普朗铜矿位于迪庆高原,目前矿山处于基建期,为了更好的建设普朗铜矿,矿山提出了采用合同制采矿代替自营方式进行矿山开采的观点,文章在确定合同制采矿范围、设备购置及管理模式、采矿管理方式的情况下,分析了自营和合同制采矿的价格,并对两种方式进行了经济分析,论证了普朗铜矿合同制采矿在技术上可行、在经济上合理。  相似文献

普朗铜矿是新建矿山,采用自然崩落法采矿,生产规模大,开采工艺复杂,生产矿量管理没有标准。为实现持续生产,提高矿产资源储量管理水平,按照有色金属矿山生产矿量管理规定,结合普朗铜矿地质特征、采矿工艺特点,建立三维地质模型,并对采掘工程划分、地质工作程度要求、合理保有期核定等问题进行了综合研究,制定了普朗铜矿生产矿量管理办法,预计矿山2020年可达产。  相似文献

普朗铜矿是近几年发现的超大型斑岩铜矿,采用自然崩落法采矿.为提高生产效率,在矿床地质特征基础上,结合采矿工艺特点,应用X荧光法、刻槽法、方格法、拣块法等不同取样方法,通过样品化验品位误差分析,进行了生产地质取样方法对比研究.在此基础上,综合取样工作效率和经济效益,得出各采样方法的优缺点和适应范围,提出适合普朗铜矿不同情境下生产地质取样方法,以更好地为矿山生产服务.  相似文献

大红山矿业公司自2003年在全国冶金矿山行业率先推行采矿合同制以来,取得了显著的成效。2007年并下400万t/a采矿工程也采用了合同制采矿。合同制采矿实行采矿合同卖价付款的结算方式,即承包方采到矿石后以价售出获得报酬和利润。大红山矿业推行合同采矿制,提高了社会资源的配置,有效提高企业的效益和抗风险能力,降低了采矿成本。  相似文献

本文通过对国内最大的自然崩落法采矿基地——普朗铜矿的进行地应力反演,并对矿体进行岩石力学特征评价,并对前期运营过程中底部结构的所受的应力状态进行了研究,以及对矿区采场中在拉底及出矿过程中,巷道的稳定性特征及破坏规律进行了对比分析,并且针对上述规律提出了普朗铜矿前期底部结构稳定性防护措施,对采矿实践有一定的指导作用。  相似文献

普朗铜矿在运用自然崩落法进行拉底推进和出矿作业过程中,在断层构造影响下,面临底部结构围岩破坏变形和地表不均匀沉降等问题。因此,普朗铜矿采用微震、应力和三维激光扫描综合监测系统,对开采过程中矿山地压状况进行监测和分析。结果表明:西沿拉底推进对首采区岩体稳定性影响较大;采区南部底部结构应力变化相对频繁;地表塌陷区东部区域与沟底核心区域沉降速度最快。以上研究结果为矿山调整拉底、出矿和二次支护计划提供了参考依据,起到了良好效果。  相似文献

琅琊山铜矿位于安徽省滁州市城区,与琅琊山风景区附近,地理位置优越。该矿山矿床为矽卡岩接触交代型富铜矿床,矿体顶板及围岩以石英闪长玢岩为主,局部为寒武系碳酸盐岩;围岩工程力学性质及稳定性良好,地下水贫乏;地下采矿遗留有大面积的开采空间。通过对琅琊山铜矿赋存的自然背景条件、地下采矿方式、地下遗留的开采区面积来分析该矿山地下开采空间可开发利用前景,提出了未来可供选择的利用方式为建设矿山公园、人防工程、地下物资储备库等,以此变废为宝,提升地下采矿的社会经济效益。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
