机器人水刀夹持装置是一种用于将水刀可调安装于机器人本体上的装置,该夹持装置包括:与机器人的机械臂连接的连接杆;与水刀连接的连接轴;一端与连接杆连接、另一端与连接轴连接的中间连接件;固定中间连接件于连接杆和连接轴的相对位置的固定件.水切割设备采用夹持装置后,可以提高水刀的工艺性能.由于中间连接与连接杆的连接及中间连接件与连接轴连接至少其中之一的连接方式为转动连接,在更换水刀及其配件后,只需要松开固定件,调整中间连接件、连接杆及连接轴之间的相对位置,就能达到将水刀末端的喷嘴置于标准位置的目的,而无须给机器人进行示教轨迹调整,故此节约工时、原材料及备件的费用. 相似文献

研究了硅树脂805的裂解过程,在此基础上采用硅树脂805高温连接氮化硅结合碳化硅陶瓷,研究了连接温度、连接压力以及活性填料对连接性能的影响.结果表明,在1 000~1 400 ℃范围内,随着温度的升高,硅树脂裂解产物发生了由非晶态向晶态的转变.采用单一硅树脂805为连接剂时,连接温度、连接压力对连接强度均有较大影响,当连接温度为1 200 ℃,连接压力为100 kPa时,连接试样抗弯强度达70.5 MPa.硅树脂中加入适量的活性填料-纳米Al粉可有效地提高连接强度,同时降低连接温度,连接温度为1 100 ℃所获连接试样抗弯强度达最大值102.6 MPa.微观结构分析显示,连接层结构较为均匀致密,连接层与母材间界面接合良好. 相似文献

对于分体式设计的柴油发电机组,柴油机与主发电机之间过渡连接的部分的通常采用连接箱进行结合,这就要求连接箱的螺栓具有良好的安全性能,文中以连接箱与柴油机连接螺栓作为研究对象,建立螺栓连接有限元连接模型,采用非线性静强度有限元计算,得到连接箱与机体连接螺栓的受载情况,然后运用VDI2230标准对连接螺栓进行多维度的安全校核,结果得到连接螺栓的屈服安全系数、疲劳安全系数、表面压应力安全系数、抗滑移安全系数均符合设计要求,具有良好的安全性能,对实际生产具有指导意义。 相似文献

Brilliant cutting is a grinding process used to cut and polish decorative patterns into flat glass. It is a labour intensive process and essentially requires a skilled cutter to present a sheet of flat glass to a grinding wheel. Manual manipulation of the glass is then used to enable the grinding wheel to cut the desired pattern into the glass. This paper describes a CAD/CAM system which has been developed to replace this manual process. The basic design concept involved allowing a grinding wheel to move whilst keeping the workpiece stationary. Fiveaxis manipulation of the grinding wheel was required to ensure that a wide range of decorative shapes could be successfully generated and CNC part programs were developed from 2D drawing data. 相似文献

在远距离目标轨迹测量系统中,当前的长焦相机由于CCD尺寸限制一般视场角度较小,无法实现对目标的可靠捕获。在对比当前的几种大视场拼接成像方法后,针对远距离目标测量系统的要求提出了一种通过控制单个相机进行圆锥旋转来模拟4相机阵列实现大视场成像的方法。设计了实验样机对该方法进行验证。首先根据该成像方法设计了相机运动控制方案和相应的机械结构,然后设计了相机的触发控制以及图像数据的传输和处理流程,最后使用该样机进行了实验。实验中样机经校准后采集到了相对位置正确的子视场图像,并拼接获得了大视场图像。使用视场角度为1.02°的小视角相机,实现了4个有一定程度重合的子视场2×2拼接,最终获得了1.93°的大视角。该方法为远距离目标测量系统中的目标捕获子系统设计提供了新思路。 相似文献

When the contribution of lightweight components to the total energy of a system is small, the inertia effects are sometimes
ignored by replacing them to massless links. For example, a revolute-spherical massless link generates two kinematic constraint
equations between adjacent bodies and allows four relative degrees of freedom. In this paper, to implement a massless link
systematically in a computer program using the velocity transformation technique, the velocity transformation matrix of massless
links is derived and numerically implemented. The velocity transformation matrix for a revolute-spherical massless link and
a revolute-universal massless link are appeared as a 6X4 matrix and a 6X3 matrix, respectively. A massless link model in a
suspension composite joint transmitting external forces is also developed and the numerical efficiency of the proposed model
is compared to a conventional multibody model. For a massless link transmitting external forces, forces acting on links are
resolved and transmitted to the attached points with a quasi-static assumption. Numerical examples are presented to verify

This study develops a learning-based production control system (PCS) to support a manufacturing system to make on-line decisions
that are robust in the face of various production requirements. Selecting essential system attributes (or features) based
on various production requirements to construct PCS knowledge bases is a critical issue because of the existence of a large
amount of shop floor information in a manufacturing system. However, a classical decision tree (DT) learning approach to construct
dynamic dispatching knowledge bases does not consider the optimal subset of system attributes in the problem domain. To resolve
this problem, this study develops a hybrid genetic algorithm/decision tree (GA/DT) approach for DT-based PCS. The hybrid GA/DT
approach is used to simultaneously evolve an optimal subset of system attributes and determine learning parameters of the
DT from a large set of candidate manufacturing system attributes according to various performance measures. For a given feature
subset and learning parameters of a DT decoded by a GA, a DT was applied to evaluate the fitness in the GA process and to
generate the PCS knowledge base. The results demonstrate that the proposed GA/DT-based PCS has, according to various performance
criteria, a better long term system performance than those obtained with classical DT-based PCS and the heuristic individual

In case of a single input single output (SISO) system with a nonlinear term, a signal compression method is useful to identify
a system because the equivalent impulse response of linear part from the system can be extracted by the method. However even
though the signal compression method is useful to estimate uncertain parameters of the system, the method cannot be directly
applied to a unique system with hysteresis characteristics because it cannot estimate all of the two different dynamic properties
according to its motion direction. This paper proposes a signal compression method with a pre-processor to identify a unique
system with two different dynamics according to its motion direction. The pre-processor plays a role of separating expansion
and retraction properties from the system with hysteresis characteristics. For evaluating performance of the proposed approach,
a simulation to estimate the assumed unknown parameters for an arbitrary known model is carried out. A motion platform with
several single-rod cylinders is a representative unique system with two different dynamics, because each single-rod cylinder
has expansion and retraction dynamic properties according to its motion direction. The nominal constant parameters of the
motion platform are experimentally identified by using the proposed method. As its application, the identified parameters
are applied to a design of a sliding mode controller for the simulator. 相似文献
