前言为配合石化部规划院寻找新氯产品科研课题,为“六六六”等产品的减产与淘汰提供取代产品,以解决氯碱平衡,我院干78年6~8月组织了一次国内外氯产品调查,共走访了7个省15个市的34个生产、科研单位及有关部门,并重点查阅了有关的国外资料,但因时间关系,均无作全面普查。因此调查的深度及广度都是很不够的,调查结果仅供参考,有错谬之处,请批评指正。  相似文献

纯MDI精馏塔直接生产MDI-50产品保质期仅有3个月,提升其保质期到6个月有极大的经济效益。对MDI-50产品用色谱定性分析,确定浑浊物质组成为二聚体A,B,C等。通过对比实验确定MDI-50中二聚体A饱和溶解度最低,异构体质量分数在65%—70%时二聚体生成速率最低,采出温度越低二聚体生成速率越低,采出停留时间越长二聚体生成速率越快,MDI-50在25—35℃区间二聚体生成速率最低。总结出纯MDI精馏塔生产MDI-50产品采出温度、异构体质量分数、停留时间以及产品储存最佳温度等控制参数,按此参数生产的MDI-50产品保质期提升到6个月。影响MDI-50保质期的主要物质是二聚体,最优的解决方案是将MDI-50初始产品中二聚体质量分数降低至0.1%以下,可以进一步延长保质期到1年。  相似文献

In this work, the thermal degradation characteristics of polyamide 6 (PA6) containing melamine (Me) and a boron‐containing additive, borophosphate (BPO4), zinc borate (ZnB) or a boron and silicon‐containing oligomer (BSi) are investigated systematically via direct pyrolysis mass spectrometry. In the presence of boron compounds, not only the release of melamine and its degradation products but also thermal characteristics of PA6 are affected significantly and the interactions between melamine and PA6 are enhanced. For the composite involving BPO4, sublimation of melamine and degradation of PA6 are slightly shifted to high temperatures. Whereas, for the composites involving ZnB and BSi, sublimation of melamine is depressed due to the glassy surface formed by ZnB and BSi and release of thermal degradation products of PA6 are shifted to lower temperatures noticeably. The glassy surface generated by ZnB allows the release of degradation products of melamine to a certain extent. Conversely, for the composite involving BSi, reduction in the yields of degradation products of melamine is also noted. The trap of degradation products of melamine in the polymer matrix causes significant decrease in the the temperature region where thermal degradation products of PA6 are recorded. POLYM. 使用扫描电镜及扫描探针分析了锌铝镁镀层的表面形貌及成分,使用X射线光电子能谱仪及电化学技术分析了锌铝镁镀层腐蚀产物的化学组成、电化学性能,对锌铝镁镀层的耐蚀机制进行了探讨,结果表明:锌铝镁镀层主要由初生锌相、富铝相及共晶组织组成,Mg元素主要分布于共晶组织中。在3.5%NaCl介质腐蚀过程中,锌镀层腐蚀产物主要由Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6及ZnO组成,锌铝镁镀层腐蚀产物主要由Mg(OH)2、4MgCO3·Mg(OH)2及Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6组成。锌镀层腐蚀产物电荷传输电阻逐渐降低,而锌铝镁镀层腐蚀产物电荷传输电阻逐渐增大,且后者大于前者。即锌镀层腐蚀产物无法抑制镀层的腐蚀,而锌铝镁镀层腐蚀产物则可以对镀层电化学反应起到抑制作用,对镀层提供一定程度的保护。  相似文献

Based on the cholesterol-lowering effects of phytosterols, known since the 1950s, extra phytosterol amounts have been added to certain food products for almost 10 yr. Literature reports on oxidation of phytosterols in general are limited, and data on side-chain oxidation of these compounds are scarce. The aim of this study was to investigate and characterize autoxidation products from a mixture of the two phytosterols sitosterol and campesterol. A commercial mixture of the two sterols was oxidized for 72 h at 120°C in an air-ventilated oven. The oxidation products were separated by preparative TLC and identified and characterized with GC-MS. The following oxidation products were identified from the two phytosterols: 24-methylcholest-5-en-3β,24-diol, 24-methylcholest-5-en-3β,25-diol, 24-methylcholest-4-en-6α-ol-3-one, 24-methylcholest-4-en-6β-ol-3-one, 24-ethylcholest-5-en-3β,24-diol, 24-ethylcholest-5-en-3β, 25-diol, 24-ethylcholest-4-en-6α-ol-3-one, 24-ethylcholest-4-en-6β-ol-3-one. Full-scan mass spectra of these compounds are reported for the first time as their trimethylsilyl-ether derivatives.  相似文献

Flow pyrolysis of benzenethiol at 700 °C or vacuum pyrolysis of benzenethiol at 800 °C yields benzene, diphenyl sulphide and diphenyl disulphide as the major products. Dibenzothiophene, biphenyl, thianthrene and diphenyl trisulphide are minor products. Co-pyrolysis of benzene-d6 and natural isotopic abundance benzenethiol yields deuterated and non-deuterated products, indicating that the product-forming sequence is initiated by phenyl radical formation. The phenyl radicals abstract hydrogen atoms from benzenethiol to yield benzene and phenylthio radicals. Coupling of phenylthio radicals yields diphenyl disulphide. Diphenyl sulphide and the minor products are diphenyl disulphide pyrolysis products.  相似文献

Chelating polymers containing copper, nickel and cobalt have been formed by reaction of the cyclophosphazene derivatives P3N3(NCSNHC6H5)6 or P3N3(NCSNHNHC6H5)6 and the corresponding metal ions. The polymers prepared are amorphous solids and insoluble in most organic solvents. The electrical conductivity of the products range from 8.8 × 109 to 1.8 × 1014 θ-cm. The degradation pathway of polyamide 6/clay nanocomposites was studied as a function of clay content. Well-dispersed polymer-clay nanocomposites can be easily obtained by simple melt blending between organically-modified clays and polyamide 6. Polyamide 6-clay nanocomposites exhibit a large reduction in the peak heat release rate, 60%, measured by cone calorimetry. There are no significant differences in the evolved products during thermal degradation of polyamide 6 and polyamide 6/clay nanocomposites in terms of composition and functionality. The main degradation pathway of polyamide 6 is aminolysis and/or acidolysis, primarily through an intra-chain reaction, producing ε-carprolactam, which is the monomer of polyamide 6. As the clay loading is increased, the relative quantity of ε-carprolactam in the evolved products decreases and the viscosity of the soluble solid residues increases. It is thought that inter-chain reactions become significant in the presence of clay because the degrading polymer chains are trapped in the gallery space of the clay during thermal degradation.  相似文献

6(α-Styryl)pyridazin-3(2H)-ones ( 1a – e ) reacted with phenylmagnesium bromide and/or methylmagnesium iodide to give the 1,4-addition products, 4-phenyl and/or 4-methyl-6-(α-styryl)pyridazin-3(2H)-ones ( 3a–e ). The structures assigned to the products are established by electronic and infrared spectroscopy and by synthesis of authentic samples in most cases.  相似文献
