In this paper, the global stability problem of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) stochastic fuzzy Hopfield neural networks (TSSFHNNs) with discrete and distributed time varying delays is considered. A novel LMI-based stability criterion is obtained by using Lyapunov functional theory to guarantee the asymptotic stability of TSSFHNNs with discrete and distributed time varying delays. Here we choose a generalized Lyapunov functional and introduce a parameterized model transformation with free weighting matrices to it, in order to obtain stability region. In fact, these techniques lead to generalized and less conservative stability condition that guarantee the wide stability region. The proposed stability conditions are demonstrated with numerical examples. Comparison with other stability conditions in the literature shows that our conditions are the more powerful ones to guarantee the widest stability region. 相似文献

This paper investigates delay-dependent robust asymptotic state estimation of fuzzy neural networks with mixed interval time-varying delay. In this paper, the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model representation is extended to the robust state estimation of Hopfield neural networks with mixed interval time-varying delays. The main purpose is to estimate the neuron states, through available output measurements such that for all admissible time delays, the dynamics of the estimation error is globally asymptotically stable. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional which contains a triple-integral term, delay-dependent robust state estimation for such T-S fuzzy Hopfield neural networks can be achieved by solving a linear matrix inequality (LMI), which can be easily facilitated by using some standard numerical packages. The unknown gain matrix is determined by solving a delay-dependent LMI. Finally two numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献

This paper investigates the globally exponential stability of switched neural networks with time-varying delays. By virtue of mode-dependent average dwell time, some significant criteria of exponential stability are obtained for delayed switched neural networks with only stable subsystems or with both stable subsystems and unstable subsystems. The proposed theoretical results could be utilized not only to verify the globally exponential stability of switched neural networks, but also to design appropriate switching signal to guarantee the globally exponential stabilization. They can explicitly reflect the effect of mode-dependent average dwell time on the stability of switched neural networks. In contrast to the previous results, the proposed criteria are more straightforward and effective in the real-world application. Three numerical examples are introduced to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results. 相似文献

In this paper, fuzzy cellular neural networks with time-varying delays in the leakage terms are studied. Without assuming the boundedness on the activation functions, some sufficient conditions for the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of equilibrium point are established by using the fixed point theorem and constructing suitable Lyapunov functional, which are new, and they improve previously known results. Moreover, an example is given to demonstrate the feasibility of our method. 相似文献

In this paper, the stability problem of stochastic memristor-based recurrent neural networks with mixed time-varying delays is investigated. Sufficient conditions are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities which can guarantee that the stochastic memristor-based recurrent neural networks are asymptotically stable and exponentially stable in the mean square, respectively. Two examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results. 相似文献

In this paper, the problem of passivity analysis is investigated for uncertain stochastic fuzzy interval neural networks with time-varying delays. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be bounded in given compact sets. For the neural networks under study, a generalized activation function is considered, where the traditional assumptions on the boundedness, monotony and differentiability of the activation functions are removed. By constructing proper Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and employing a combination of the free-weighting matrix method and stochastic analysis technique, new delay-dependent passivity conditions are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be solved by some standard numerical packages. Finally, numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness and merits of the proposed method. 相似文献

By using the usual additive neural-network model, a delay-independent stability criterion for neural dynamics with perturbations of time-varying delays is derived. We extend previously known results obtained by Gopalsamy and He (1994) to the time varying delay case, and present decay estimates of solutions of neural networks. The asymptotic stability is global in the state space of neuronal activations. From the techniques used in this paper, it is shown that our criterion ensures stability of neural dynamics even when the delay functions vary violently with time. Our approach provides an effective method for the stability analysis of neural dynamics with delays. 相似文献

In this correspondence, the impulsive effects on the stability of fuzzy Cohen-Grossberg neural networks (FCGNNs) with time-varying delays are considered. Several sufficient conditions are obtained ensuring global exponential stability of equilibrium point for the neural networks by the idea of vector Lyapunov function, M-matrix theory, and analytic methods. Moreover, the estimation for exponential convergence rate index is proposed. The obtained results not only show that the stability still remains under certain impulsive perturbations for the continuous stable FCGNNs with time-varying delays, but also present an approach to stabilize the unstable FCGNNs with time-varying delays by utilizing impulsive effects. An example with simulations is given to show the effectiveness of the obtained results. 相似文献

