文章拟研制一个环保型氯丁胶粘剂溶剂体系。根据溶剂的溶解度参数及氢键指数,综合考虑溶剂对氯丁胶粘剂各种性能的影响,在满足产品粘度及剥离强度的前提下,研制出氯丁胶粘剂的环保溶剂配方。研究确定溶剂成分和配比,以及实验水浴温度,引发剂用量的影响和CR/MMA比值对产品性能的影响。  相似文献

选用低毒溶剂做稀释剂,合成了一种在较宽固含量范围,低粘度、贮存稳定的纸塑复合用双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂。探讨了初粘剂用量、NCO/OH摩尔比、固含量等因素对胶粘剂性能的影响,并用红外光谱仪对双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂的固化过程进行了表征。结果表明,控制NCO/OH摩尔比值在0.97-0.99之间,主剂与固化剂的质量比为10:1—1.5时,复膜效果最佳,剥离强度最高,且在常温下,经24h即可完全固化;羟基原料/初粘剂质量比为1/0.45时,初粘性最好,剥离强度最大;固含量为30%-50%时,涂胶效果、剥离强度均较好,使用时可根据情况选择。最终产品溶剂低毒,固含量高,粘度低,涂膜光亮、无白霜,粘接性能好,适合于纸塑复合。  相似文献

利用环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,探讨了中和度对乳液粒径、外观和贮存稳定性的影响,改性后胶粘剂对多种复合薄膜性能的影响;同时还分析了固含量、溶剂对剥离强度和干燥速度的影响.结果表明:中和度为95%~100%时乳液具有良好外观和贮存稳定性,改性后的胶粘剂对多种复合薄膜具有较强的粘接性能,固体质量分数下降为30%时仍然具有较高的剥离强度,加入少量溶剂能加快干燥速度.  相似文献

本文论述了制造氯丁胶粘剂采用混合溶剂的优越性,从计算和实验中发现了溶解度参数与氢键指数之和为10.7~14的混合溶剂都能溶解氯丁橡胶,这是判断混合溶剂溶解能力的一种新方法,它比文献上报道的查图方法更容易掌握,更简捷可靠,对于氯丁胶粘剂混合溶剂的选择很有实用价值,为开发和选用低毒或无毒溶剂提供了极大方便。  相似文献

采用组合异氰酸酯和组合聚醚多元醇合成可室温固化的单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。考察NCO/OH的物质的量比对贮存稳定性、反应时间、剥离强度的影响,并论述了引入TDI的作用以及组合溶剂的确定。通过优化配方,合成了用于粘接PVC板材和松木材的新型胶黏剂,并获得良好的粘接强度。结果表明:反应时间随着NCO/OH物质的量比的增大而增加;NCO/OH物质的量比低时,胶的贮存稳定性变差,当比值高时,胶的贮存稳定性好;NCO含量在9%时,胶的剥离强度最高;PAPI:TDI=7:3时,胶的剥离强度达到3.25N/mm。组合溶剂二氯甲烷:丙酮=5:1时,胶的剥离强度达到3.20N/mm。  相似文献

Environmental protection and legislative pressure to eliminate the use of solvents in the adhesive industry have inspired the search for safer alternatives. In the area of contact adhesives, the waterborne route has proved to be of particular interest. Based on the synergistic effect of polychloroprene latex and styreneacrylate emulsion, a waterborne contact adhesive consisting of polychloroprene latex (PCL) and styreneacrylate emulsion (SAE) blend has been developed. In order to blend PCL with SAE easily and to accelerate the drying rate of the adhesive, boric acid was chosen for use in the PCL/SAE blend system. Effects of boric acid and SAE content on the properties of PCL/SAE blends, such as pH value, storage stability and set time, were investigated. At the same time, the effect of SAE content on the mechanical properties of PCL/SAE blend films was studied. The morphology of blend films was characterized by Atomic Force Microscopy. The adhesive performance of the waterborne contact adhesive was evaluated by peel and shear tests. The results showed that when the waterborne contact adhesive formulation contained 40 wt% styrene-acrylate emulsion (dry weight) and 1.25 wt% boric acid, it had a good shelf-stability, its set time was 5 min, and the blend film with this formulation was ductile and flexible with reasonably good tensile strength and very high elongation at break. And the blend films showed structure with a sea–island morphology. The waterborne contact adhesives derived from PCL/SAE blends were found to be comparable to the commercially available solvent-based contact adhesives. The synergistic effect of polychloroprene latex and styrene-acrylate copolymer emulsion was also discussed.  相似文献

In this study, treatment with sulphuric acid was used to increase the adhesion of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer containing 20 wt% vinyl acetate (EVA20). The treatment with sulphuric acid improved the wettability of EVA20 due to thecreation of different oxygen and sulphonic acid moieties on the surface. The treatment also created cracks and heterogeneities on the EVA20 surface, and enhanced T-peel strength values of EVA20/polychloroprene adhesive+5 wt% isocyanate joints were obtained. The loci of failure of the joints were mixed, i.e. , adhesional and cohesive in the adhesive. Peel strength values of both as-received and sulphuric acid-treated EVA20/polychloroprene adhesive joints increased after ageing at 50°C and 95 wt% relative humidity for 72 because the complete cure of the adhesive was thereby was produced. The durability of the EVA20 treated with sulphuric acid was monitored between 15 min and 5 years. High peel strength values were obtained for times up to 61 days; the joints produced with the treated EVA20 five years after treatment showed lower peel strength value due to the creation of a weak boundary layer produced by reaction of the residual sulphuric acid on the surface with EVA20. On the other hand, different experimental variables in the treatment of EVA20 with sulphuric acid were considered. The optimum treatment conditions for EVA20 were obtained by immersion in highly concentrated sulphuric acid (96 wt%) for one minute followed by neutralisation with ammonium hydroxide.  相似文献

Novel interpretation is given for the development of initial bond strength maximum in solvent-based contact adhesives at particular elastomer/resin ratios in the adhesive films. Complex relations between initial bond strength, tack of adhesive films, adhesive open time, solvent retention, and resin content in adhesive films are discussed. These results are based on data using polychloroprene adhesives modified with butylphenolic resins and also on previous studies with other contact adhesives. It is suggested that solvent retention is the main factor affecting initial bond strength in solvent-based contact adhesives.  相似文献
