面对激烈的市场行业竞争,产品应当满足用户需求且具有应用创新性的状况,基于对 用户需求和影响两次创新的主要因素的分析,提出了基于质量功能展开理论(QFD)的产品两级创新 设计方法。该设计方法通发掘用户对目标产品的需求,运用QFD 分析顾客需求并结合两创新级用 户因素,建立基于QFD 的产品创新设计模型和实现步骤,从而准确地得到相应的技术解决途径和 方案。并在此方法上通过电动滑板车的设计实例,验证该设计方法和流程的实用性和科学性。  相似文献

With developments in science and technology, product innovation is the key to enterprise performance in the competitive market. In consumer demand-oriented modern product design, effectively combining product design with the esthetic perceptions and preferences of consumers is a problem that urgently needs to be addressed. However, the traditional design method is completely dominated by designers without user participation. The purpose of this study was to give designers an impetus for restructuring and upgrading a design. A gene network design model was developed with the advantages of a gene network and neural network. This allowed the target elements of a product design to be obtained using a nonlinear network. Finally, a case study was used to show the detailed procedure of the design model. To reveal the advantages of the proposed model, it was compared with other methods such as a gene-based design method, an emotional design method, and a fuzzy Kano design method. The results showed that the proposed model was more efficient and scientific, and provided consumers with a multidimensional evaluation system to determine the optimal design schemes.  相似文献

Technology to assist people in the kitchen has become a major research topic as technology becomes more ubiquitous in the home. Research is being carried out in numerous areas to assist with cooking, from solving difficulties in the kitchen to more recently enhancing already good experiences related to cooking. To design solutions that are not only usable, but useful in all related aspects of cooking, we must get a good understanding of the needs of the user. It is important that real needs are identified, so that products or systems designed are adopted and are sustainable. There are various methods that researchers and designers use to gain user insights and there is much debate on different approaches and their effectiveness. Whilst there have been a number of ethnographic style studies in people's homes, there has been little in the way of understanding user goals in the kitchen which could lead to more effective design solutions. In this paper, we present goal-directed research of cooking needs in Singapore. We produce three primary design personas and three secondary personas, describing their goals and needs and where they can be helped through technology. An online survey was carried out to validate our personas, comparing our qualitative and quantitative findings. We provide a general holistic overview of kitchen requirements for these personas, whether in helping correct problems or enhancing positive experiences and how these needs can be connected. The user requirements provided can help guide researchers and help designers produce more meaningful, complete and acceptable technology solutions in the kitchen.  相似文献

Managing new Information Technology innovations requires an understanding of factors that influence organisational choice. When large firms invest in new IT applications such as Computer Aided Design, there is reason to doubt that they adequately understand user needs. Empirical investigation in a UK cables producing Multinational Company highlights the practical challenges faced by such designers, when designing bespoke systems technologies. In addition to understanding end market requirements, it is imperative to understand existing organisational practices and constraints. Evidence from this in‐depth innovation study points to the need to develop integrative theoretical accounts, which include insights from the innovation adoption process as well as the innovation design process.  相似文献

Nowadays, business globalization, complex consumer requirements, and high technology development have led to vigorous business competition and market uncertainty. In new product design, it is increasingly important to put more emphasis on innovative concerns than quality and speed of production. Providing unique, innovative and value-added products becomes a crucial strategy for success. This study aims to develop a new product design process that concentrates on radical innovations. Visioning thinking, TRIZ, Image Scale, and Morphological Analysis are integrated for developing designs with a balance of rational/logical analyses and intuitive/creative thinking. The proposed process fulfills the need for radical innovation through enriching heuristic thinking. It is a useful methodology that adds value to products in terms of technological functions, form perceptions, and holistic usability. A proposal of therapy bike design for cerebral palsy children is demonstrated using the new process. Through case demonstration, designers could enhance products with human-centered values while coping with market uncertainty effectively. The applicability of the vision-oriented approach for innovative product design is verified.  相似文献

Knowledge, experiences and skills of corporate members promote new ideas into products, in the context of innovative design. This dynamism is especially important in the critical product conceptualization stage. In customer-oriented design paradigm, most methodologies focus on exploiting end-user requirements, instead of considering project stakeholder requirements in a holistic manner. Previous research in the area of innovative product conceptualization focused on such aspects as functional, cognitive, marketing and commercial perspectives. It involves the participations of customers, designers, engineers, marketers and business managers. Accordingly, a stakeholder-oriented innovative product concept development system (IPCDS) is established to integrate the bespoke four perspectives so as to evaluate product concept innovation comprehensively. To resolve the incomplete, ambiguous, uncertain and subjective nature of innovative design knowledge, the product platform represented in a design knowledge hierarchy (DKH) is generated using general sorting. Subsequently, an innovative design criteria matrix (DCM) constructed using repertory grids technique is rated with regard to specific design option. The ratings are then used as input features to the fuzzy integrals technique, for the purpose of innovative design. A case study on cellular phone design is used for system illustration and the results are discussed on the basis of product concept innovation.  相似文献

