管壳式换热器的传统设计过程计算工作量大、效率低和设计质量不理想.本文在Windows环境中,以Visual Basic 6.0编程语言为平台,开发管壳式换热器的设计软件,集工艺计算、结构、强度设计于一体,界面友好,灵活方便.软件内设开放性数据库,实现了人机交互图表查取、辅助绘图以及设计文件的自动生成.软件计算准确,可供工程设计或教学使用,也可供类似软件的开发借鉴. 相似文献

针对目前家居生活“舒适,节能”的需求,文中将嵌入式控制技术引入地源热泵家居系统中,建立了地源热泵公寓楼的整体智能控制方案,并重点介绍了生活热水系统底层控制实现以及CBS(Customary-Based Servicing)算法。在CBS算法方面,它是利用时间分区,其次计算出设备运行的平均时间,再判断时间相似度的有效性,证明某开启时间点为有价值的点。通过构造习惯体并不断融合新的有价值点,最终得到习惯模型。从而准确地了解用户的生活规律,主动为用户提供人性化服务,实现家居生活的真正智能化。文中最后还列举了算法在热水系统中的应用,充分说明了该算法的可行性。 相似文献

为提高管壳式换热器设计效率,以C#程序语言为平台,基于换热器壳侧传热性能指标/△1/3的优化设计开发了管壳式换热器计算软件,并用Excel生成计算报表。该软件包含传统弓形折流板换热器及一种新型换热器——三分螺旋折流板换热器的设计与校核计算。将实验数据与软件设计数据比较,软件设计有一定的优化效果;将实验数据与校核数据比较,软件计算准确性较高,可供工程设计及类似软件开发借鉴。采用软件计算了两种换热器的性能参数,结果证实了三分螺旋折流板换热器的优势。 相似文献

随着对工业生产成本控制要求的不断提高,换热网络优化的深入研究已经引起了越来越多研究人员的重视。在换热网络综合过程中考虑换热器的详细设计是换热网络综合细化深入研究的一个重要方面,可以降低换热网络的年度总费用,并且提高换热网络综合结果的实际可行性。本文通过文献中的算例结果分析,考虑换热器详细设计的换热网络综合的总费用明显低于不考虑换热器详细设计的总费用,阐述了换热网络综合中考虑换热器详细设计的必要性,强调了换热器的详细设计对换热网络综合的影响。文献中考虑换热器详细设计进行换热网络综合时主要采用了夹点分析法和数学规划法,夹点分析法综合换热网络虽然使包含换热器设计的换热网络结构变得简化易于求解,但是无法保证结果是最优解,而数学规划法综合换热网络能有效的考虑换热器详细设计对换热网络综合的影响,但是考虑换热器详细设计也大大增加了模型的复杂性,本文对此进行了对比和评述,同时认为深入研究换热网络细化设计研究并利用快速而高效的算法搜索全局最优解是未来研究方向。 相似文献

管壳式换热器应用广泛尤其是对其设计的研究,回顾了近年来单台管壳式换热器的工艺设计方法,并指出这些方法难以兼顾换热网络的节能降耗。许多研究者,在换热网络最优综合的同时提出了多种面积裕量优化设计方法,虽然考虑了换热网络中各换热器换热面积的优化,但并未考虑换热器的选型与详细设计。近年来,也有研究者基于换热网络综合进行管壳式换热器的详细设计研究,同步优化换热网络和单台换热器的设计,但这些方法均是在给定的工况条件下进行设计,考虑到实际生产中工况条件经常发生变化,单台换热器的设计均采用超余设计难以保证总费用最小。最后,在此基础上,提出一种从灵敏度分析的角度出发以总费用最小为目标基于换热网络综合的管壳式换热器详细设计思路。 相似文献

Viscous liquids can be encountered in many applications of micro devices. In this paper, an experimental and numerical simulation of a micro screw concentric tube heat exchanger is presented to determine the overall heat transfer coefficient and the amount of heat created by friction. The screw surface area and the increase in the viscosity of the liquid can raise the amount of heat created by friction and subsequently increase the amount of heat transferred in the micro concentric tube heat exchanger. Increasing the viscosity of the source can increase the overall heat transfer coefficient. The micro heat exchanger consists of a tube inside the screw placed inside a micro-channel. When the screw rotates, a net force is transferred to the fluid due to differential pressure on the depth of the thread and pressure gradient along the screw axis, thus causing the fluid to displace outside and inside the screw. A micro-screw heat exchanger was designed to maximize heat transfer from a liquid (viscous) in the cylinder to water in a tube inside a screw. Three-dimensional simulation of micro-screw heat exchanger was performed. The results obtained from CFD simulation have been compared with the experiments. 相似文献
