  Two kinds of ultra high strength cold rolled dual phase steels have been developed by designing C Si Mn Cr and C Si Mn Cr Mo alloy systems. Tensile strength and elongation of both steels exceed 1100 MPa and 10%, respectively. The microstructures of both steels consist of massive martensite and ferrite. And the massive martensite of Mo free steel disperses in the ferrite with volume fraction of 64%. However, the massive martensite of Mo containing steel is connected or closed by small martensite islands each other, and martensite volume fraction is 69%. As to Mo free steel, the yield strength, yield ratio, and work hardening exponent n are 548 MPa, 049, and 026, respectively. As for Mo containing one, the yield strength, yield ratio, and n value are 746 MPa, 066, and 033, respectively. Besides, the ferrite of Mo free steel is deformed at the initial stage of plastic deformation. However, for Mo containing one, Mo solution strengthened ferrite and small overaged martensite islands are deformed preferentially at small strain, which causes the yield strength to reach approximately 200 MPa higher than that of Mo free steel.  相似文献

介绍了含0.085%Ti微合金元素的780 MPa级冷轧热处理双相钢的试制工艺流程,观察和测试了试验钢的组织,织构和性能,并与相关学者的类似研究做了比较.结果表明:试验钢经过连退工艺后,获得了多边形铁素体和分布在铁素体晶界上的岛状马氏体组织,并有少量贝氏体存在;Ti的添加有细晶强化和沉淀强化的作用,经连退热处理后试验钢的强度达到780 MPa级,拉伸时铁素体中的TiC颗粒钉扎和阻碍位错运动,试验钢出现屈服平台;连退后试验钢组织中铁素体晶粒间多为大角度晶界,且α纤维织构较强,γ纤维织构较弱.  相似文献

为研究980 MPa级C-Si-Mn-Nb系冷轧双相钢组织性能,在试验室冶炼该钢并采用临界区保温+两段式冷却+过时效处理的工艺进行热处理。研究表明,试验钢的屈服强度为476 MPa,抗拉强度为1 021 MPa,伸长率为15%,n值为0.29;试验钢热轧组织为(F+P),铁素体晶粒尺寸约为3.3μm;退火组织为(F+M),马氏体体积分数约为63%。微合金元素Nb的添加,起到细晶强化和析出强化的作用。与热轧组织相比,连续退火板带状组织得到明显改善,试验钢表现出良好的强韧性匹配。  相似文献

主要研究了过时效温度和时间对冷轧低碳双相钢显微组织和磁性能的影响。结果表明,过时效温度对双相钢的显微组织和磁性能影响较大。随着过时效温度的升高,马氏体体积分数稍有降低,马氏体逐渐发生分解。透射电镜结果表明,当过时效温度达到380℃时,板条马氏体边界已变得模糊,同时观测到碳化物的析出。双相钢的磁性能对过时效温度非常敏感。矫顽力和磁滞损耗随过时效温度的升高逐渐降低,而最大磁导率、剩磁和10000A/m磁场下的磁感应强度则呈升高趋势。过时效时间对双相钢显微组织和磁性能有较弱的类似影响。  相似文献

 研究了水淬工艺对微合金双相钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着淬火温度的降低,双相钢的屈服和抗拉强度下降,同时总伸长率提高;不同的淬火温度使双相钢显微组织中不仅产生了不同体积分数的马氏体,而且也形成了不同数量的新生铁素体。TEM分析表明,新生铁素体中没有细小的NbCN粒子,因而避免了析出强化,这不仅可以改善铁素体的塑性从而有利于双相钢的塑性,而且也能够提高双相钢的强度。  相似文献

