The acidic oxides of analytical reagents such as SiO2, B2O3, P2O5 were used as modifier to fix f- CaO in the converter slag in this paper, respectively. The experimental results show that, the mass fraction of f- CaO in coverter slag decreases from 4. 27% to less than 0. 5% when the mass ratio of acidic oxide to f- CaO is fixed at 1:3. It means that acidic oxides such as SiO2, B2O3, P2O5 can reduce the content of f- CaO significantly, leading to the stability of modified converter slag improved. According to the analysis results of mineral phases and microstructural aspects of the modified slag, it is indicated that the modifier can not only fix f- CaO in the converter slag, but also capture the CaO of C2F, resulting in the content of C2S in the prepared modified converter slag increased. Low f- CaO, low C2F and high C2S slag was generated by adding modifier into converter slag, which was benefit for the modified converter slag used in the field of cement. 相似文献

The solubility of MgO in slags forming during injection in large converters is calculated on the basis of the model of associated ionic solutions and the polymer model of slags. A fundamental approach to suppressing the solubility of the periclase-carbon lining by means of magnesium-bearing fluxes is formulated. The quantity of magnesium oxide required to saturate the slag is determined, and the slag conditions that are optimal in terms of the mass of magnesium additive introduced are selected. To improve the technological expediency, the use of iron-bearing magnesia fluxes is recommended. 相似文献

为了获得两阶段脱磷的关键工艺参数,通过统计100 t转炉留渣双渣工艺生产数据,比较了脱磷及脱碳阶段的脱磷有利条件,研究结果表明,两阶段脱磷条件对脱磷效果的影响规律存在显著差异,脱磷阶段炉渣碱度为1.8~2.2、Fe2O3质量分数为23%~28%、钢液温度为1 350~1 400 ℃时,可获得最优的脱磷效果;脱碳阶段炉渣碱度为3.2~5.2、Fe2O3质量分数为18%~30%、钢液温度为1 600~1 700 ℃时,提高炉渣碱度及Fe2O3质量分数或降低钢液温度可获得更优的脱磷效果;脱磷、脱碳阶段都没有达到热力学平衡,但脱磷阶段与热力学平衡差距更大,脱碳阶段更接近热力学上的平衡。 相似文献