中国传统结艺产品结构复杂、设计方法原始,需要数字化设计技术的辅助来提高设计效率并增强创新.为此,提出了基于编织结构建模技术的结艺产品三维快速设计方法,以平面矢量曲线设计稿为蓝本,自动转化生成三维模型结构.该方法利用交叉点挑压状态的自动识别,配合用户交互修正得到正确的结构形式,从而回避了复杂交织结构的数学建模;针对典型结艺产品的囊状与翼状结构组合,利用平面矢量图分割、锁边连接和牵连连接来实现复杂三维结构的快速生成.实验结果表明,文中方法通过连接模式的自动识别和交互修正降低了对设计者的技术要求,简化了设计过程的复杂性.  相似文献

The development of new products of high quality,low unit cost,and short lead time to market are the key elements required for any enterprise to obtain a competitive advantage.For shorting the lead time to market and improving the creativity and performances of the product,a rule-based conceptual design approach and a methodology to simulate the conceptual design results generated in conceptual design process in automatical virtual entity form are presented in this paper.This part of paper presents a rule-based conceptual design method for generating creative conceptual design schemes of mechanisms based on Yan's kinematic chain regeneration creative design method.The design rules are adopted to describe the design requirements of the functional characteristics,the connection relationships and topological characteristics among mechanisms.Through the graphs-based reasoning process,the conceptual design space is expanded extremely,and the potential creative conceptual design results are then dug out.By refining the design rules,the solution exploration problem is avioded,and the tendentious conceptual design schemes are generated.Since mechanical,electrical and hydraulic subsystems can be transformed into general mechansims,the conceptual design method presented in this paper can also be applied in the conceptual design problem of complex mechatronic systems.And then the method to identify conceptual design schemes is given.  相似文献

The study investigated the strengths and weaknesses of existing user-centered design (UCD) methods for eliciting requirements from older adults. A case study in which older people are involved in designing, developing, and evaluating a virtual-garden prototype. Users could potentially employ this device (which has an interface that resembles a real garden) as an empathic information appliance that would provide weather forecasts and help control smart devices and assistive technologies. Under a turbulently changing and highly competitive market, discovery of a chance is always significant for many companies to launch new and creative products or services in time, fulfilling consumers demands for occupying more market share. Many available methods on market research for designing new products are more focused on the analysis process, so that product designers run short of ideas discovery. In this paper, we present a novel innovation support system (ISS) based on chance discovery with data crystallization to assist human innovation in designing new products, especially creative products. The ISS is a human-centric system to enable value cognition and follows the following process: (1) visualized scenario graph generation, (2) human value cognition, (3) value co-creation based on shared knowledge, and (4) emerging chances evaluation. Because of the ever-increasing market competition and rapidly changing of customers’ requirements, the innovation quality and design efficiency of knowledge-intensive product has become the key factors in business success. The traditional knowledge management method which is based on design reuse and the single categories of design knowledge cannot satisfy these demands any more. Therefore, in order to effectively support the innovative design process of enterprises, a design knowledge collaborative management method based on multi-knowledge migration is proposed. According to the characteristics and functions during the product design process, the design knowledge is divided into three categories, design principle knowledge, design domain knowledge and design object knowledge. By extracting the operation attributes, relation attributes and physical attributes of the design knowledge, a unified knowledge representation model is established for different design participants. The ontology concept and knowledge matrix are used to establish the association between various categories of design knowledge. Multifarious knowledge search methods include keyword, function, principle and natural semantics are proposed for different design participants in different design stages. They can not only realize the knowledge reuse in the same domain but also support the cross-domain knowledge migration among different domain. Finally, based on the system analysis modelling, a design knowledge collaborative platform is established for the design process of mechanical products. A case study is also presented to illustrate the implementation of the platform.  相似文献

Recent market transition from mass production to mass customization forces manufacturers to design products that meet individual requirements. In order to address the high cost of this practice, manufacturers develop product families with a common platform, whose variants are designed to meet different customer demands. Parallel to this transition, the dynamics of the market forces designers to develop products composed of modules that are standardized as much as possible across products, thus can be more resilient than complete designs in a changing world.Starting from an original set of different components, our method designs a modular common platform and additional modules, shared by subsets of the designs, from which variants are composed.We applied the method to the layout design of a set of products. Consequently, the geometric aspect of the product family optimization is emphasized, but functional aspects related to the product features and to customer needs are also addressed due to their manifestation in the layout. The design search space is explored using shape grammar rules that alter component geometry and therefore, functionality. The search for optimal design is performed using simulated annealing. Given different objective formulations or parameter settings, the method can be used to explore the solution space. A simple example problem demonstrates the feasibility of the method.  相似文献