Two kinds of 980MPa grade cold rolled dual phase steels have been developed by designing C-Si-Mn and C-Si-Mn-Nb alloy systems.The microstructure of martensite in Nb-free steel is consisted of lath martensite and twined martensite with the volume fraction of 67%.However,the main hard phase in Nb-containing one is twined martensit with the volume percent of 59%.The size of martensite islands in Nb-containing steel is from 1μm to 3μm,and the size of NbC precipitates is from 15nm to 40nm.As to Nb-containing steel,the yield strength,tensile strength,yield ratio and elongation are 501MPa,1035MPa,0.48 and 17.5% respectively.Futhermore,Nb-containing steel has higher working hardening rate value above the critical strain 6.5%.And it decreases slowly with increasing the strain.This is mainly because of ultrafine grain size and nano-precipitates in ferrite,which improves the compatibility of phases and reduces the stress concentration at the phase interface.  相似文献

探讨了800 MPa级冷轧双相钢的成分体系、冷却处理工艺、组织及性能;研究了退火温度、冷却速率对双相钢性能的影响,分析了双相钢的强化机理,并且优化了退火工艺参数。结果表明,冶炼过程采用C-Si-Mn-Cr-V成分体系,轧制过程采用650℃±20℃的中温卷取,连续退火过程中快冷段投入高氢(H2含量20%)冷却,冷速达到42~50℃/s,能够得到由铁素体和马氏体组成的冷轧双相钢DP800,综合力学性能优良。  相似文献

 采用光亮连续退火模拟实验机研究了0.08C 1.7Mn 0.03Si钢在不同连续退火过时效温度下组织和性能的变化规律,并构造了各相在连续退火工艺期间的反应关系式。试验结果表明:过时效温度在450 ℃时,组织中的第二相主要为粒状贝氏体+马氏体,350 ℃时为板条状贝氏体+马氏体,250 ℃时为马氏体或M A岛;过时效温度降低,试验钢抗拉强度明显升高,屈服强度明显降低,而n值、值和杯突值变化不大;350 ℃过时效时,试验钢的伸长率有增高的趋势,因此调整第二相组分比例可能是提高试验钢塑性的有效手段。  相似文献

 Effects of chemical compositions, finish rolling temperature, isothermal temperature on runout table and coiling temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of economical dual phase steel produced on CSP line were investigated. Experimental results showed that martensite volume fraction could be enhanced and banding microstructure could be reduced by controlling Mn, Si contents and applying proper finish rolling temperature. Optimized processing-parameters were obtained for DP580 production on CSP line of Wuhan Iron and Steel (group) Co (WISCO) in China. Optimal microstructure and mechanical properties could be achieved when the strip was finished rolling at the range of 790 to 830 ℃, isothermally holding at 680 to 740 ℃ and coiling below 250 ℃.  相似文献

本文在实验室试制了高强度冷轧热镀锌用双相钢,探讨了不同的退火温度和平整工艺对双相钢力学性能和组织的影响规律.研究表明:退火温度在800℃以上时,试制的低硅C-Mn-Cr系双相钢才能得到由铁素体和马氏体组成的性能优良的双相钢.平整工艺显著提高双相钢的屈服强度和屈强比,降低双相钢的延伸率,平整率小于1%时,有利于工业上得到综合性能良好的双相钢.  相似文献

The expanding curves of two kinds of 1000 MPa ultra-high strength cold rolled dual phase steels,which were C-Si-Mn-Cr and C-Si-Mn-Cr-Mo steel respectively,were detected on Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulator at different cooling rates.Combined with metallographic and hardness methods,the continuous cooling transformation curves (CCT) of the two steels were obtained.The results showed that Mo could raise the A r3 temperature,and strongly restrain the pearlite and bainite transformation.The reason for this was the interaction that the addition of Mo could increase the chemical driving force of ferrite transformation and the activation energy for the diffusion of carbon in austenite,which could decelerate the ferrite transformation.The hardness of the two steels was similar in the cooling rates range of this experiment and got higher with the increase of the cooling rates.When the cooling rates were above 7 ℃/s,the hardness almost kept constant because the most part of the microstructure was martensite.  相似文献

