The possibility of using spent catalysts of some oil refining processes for synthesis of undercoat enamels is established. A simplex-grid plan {4,2} is used to describe the dependence of water resistance and wettability of the enamels on the composition. 石墨烯是导电性良好的二维材料,但易重新堆叠而导致导电率和电容量下降。氧化石墨烯(GO)的生物相容性和细菌的胶体特性可使二者在水溶液中聚集为三维石墨烯基材料。将剩余活性污泥与GO悬浮液共培养形成活性污泥石墨烯水凝胶(SGH),剩余活性污泥中的细菌可将GO还原为导电的rGO。SGH经冻干可得到具有良好亲水性和导电性的O、N自掺杂多孔材料,即活性污泥石墨烯气凝胶(SGA)。在氩气中高温退火可进一步提高材料的电化学性能。经700℃、2 h退火后的改性SGA(ANSGA)具有174 F/g的比电容值(2 A/g),以及优异的倍率性能、离子传输性能和循环稳定性,具有进一步加工制备电极材料的应用潜力,为石墨烯基材料绿色制备和剩余活性污泥资源化利用提供方向。  相似文献

The possibility of using granite screenings from the Mikashevichskoe Deposit for synthesizing one-coat enamels for protecting the internal surfaces of hot water pipelines is established. The regular features of variation of the important technological properties of enamels with their composition are investigated. The prepared water-resistant enamels are characterized by a lower firing temperature (840°C) and good adaptability to manufacture. Standard documentation for industrial use of the enamel was developed and approved.  相似文献

Yttrium oxide nano-powder has been successfully synthesized by a novel approach. In the first step, a foamy structure was produced by combustion synthesis using yttrium nitrate and glycine. This was followed by the addition of sulfate ions and calcination at 1100 °C for 4 h. The sulfated and unsulfated powders were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller method (BET). The sinterability of the resulting powders was also studied by dilatometry. The studies indicated that this method not only allows for producing weakly-agglomerated nano-particles, but is also a very time-efficient process in comparison to precipitation techniques. Moreover, the possibility of performing all processing steps in a fully automated batch reactor was also considered.  相似文献

It is shown that colored art enamels for copper can be produced using a single low-melting glass matrix in the R2O−PbO−B2O5−SiO2 system, and that such enamels can be fired at 680–700°C. Optimum percentages of pigments and oxides are determined for coatings to have various stable colors. The synthesized enamels were tested in the manufacture of household pieces of art.
