采用静态法测定了活性炭对碱性紫的平衡吸附量。研究了吸附时间、溶液的pH值等条件对吸附量的影响。结果表明。吸附平衡需要一定的时问.吸附等温线是S型曲发,符合BET多层吸附规律。pH值对平衡吸附量有一定的影响,在酸性条件下平衡吸附量较小且变化不大.当溶液为中性时,平衡吸附量略有增大。且饱和吸附量可达到237.13mg/g.表明活性炭对碱性紫有较大的吸附量,可用于碱性紫印染度水的脱色处理。 相似文献

采用盐析-树脂NDA-99吸附组合工艺处理D-对羟基苯甘氨酸生产过程中排放的高浓度含酚废水.实验确定的最佳工艺条件:(1)盐析剂为无水Na2SO4,其投加质量浓度为140 g/L,温度40℃,搅拌时间30 min;(2)采用双柱串联吸附,吸附流量10 ml/h,处理水量150 mL/批次.实验结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下对该废水进行处理,出水无色透明,CODCr挥发酚、TOC去除率分别为41.31B~98%、61.28%~64.07%、39.09%~40.46%. 相似文献

Textile dye house wastewater from a reactive dye processing unit was treated by using an electrochemical oxidation technique. The experiments were carried out in an electrochemical bipolar disc reactor using RuO2 coated on titanium as anode and titanium as cathode. The sodium chloride present in the effluent was used as supporting electrolyte. Operating parameters such as current density, reservoir hold‐up and electrolysis time were studied for maximum Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) reduction and other relevant parameters such as current efficiency and power consumption per kg of COD removal were calculated. The higher flow rate and lower reservoir hold‐up resulted in improved COD removal. The applied current density was also found to significantly influence the reduction of COD. A suitable mathematical model is also proposed to illustrate the relationship between the basic parameters. The D301R resin was screened to separate DSD acid from DSD acid wastewater. The effect of pH, temperature and time on adsorption behavior was investigated. Batch experiments indicated that the COD removal ratio of DSD acid wastewater was over 86%, and the COD of treated wastewater was under 100 mg/L at appropriate operating conditions. The results of column dynamic adsorption and regeneration showed that COD could be efficiently removed by the D301R resin from DSD acid wastewater, and the resin was easily regenerated by NaOH stripping. 相似文献

采用自制的聚丙烯基强碱阴离子交换纤维(IEF)处理活性染料模拟废水,讨论了IEF用量、介质pH值、温度等对活性艳黄X-RG溶液的脱色率和脱色速率的影响。对比了IEF与树脂、锰钾矿的脱色效果, 进行了动态脱色和再生实验。结果表明,IEF用量、pH值和温度的增加有利于脱色速率的提高,对活性艳黄和活性艳红染料的脱色率在96%以上,脱色40 mm即能达到高脱色率IEF对活性染料的脱色效果明显优于天然锰钾矿和D296强碱性阴离子交换树稽,IEF能够再生重复使用 相似文献

利用自制的吸附树脂,对难降解的二氯吡啶酸农药废水进行了处理,实验考查了pH、温度、浓度等因素对该废水吸附的影响,得出了该方法处理二氯吡啶酸废水的最佳工艺条件:室温、pH:1.0、流速为5 BV/h.在该条件下对CODCr为15 013.6 mg/L的二氯吡啶酸生产废水进行处理,其CODCr可降至100 mg/L以下,处理水量为8 BV(1 BV=30 mE),CODCr去除率及二氯吡啶酸的去除率均>99%;洗脱再生时,室温下用体积分数95%的乙醇洗脱,流速为2 BV/h.洗脱率接近100%. 相似文献
