化研究多关注于流程局部组成服务以及接口参数的兼容替换,对于流程结构演化所提供的操作过于简单,难以应对复杂流程演化场景.针对上述问题,提出一种基于逻辑Petri网的服务流程结构演化形式化描述方法.利用逻辑Petri网将服务流程建模为服务网,在服务网的基础上,针对不同的演化需求构建相应的结构演化运算;引入结构范式概念评价服务流程的结构健壮性,并借助逻辑Petri网的结构性质来分析与验证所建立的演化运算对流程结构范式的级别保持问题.给出了基于流程结构演化的服务流程定制框架,并基于所提出结构演化运算设计开发了仿真验证平台,验证了方法的有效性.  相似文献

Managers in the service sector are under pressure to demonstrate that their services are customer-focused and that continuous performance improvement is being delivered. It is essential that customer expectations are properly understood and measured under the constraints that organizations must manage. The majority of the work to date has attempted to use the SERVQUAL (service quality) methodology in an effort to measure service quality. In this study, firstly the concept and factors of service quality are examined. Then a fuzzy AHP (analytic hierarchy process) is structured to evaluate the proposed service quality framework. Compared with manufacturing, the modularization of services has rarely been dealt with, despite its potential benefits. More specifically, the question of how to modularize services in the practical context is still an unexplored subject. In response, this paper proposes a solid framework for service modularization, by employing and modifying the House of Quality (HoQ) structure in Quality Function Deployment (QFD) using two ways: driver-based approach and interrelationship-based approach. Firstly, module drivers representing the service characteristics are identified through a comprehensive literature review. In this step, twofold module drivers are identified: one for common and the other for service-specific. Secondly, by considering the interdependent nature of service offering, service is decomposed according to the three predefined dimensions: service process, service outcome, and prerequisites for the service. Service modularization is then conducted using HoQ structure; the relationships between module drivers and decomposed service components are analyzed in the Strategic Modularability Matrix (SMM), whereas the interrelationships among service components are identified in Interrelated Components Modularability Matrix (ICMM). Finally, a clustering analysis is conducted to identify the module candidates. In order to illustrate the utility of the proposed approach, a restaurant service is exemplified. This study contributes to the field by filling the void left by the service sector by applying the service-specific module drivers to modularize services, as well as analyzing the relationship among service components using three interrelated dimensions.  相似文献

The Airline industry faces various issues and difficulties related to its management, which have a peculiar and a complex solution. The objective of this paper is to introduce new and simplified methodologies for improving the airline sector by introducing cost efficient and relatively high payout services. In this paper, we have applied strategic sharing of modules in service family design using coalition game and Cournot game theories to model the related situations. Service family design is a cost-effective way for achieving mass customization by developing highly differentiated products from a common platform while laying emphasis on individual products. A coalitional game is applied which is used to model the potential module sharing and thus determines which modules that are being used in the platform proves to be the most beneficial ones. The empirical evidence suggests that convenience, safety and service quality also have a major influence on the choice of airline passengers. In a Cournot model, new services are predicted to be introduced by an airline and the effect of that service on its profits and thus response from other competitor airlines are carefully examined and result of this, decides the layout of the service in the functionality of the airline. This research can be efficiently used to assist the working of airline companies and help them to select services and have a better understanding of the role of quality of different services in the airline sector as a whole, thus giving them an edge over its competitors.  相似文献