 780MPa级冷轧双相钢是低碳低合金钢,主要的金属元素为锰,另外根据强度要求的不同,还加入了适量的Mo、Cr等元素。试验结果表明:690℃卷取可以获得更好的性能;随着退火温度的升高,试验钢的马氏体体积分数增加,强度增加,在820℃获得的综合性能最好;在820℃退火,当退火时间为80~100s时强度变化剧烈;当退火时间超过100s后,变化趋势相对平缓,综合比较,退火时间为100s时,获得的综合性能最好。  相似文献

The effect of recrystallization annealing temperature on the properties and microstructure of one-step cold rolled steel strip for shadow mask was studied.The results showed that there was no yield point elongation when the tensile tests were performed on the samples for annealing temperatures ranging from 750℃ to 810 ℃.Moreover,increasing annealing temperature resulted in large grains,which was beneficial to the formability and magnetic property of steel strips.On the other hand,when the sample was annealed at 840 ℃,its microstructure showed ununifortuity with 0.04% yield point elongation,which was not good for the function of the shadow mask.Therefore,the proper recrystallization annealing temperature was about 810 ℃ for the present steel strip for shadow mask.  相似文献

 采用热模拟并借助光学显微镜、SEM技术研究了双相钢的相变规律及不同工艺参数下的组织演变规律。根据热模拟结果在实验室试制出700 MPa级热轧双相钢,优化了轧制和冷却工艺参数。实验结果表明:热轧双相钢组织为多边形铁素体+马氏体岛,抗拉强度730 MPa,屈强比062,伸长率236%,达到了DP700级双相钢的性能要求,并讨论了热轧卷取温度对双相钢最终力学性能的影响。  相似文献

 通过Nb V Ti和Nb V Ti Mo两种微合金钢在高温(td=900~1 100 ℃)和不同应变速率(=001~10 s-1)下的单道次压缩模拟试验,研究了热变形参数对两种微合金钢的动态再结晶过程的影响,求出动态再结晶形变激活能及相关参数,建立了热变形方程,并通过对比,分析了钼对微合金钢动态再结晶的影响。结果表明:含钼钢的动态再结晶更困难。这是因为钼的自扩散系数大,致使钢具有更高的动态再结晶激活能。  相似文献

In order to optimize the production process, improve the production efficiency and accelerate the development and application of the domestic dual-phase steel, the effects of heat treatment process parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of DP440 cold rolled strip were studied by the CAS-300 simulated continuous annealing equipment. When the heating rate increased from 5 to 100 ℃/s, both the tensile strength and yield strength increased because of the decreased grain size. When the intercritical annealing temperature increased from 780 to 850 ℃, the martensite content decreased so that the tensile strength decreased first, then increased, and the yield strength increased. When the rapid cooling rate increased from 25 to 100 ℃/s, because the martensite content increased, the tensile strength increased, while the yield strength decreased. When the overaging temperature increased from 260 to 400 ℃, the tensile strength decreased, while the yield strength increased. When the overaging time increased from 240 to 480 s, the tensile strength decreased a little, while the yield strength increased a little.  相似文献

 研究了不同固溶处理温度对特超级双相不锈钢00Cr27Ni7Mo5N组织及力学性能的影响。采用光镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪、显微硬度、冲击和拉伸测试等手段研究σ相的析出规律及其对力学性能的影响。运用Thermo-Calc热力学软件计算00Cr27Ni7Mo5N相含量随温度的变化,并与测试结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明,当固溶温度在800~1050℃之间,00Cr27Ni7Mo5N有大量金属间化合物σ相析出,导致钢的强度和硬度增加,塑韧性显著下降。当固溶温度在1070~1200℃时,钢中σ相溶解,钢的塑韧性提高,硬度下降。1100℃固溶处理时,00Cr27Ni7Mo5N具有最佳的综合力学性能。  相似文献
