为了使生产煤系针状焦的副产品沥青得到有效应用,对副产品沥青部分替代中温沥青生产改质沥青进行了反应釜试验研究,以确定改质沥青生产的混配比例和最佳工艺参数,并对应用前景进行了分析。结果表明,应用副产品沥青部分替代中温沥青生产改质沥青是可行的,且得到的改质沥青能够达到行业标准一级品的要求,降低了生产成本,减少了中温沥青用量,提高了软沥青产量。  相似文献

用自制1.5kg小焦炉为主要实验工具,以低温煤焦油沥青和焦油渣为改质添加剂,按不同配比与炼焦配合煤进行炼焦。实验结果表明:添加物与煤共焦化时,焦油和粗苯的产率都有不同程度提高,焦炭产率略有下降。除焦油渣外,各种沥青都使焦炭强度有所改善,尤其是低温煤焦油沥青可使焦炭各向异性成分含量有明显增加,从而使焦炭Ⅰ转鼓强度有较大幅度地提高。  相似文献

以改质沥青为粘结剂、电煅无烟煤和沥青焦为骨料,研究骨料粒度、加热温度、保温时间及振动次数对改质沥青浸润性的影响,并对不同粒度分布的电煅无烟煤和沥青焦的比表面积进行测定。结果表明,随着骨料粒度的减小,骨料颗粒的比表面积逐渐增大;改质沥青对电煅无烟煤和沥青焦的浸润性均随骨料粒度的减小和振动次数的增加而大幅度降低,随加热温度和保温时间的增加而逐渐增大。通过适当调整骨料粒度分布、加热温度、保温时间、振动次数等工艺参数,能够改善改质沥青对电煅无烟煤和沥青焦的浸润效果。  相似文献

 研究了配入改质沥青的量对4种配合煤的几种主要成焦性能灰分Ad、挥发分Vdaf、硫分St,d、收缩指数X和煤粘结指数G的影响。研究表明,加入改质沥青小于6%时,4种配煤的灰分逐渐下降,之后又逐渐上升;4种配煤挥发分的含量随改质沥青配入量的增加逐渐增大,到5%时达到最大;硫分含量因配合煤不同而有差异,配比4随改质沥青的增加硫含量变化不大,其它3种配合煤在改质沥青的含量小于5%时,硫含量基本不变,之后急剧增大;4种配合煤的胶质层厚度Y随着改质沥青的加入量的增大而增大;收缩指数X随改质沥青含量的增加而下降;配比3的粘结指数随改质沥青的含量的增加基本不变化,其它3种配合煤的粘结指数在改质沥青为5%~6%时达到最大。  相似文献

 针对宣化钢铁公司焦化厂所用的种煤,分别研究改质沥青的加入量,对灰分Ad、挥发分Vdaf、硫分St,d、收缩指数X和煤粘结指数G等主要成焦性能的影响。研究表明:加入改质沥青小于5%时,对瘦煤、1/3焦煤、焦2煤和弱粘煤的灰分、硫含量的影响不大,对弱粘煤、1/3焦煤和瘦煤的粘结指数没有明显的影响,对弱粘煤和瘦煤的胶质层厚度影响也不明显;随着改质沥青的加入,焦2煤和1/3焦煤的胶质层厚度显著增加,焦2煤的粘结性指数也显著增加。加入改质沥青大于5%时,随着改质沥青的加入,瘦煤和弱粘煤的灰分下降明显,焦2煤硫含量降低增大,瘦煤的胶质层厚度显著增加,弱粘煤、1/3焦煤和瘦煤的粘结指数有明显增加。加入改质沥青对各单种煤收缩指数影响规律较复杂,弱粘煤和1/3焦煤的收缩指数在配入3%改质沥青降到最小,以后又都明显增大,但改质沥青达到5%~6%后又减小;焦2煤和瘦煤在加入量小于5%时,收缩指数变化不大,加入量大于5%时才明显减少。  相似文献

Furan, epoxy, and their composites were used to modify pitch binder for TiB2/C composite cathode in aluminum electrolysis. The physical-chemical properties of the cathodes have been investigated. When the pitch is modified by furan and epoxy composite, the cathode exhibits the lowest electrolysis expansion (0.60 pct), open porosity (28.80 pct), and electrical resistivity (35.91 μΩ·m); the highest bulk density (2.54 g·cm–3); and compressive strength (44.90 MPa). Results of the semicokes from a scanning electron microscope show that cohesion and toughness are effectively improved, especially in the case of the furan and epoxy composite-modified pitch semicokes. Studies using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy indicate that an aromaticity index of 0.845 and a condensed degree Abs880/Abs1600 of 0.927 of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons are obtained, suggesting that a more complete reaction of the cross-linked curing takes place in the pitch binder modified by furan and epoxy composite, which improves cohesion and toughness of the binder and, thus, enhances the performances of TiB2/C composite cathode.  相似文献

The N1 component of the auditory brain evoked potential was used as a direct electrophysiological index, to study how the perception of pitch for complex periodic tones can be influenced by the phase of the harmonics that make up a sound, according to their ranks. Results showed that in the low pitch and/or high spectra region, N1 latency was modified by phase, whereas it was not in the high pitch and low spectra region. These data help bring evidence towards a dual mechanism for pitch perception, and demonstrate that these processes take place within 110 ms following stimulus onset. Results are compatible with a model based on the resolvability of components and on the bandwidth of auditory filters.  相似文献

Absolute pitch (AP) is the ability to identify a tone's pitch or to produce a tone at a particular pitch without the use of an external reference pitch. AP exists in varying degrees among people generally described as AP possessors. AP possessors vary not only in the accuracy with which they can identify pitches, but also in their ability to produce pitches absolutely and in their ability to identify tones of various timbres and in various pitch registers. AP possessors' memory for pitches is mediated by verbal pitch names; they do not have superior memory for pitches per se. Although the etiology of AP is not yet completely understood, evidence points toward the early-learning theory. This theory states that AP can be learned by anyone during a limited period early in development, up to the age 6, after which a general developmental shift from perceiving individual features to perceiving relations among features makes AP difficult or impossible to acquire. Vertical movement of the larynx during connected speech was investigated in Standard Thai - a language that has five phonologically contrastive tones. The effects of pitch, consonant phonation-type, vowel quality, tonal categories, and position in the utterance were determined. Utterance position was found to be the factor most clearly associated with variations in larynx movement. The occurrence of an overall rise-fall pattern of larynx movement distributed over utterances of varying pitch patterns leads to the conclusion that larynx height is not a principal factor regulating pitch in connected speech. Implications for models of pitch production, distinctive features for tone, theories on the historical development of tone and the role of larynx movements in the production of consonants and vowels are discussed.  相似文献
