针对车用压缩天然气(CNG)发动机进行电控系统的开发研究。电控单元以AVR系列单片机为核心,采用多片式结构;设计了传感器调理电路和执行器驱动电路;通过控制怠速步进电机以调节旁通空气量,采用PID算法对发动机怠速转速进行闭环控制;采用脉宽调制(PWM)方式控制天然气喷射阀的喷射量;通过控制初级点火线圈的通电时间和断电时刻,实现点火能量和点火正时的主动控制。 相似文献

The attempt is made to enhance the performance of a closed loop control of DC series motor fed by DC chopper (DC-DC buck converter) by hybridization of PID controller with an intelligent control using ANN (Artificial Neural Network) controller. This system consists of inner current controller loop and outer PID-ANN based speed controller loop. The current controller allows the PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) signal when the motor current is less than set value. The PID-ANN speed controller controls the motor voltage by controlling the duty cycle of the chopper thereby the motor speed is regulated. The PID-ANN controller performances are analyzed in both steady state and dynamic operating condition with various set speed and various load torque. The rise time, maximum over shoot, settling time, steady state error and speed drops are taken for comparison with conventional PID controller and existing work. The steady state stability analysis of the system also is made by using the transfer function model with MATLAB. The training data for PID-ANN controller is taken from conventional PID controller. The Hybrid PID-ANN controller with DC chopper has better control over the conventional PID controller and the reported existing work. This system is simulated using MATLAB/Simulink and also it is implemented with a NXP 80C51 family Microcontroller (P89V51RD2 BN) based Embedded System. 相似文献

为了产生各种不同形式的脉冲宽度调制(PWM)信号,提出一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的脉冲宽度调制信号发生器。采用硬件描述语言Verilog设计底层模块,并在FPGA芯片内部嵌入一个NiosII软核处理器,使用软硬件协同的工作方式产生多路PWM信号。实验结果表明,该信号发生器的频率输出范围为1 Hz~4 MHz,占空比可调范围为1%~99%,任意两路信号间的相位差范围为1°~180°,达到预期效果。 相似文献

考虑脉冲位置调制(PPM)在解调时需要严格的时钟同步和符号同步,而且功率越高,时隙越窄的问题,结合差分脉冲位置调制(DPPM)和脉冲宽度调制(PWM)提出了一种有效的调制方式--差分脉冲位置宽度调制(DPPM+PWM).研究了采用DPPM+PWM的红外通信系统在加性高斯白噪声干扰下的性能,对DPPM+PWM的符号结构、发射功率、带宽需求、传输容量以及误包率等特性进行了分析,并通过仿真与开关键控(OOK),PPM,PPM等调制方式进行了比较.结果表明DP-PM+PWM频带利用率高,传输容量大,不需要符号同步,且增加了脉冲信号的长度,大大简化系统实现,是一种很有实际应用价值的调制方式. 相似文献

设计了一种新型的传感器信号读取电路,该电路将传统的脉宽调制PWM(PulseWidthModulation)电路进行改进,对PWM信号采用占空比和频率同时调制而不是单一的占空比调制,在信号传输过程中,该电路可将两路电压输入信号调制到一路PWM信号上,通过对输出PWM信号进行解调可还原两路输入信号的电压值.实验结果表明,该电路输出PWM信号占空比和频率分别与两路输入电压信号呈良好的线性关系,电压转换精度分别达到0.34%、0.26%.此外,该电路具有抗干扰能力强、转换精度高和成本低的优点,非常适合传感器信号的调理和读取. 相似文献

为了解决针织机橡筋输送装置速度固定,单路输送,输送速度与织机转速不匹配等问题,提出了基于I2C(Inter-Integrated Circuit)通信的多路橡筋输送控制系统设计方案,该方案通过主从单片机的I2C总线通信,实现控制主机与PWM(Pulse Width Modulation)信号输出从机的实时通信,从机经过细分电路、驱动电路控制步进电机,运用步进电机升降速微分算法与转速匹配算法,实现具有良好速度匹配的多路可变速橡筋输送装置控制系统,同时,由于I2C总线具有易扩展性,通过单片机I/O口间的总线模拟通信与扩展,实现多路输送。最后通过设置仿真实验,验证了该系统步进电机与针织机针筒的转速匹配效果较好,当步进电机驱动器(TB6600)为32细分、PWM信号的占空比为60%时,电机转速平稳、振动较小,系统噪声低。该系统能够在提高织物松紧度、提高织物生产效率与调节织物形态方面产生积极作用。 相似文献

This paper proposes an active bus voltage limiter with a modified modulation strategy for bi-directional power flow applications. When the motor is braking, the regenerative energy raises the DC bus voltage. Additional shunt resistors are usually used to dissipate the regenerative energy, which is a waste. The active rectifiers, which are also mentioned as PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) rectifiers, can transfer the regenerative power to the power grid but the cost is high and not economic, especially when the regenerative power is comparatively low. This paper investigates the zero-sequence current produced by the active bus voltage limiter and then presents a modified space vector modulation strategy to effectively suppress the zero-sequence current and keep the unity power factor. The analysis about the control strategy of the topology is carried out. And the algorithms for regenerative applications are discussed. Selective Harmonic Elimination technique is one of the control methods applied in Voltage Source Inverters to eliminate the harmonics. However, finding the solutions for the harmonic reduction is a difficult problem to be solved. This paper presents an efficient and reliable Evolutionary Algorithms based solution for Selective Harmonic Elimination (SHE) switching pattern to eliminate the lower order harmonics in Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) inverter. Determination of pulse pattern for the elimination of lower order harmonics of a PWM inverter necessitates solving a system of nonlinear transcendental equations. Evolutionary Algorithms are used to solve nonlinear transcendental equations for PWM–SHE. In this proposed method, harmonics up to 19th are eliminated using Evolutionary Algorithms without using dual transformer. The experimental results are obtained and are validated with simulations using PSIM 6.1 and MATLAB 7.0. 相似文献
