回顾了用“过滤理论”描述泥浆注浆过程机理的有效性。从该理论出发,设计了一个能精确测量注浆过程参数的装置。测定和验证了长期以来未能满意地测定注浆过程的原动力—石膏模吸力的数值。得出随用不同石膏与水比例所制备的各种石膏模,其吸力波动在0.26—0.64大气压。测定出用不同石膏模注浆时形成泥层的渗透率介于17~25×10~(-14)厘米~2。从而成功地阐明了注浆速率随石膏模的渗透率增大而减少这个现象的实质。纠正了有关文献和教科书中历来对这个现象的错误解释。为正确控制注浆过程和石膏模的制备提供了理论和实验依据。  相似文献

一、序言泥浆的重要性质之一为粘性和吃浆速度。由于它们在注浆成形中的地位极为重要,在工厂中对于它们的变化都给予充分的注意。泥浆的粘性过大时,泥浆流入模型内的速度变小,会出现泥缕等缺陷,严重时甚至可能流不到模型的细小部位。同时排浆时,多余的泥浆不能流净,因而在干燥时容易产生坯裂。反之粘性太小时,由于泥浆中的粗颗粒沉淀,使坯体组织变得不匀还会从模型的对口缝处溢出泥浆,或者出现其它缺陷。  相似文献

This paper presents a novel method for improvement of particle packing in consolidation of submicrometer alumina powders by pressure slip casting. In this method, filtration cell is subjected to a mechanical vibration field with constant frequency of 50 Hz and vibration amplitudes ranging from 0 (no vibration) to 2 mm. Filtration rate, thickness and green density of the fabricated samples were measured to investigate the influence of vibration on filtration characteristics. It was revealed that employment of vibration can significantly increase filtration rate. Furthermore, there is an optimum vibration amplitude which results in the structure with the highest packing density. This value is shifted to higher vibration amplitudes as more concentrated alumina slurries is used. As the available formulation based on Darcy's law could not predict the results of the present investigation, a “Correction Factor” was utilized in order to increase the accuracy of the prediction in the presence of a vibration field.  相似文献

The grain size and phase structure uniformity of europium barium copper oxide (EBCO) superconducting targets would affect the superconducting properties of sputtered film. A uniformly dispersed EBCO slurry was used to prepare high-density green EBCO compacts using slip casting. The effects of milling time and slurry pH on EBCO slurries were studied. Based on the shrinkage data of the EBCO superconducting targets, the densification process was estimated and the apparent activation energy was calculated. The effects of the sintering process on the microstructure and phase composition of EBCO superconducting targets were investigated using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS). When the sintering temperature was 950–1050 °C, the EBCO superconducting target comprised EuBa2Cu3O7 and CuO, where a new phase Eu2BaCuO5 formed at a sintering temperature of 1100 °C. The Tc and ΔT of the EBCO superconducting target sintered at 950 °C for 30 h were 91.18 K and 2.35 K.  相似文献

The slip casting process is widely used to consolidate ceramic particles from aqueous suspensions to form green compacts, particularly those with complicated shapes. Raising the slip temperature during slip casting is known to increase the casting rate, this is believed to be via a decrease in water viscosity. However, differences have been observed when using convection and microwave heating to raise the temperature. In the present work, it has been found that the use of short-pulses of microwave energy to heat the casting system dynamically causes a greater degree of acceleration than when using conventional radiant heating. The increased uptake of water from the slip by the porous mould is believed to be indicative of a vaporisation–condensation cycle mechanism. A negative pressure would be created during the condensation stage of the cycle, acting as an additional suction force to the capillary action and hence accelerating the casting process.  相似文献

Conclusions From finely milled fused quartz it is possible to obtain, by the slip method, adequately strong quartz products with high thermal-shock resistance at low firing temperatures. Heat-resistant saggers containing granular silicon carbide filler with particles up to 130 μm in size were obtained by slip casting in gypsum molds. The silicon carbide content varied from 30 to 55 wt.%. Prototype batches of saggers of different shapes were tested in gas-heated and mazut-heated kilns and exhibited good service properties, which made it possible to decrease the amount of reject articles in firing.
