本文介绍了一种新型的多功能微量光度计;它具有紫外分光光度计、多波长激发萤光光度计、高压液相色谱(HPLC)和流动注射分析(FIA)检测器等多功能的特点。它能同时或分别测量各种具有紫外吸收和萤光发射的物质;它可满足化学、医药、食品、环保等领域中科研和生产工作的需要。该仪器采用了双光路的结构,在设计上不同于目前国际上分光光度计和其他光学式分析仪器的传统作法,实现了“单光源多功能”、“光电综合平衡”和“一机多用”。文中介绍了仪器的工作原理、结构组成、主要技术指标,给出了定量和定性分析的三个应用实例。同时对四个有关问题进行了讨论。 相似文献

The thermo-hydrodynamic behaviour of lubricant films strongly depends on the operating conditions (pressure, speed), on the physical properties of the lubricant, on the temperature level and, furthermore, it is often nonlinear. The thermo-hydrodynamic study of a thin fluid film confined between two parallel planes on relative motion is presented in this paper. The case considered is that of not fully developed thermal conditions and physical properties of the lubricant independent of temperature. A 2D analytical solution is proposed to determine the temperature distribution. The physical parameters affecting the characteristic length, beyond which the flow becomes thermally developed, are determined. 相似文献

The frictional behaviour of thin metallic films on silicon substrates sliding against 52100 steel balls is presented. The motivation of this work is to identify an optimum film thickness that will result in low friction under relatively low loads for various metallic films. Dry sliding friction experiments on silicon substrates with soft metallic coatings (silver, copper, tin and zinc) of various thickness (1–2000 nm) were conducted using a reciprocating pin-on-flat type apparatus under a controlled environment. A thermal vapour deposition technique was used to produce pure and smooth coatings. The morphology of the films was examined using an atomic force microscope, a non-contact optical profilometer and a scanning electron microscope. Following the sliding tests, the sliding tracks were examined by various surface characterization techniques and tools. The results indicate that the frictional characteristics of silicon are improved by coating the surface with a thin metallic film, and furthermore, an optimum film thickness can be identified for silver, copper and zinc coatings. In most cases ploughing marks could be found on the film which suggests that plastic deformation of the film is the dominant mode by which frictional energy dissipation occurred. Based on this observation, the frictional behaviour of thin metallic coatings under low loads is discussed and friction coefficients are correlated with an energy based friction model. 相似文献

The thickness of adsorbed molecular layers is the most critical factor in studying thin film lubrication, and is a key feature that distinguishes thin from thick film lubrication analysis. A method is presented that enables the adsorbed layer thickness to be calculated. This is based on adsorption theory and expressed in terms of molecular interaction energies. A continuous cross-gap viscosity model incorporating the layer thickness is introduced and used to calculate the load capacity and frictional characteristics of a simple bearing operating in the thin film regime. 相似文献

The lubrication of bearings is directly affected by the flow properties of the liquid lubricant. One key feature of lubricant is its viscosity distribution in the bearing. The distribution is dependent on the adsorbent properties of the surface and the velocity distribution of the lubricant. This paper is only connected with the velocity analysis on the cross-gap flow. Because of increasing the speed, apart from increasing the temperature, the other features of lubricant will be changed. When fluid film is thin, the speed effects become important due to the increased shear rate. This paper describes the fluid velocity profiles produced for the case where layers of greater viscosity than the bulk occur on the bearing surfaces. 相似文献

Layers of AlN and CNx were investigated as suitable films to coat thin film anemometers because they are simultaneously electrical isolators and thermal conductors. Lead zirconate titanate (PZT) films have been extensively investigated for many applications: the nonvolatile memory devices based on their remarkable ferroelectric properties, the microelectromechanical system (MEMS) based on their piezoelectricity as well in sensors as in actuators. In this paper, we inject charges into PZT thin films, and then the charge storage and transportation through PZT thin films were observed by electric force microscopy (EFM).
