根据模式识别原理和方法,在Windows环境下以Visual Basic为开发语言,成功地开发了一套熔化极气体保护焊(MIG、MAG、CO2)熔滴过渡模式识别软件系统,通过试验在特征谱线下,采集了大量熔化极气体保护焊五种熔滴过渡光谱信号波形。该软件系统根据熔滴过渡与光谱信号的对应关系,以及溶化极气体保护焊五种熔滴过渡的光谱信号波形的几何特征,经数据的预处理,创造性地抽取了多个关键性的特征参数,建立了相应的识别函数和最小距离法分类器,结果表明,利用该系统较好地对MIG、MAG和CO2焊熔滴过渡类型进行自动识别,具有较高的准确性和识别精度,为实现熔化极气体保护焊溶滴过渡自动控制提供了信号处理基础。 相似文献

轻金属材料激光+GMAW复合热源焊接机理的研究进展 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
激光+GMAW复合热源焊接是近几年在国际上得到迅速发展和应用的焊接前沿新技术,是轻金属材料优质高效连接的最佳熔焊工艺.但对其内在的物理特征及其基础理论和关键技术问题还缺乏深入的研究.文中分析了激光+GMAW复合热源焊接在国内外的研究现状,并在此基础上根据作者已进行的研究,提出了当前应当重点深入研究的几个关键科学和技术问题,如激光与电弧的能量耦合机制、激光对弧焊熔滴过渡的作用机制、复合热源焊接熔池内的传热与传质、复合热源焊接冶金、焊接接头的应力-应变场与变形控制规律等.最后指出数值模拟是轻金属材料复合热源焊接基础研究的重要手段. 相似文献

Robotic gas metal arc welding (GMAW) experiments were conducted using an ERTOS-1 electrode with Ar + 10% CO2 shielding gas, and the welding current and arc voltage signals were collected by a data acquisition system. The boundaries between globular transfer and spray transfer in terms of the welding current and arc voltage were determined according to the waveform of electric signals and the Fourier transform results of arc voltage. The optimum welding parameters for the two transfer modes were obtained, which laid a foundation for the numerical simulation and control of GMAW process. 相似文献

AbstractThe thermal or process efficiency in gas metal arc welding (GMAW) is a crucial input to numerical models of the process and requires the use of an accurate welding calorimeter. In this paper, the authors compare a liquid nitrogen calorimeter with an insulated box calorimeter for measuring the process efficiency of Fronius cold metal transfer, Lincoln surface tension transfer and RapidArc, Kemppi FastRoot and standard pulsed GMAW. All of the controlled dip transfer processes had a process efficiency of ~85% when measured with the liquid nitrogen calorimeter. This value was slightly higher when welding in a groove and slightly lower for the RapidArc and pulsed GMAW. The efficiency measured with the insulated box calorimeter was slightly lower, but it had the advantage of a much smaller random error. 相似文献

研究了Plasma-GMAW复合焊接过程中的电弧特性以及熔滴过渡行为。结果表明,不同电流的等离子弧通过改变GMAW电弧的导电以及受力状态来影响GMAW电弧形态以及熔滴过渡行为。等离子弧电流较小时,GMAW电弧的等离子流效应对GMAW电弧形态影响显著,基值时期的GMAW电弧基本沿焊丝轴线燃弧,峰值时期由于在焊接方向上同时受到方向相反的2个力而被压缩,熔滴所受的等离子流力以及等离子流力垂直向下的分力因此增加,对熔滴过渡的促进作用增强,熔滴更易从焊丝脱落。等离子弧电流增加,氛围中金属蒸气增多,电荷流效应对GMAW电弧的影响增强,基值时期GMAW电弧偏向等离子弧方向燃弧,由于焊接电弧存在热惯性,MIG电弧在峰值时仍偏向等离子弧,熔滴所受等离子流力垂直向下的分力因此减小,熔滴脱离焊丝的时间增加。 相似文献

In this paper,a numerical investigation about the metal transfer of GMAW is investigated based on the phase field model.Be different of most published work,we take the thermocapillary effect and mixture energy into the process of phase transfer and interface change which is different from volume of fluid( VOF) method.We discretize the whole model with a continuous finite element method and we also apply a penalty formulation to the continuity condition enhancing the stability of the pressure.Metal transfer of GMAW with constant and pulse current is computed as numerical examples which agrees well with the data of high-speed photography.The result shows that the computing process of the phase field model is stability and it has a higher precision in predicting the diameter of droplet. 相似文献
