Adopting distributed control architecture is the important development direction for shop floor management and control system, is also the requirement of making it agile, intelligent and concurrent. Some key problems in achieving distributed control architecture are researched. An activity model of shop floor is presented as the requirement definition of the prototype system. The multi-agent based software architecture is constructed. How the core part in shop floor management and control system, production plan and scheduling is achieved. Firstly an overview of the potential impact on work-in-process (WIP) and lead time is provided when transfer lot sizes are undifferentiated from processing lot sizes. Simple performance examples are compared to those from a shop with one-piece transfer lots. Next, a mathematical programming model for minimizing lead time in the mixed-model job shop is presented, in which one-piece transfer lots are used. Key factors affecting lead time are found by analyzing the sum of the longest setup time of individual items among the shared processes (SLST) and the longest processing time of individual items among processes (LPT). And lead time can be minimized by cutting down the SLST and LPT. Reduction of the SLST is described as a traveling salesman problem (TSP), and the minimum of the SLST is solved through job shop scheduling. Removing the bottleneck and leveling the production line optimize the LPT. If the number of items produced is small, the routings are relatively short, and items and facilities are changed infrequently, the optimal schedule will remain valid. Finally a brief example serves to illustrate the method.  相似文献

By means of circuit simulation,hardware of electronic control unit (ECU) of high pressure common-rail electronic control fuel system for diesel engine is designed.According to the system requirements for hardware of ECU,signal-processing circuit of variable reluctance (VR) sensor,filter circuit for input signal,high voltage power circuit and driver and protection circuit of solenoid are simulated as emphases.Difficulties of wide scope of VR sensor output signal,efficiency of high voltage power and reliable and swift driver of solenoid are solved.The results of simulation show that the hardware meets the requirement of the fuel system.At the same time,circuit simulation can greatly increase quality of the design,alleviate design labor and shorten design time.  相似文献

The FRF estimator based on the errors-in-variables(EV)model of multi-input multi-output (MIMO)system is presented to reduce the bias error of FRF H1 estimator.The FRF H1 estimator is influenced by the noises in the inputs of the system and generates an under-estimation of the true FRF. The FRF estimator based on the EV model takes into account the errors in both the inputs and outputs of the system and would lead to more accurate FRF estimation.The FRF estimator based on the EV model is applied to the waveform replication on the 6-DOF (degree-of-freedom) hydraulic vibration table.The result shows that it is favorable to improve the control precision of the MIMO vibration control system.  相似文献