In this paper, the problem of global exponential stability for cellular neural networks (CNNs) with time-varying delays and fixed moments of impulsive effect is studied. A new sufficient condition has been presented ensuring the global exponential stability of the equilibrium points by using piecewise continuous Lyapunov functions and the Razumikhin technique combined with Young’s inequality. The results established here extend those given previously in the literature. Compared with the method of Lyapunov functionals as in most previous studies, our method is simpler and more effective for stability analysis. 相似文献

In this paper, the problems of global dissipativity and global exponential dissipativity are investigated for discrete-time stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays and general activation functions. By constructing appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals and employing stochastic analysis technique, several new delay-dependent criteria for checking the global dissipativity and global exponential dissipativity of the addressed neural networks are established in linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Furthermore, when the parameter uncertainties appear in the discrete-time stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays, the delay-dependent robust dissipativity criteria are also presented. Two examples are given to show the effectiveness and less conservatism of the proposed criteria. 相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of delay-dependent stability for neural networks with interval time-varying delays. First, we divided delay interval into two parts. Second, a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed, and relationships between the augmented state vectors have been fully considered, which may yield less conservative results. Third, based on free-matrix-based integral inequality method and reciprocally convex technique, some new less conservative delay-dependent stability criteria have been obtained by combining with the new Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional. Finally, two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the derived conditions over the existing ones. 相似文献

In this paper, the passivity problem is investigated for a class of uncertain neural networks with generalized activation functions. By employing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, a new delay-dependent criterion for the passivity of the addressed neural networks is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be checked numerically using the effective LMI toolbox in MATLAB. An example is given to show the effectiveness and less conservatism of the proposed criterion. It is noteworthy that the traditional assumptions on the differentiability of the time-varying delays and the boundedness of its derivative are removed. 相似文献

The global exponential synchronization for a class of fuzzy cellular neural networks with delays and reaction-diffusion terms is discussed. Some new sufficient conditions are obtained by using the Lyapunov functional method, many real parameters and inequality techniques. The result is also easy to check and plays an important role in the design and application of globally exponentially synchronization. Finally, an example is given to verify our results. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the passivity analysis problem for a class of discrete-time stochastic bidirectional associative memory neural networks with time-varying delays. Furthermore, the results are extended to the robust passivity analysis with mixed time delays that consist of both the discrete and distributed time delays, and the uncertainties are assumed to be time-varying norm bounded parameter uncertainties. By constructing a new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and introducing some appropriate free-weighting matrices, a delay-dependent passivity criterion is derived in terms of LMIs whose feasibility can be easily checked by some available software packages. Finally, two numerical examples with simulation results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed results. 相似文献

This paper aims to present a synchronization scheme for a class of delayed neural networks, which covers the Hopfield neural networks and cellular neural networks with time-varying delays. A feedback control gain matrix is derived to achieve the exponential synchronization of the drive-response structure of neural networks by using the Lyapunov stability theory, and its exponential synchronization condition can be verified if a certain Hamiltonian matrix with no eigenvalues on the imaginary axis. This condition can avoid solving an algebraic Riccati equation. Both the cellular neural networks and Hopfield neural networks with time-varying delays are given as examples for illustration. 相似文献

This paper considers the impulsive control of unstable neural networks with unbounded time-varying delays, where the time delays to be addressed include the unbounded discrete time-varying delay and unbounded distributed time-varying delay. By employing impulsive control theory and some analysis techniques, several sufficient conditions ensuring μ-stability, including uniform stability, (global) asymptotical stability, and (global) exponential stability, are derived. It is shown that an unstable delay neural network, especially for the case of unbounded time-varying delays, can be stabilized and has μ-stability via proper impulsive control strategies. Three numerical examples and their simulations are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the control strategy. 相似文献

Memristor is the new model two-terminal nonlinear circuit device in electronic circuit theory. This paper deals with the problem of global dissipativity and global exponential dissipativity for memristor-based complex-valued neural networks (MCVNNs) with time-varying delays. Sufficient global dissipativity conditions are derived from the theory of M-matrix analysis, and the globally attractive set as well as the positive invariant set is established. By constructing Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals and using a linear matrix inequality technique, some new sufficient conditions on global dissipativity and global exponential dissipativity of MCVNNs are derived. Finally, two numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed theoretical results. 相似文献
