四元共聚丙烯酸酯热熔压敏胶膜的合成研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯腈(AN)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为共聚单体,采用预乳化法制备聚丙烯酸酯热熔胶,研究了单体用量配比,乳化剂用量、配比及乳化方式,引发剂用量,温度和滴加速度对反应及性能的影响。结果表明:2-EHA/MMA 1/0.6,AN 5%,AM 5%,复合乳化剂3.0%,引发剂过硫酸钾0.3%,80~85℃,反应4h,丙烯酸酯橡胶分子量在10万以上时,制得的热熔压敏胶膜综合性能良好。  相似文献

以丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、丙烯腈(AN)和丙烯酸(AA)为主要原料,以反应性阴/非离子型乳化剂(HS-10/OP-10)为复合乳化剂、Dow Corning-346为有机硅助剂和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为交联剂,采用半连续滴加预乳液的乳液聚合方法,制备了水性丙烯酸酯类涂料印花黏合剂。探讨了单体、乳化剂和交联剂等对黏合剂性能的影响,并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)法鉴别出国外同类产品中所用助剂的品种及含量。研究结果表明:当m(HS-10)∶m(OP-10)=2.2∶1、w(GMA)=3%、w(BA)=40%、w(2-EHA)=20%、w(EA)=14%、w(AA)=3%、w(AN)=20%和w(Dow Corning-346)=3%时,相应涂料印花黏合剂的综合性能与国外同类产品相当。  相似文献

The free radical terpolymerization of indene (In), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and acrylonitrile (AN) has been investigated. The rate of polymerization of all the binary systems involved has been measured dilatometrically for the homogeneous polymerization. The reactivity ratios of the three binary systems were calculated and were found to be equal to 0.031 and 0.397 for In/AN copolymers and 0.02 and 3.82 for In/MMA copolymers and finally 0.152 and 1.20 for AN/MMA copolymers. The rate of terpolymerization in bulk has been measured as well as the relationship between the monomer mixture composition and the obtained terpolymer in order to construct the compositional triangle. Also the effect of initiator concentration on the rate of terpolymerization was investigated. The activation energy of terpolymerization was determined. The terpolymers were characterized by spectral and thermo-gravimetric analyses. The data indicates that polyindene improves the thermal stability of the prepared terpolymers.  相似文献

介绍了一种新型环氧改性醇溶性丙烯酸酯干式复膜胶的制备方法和性能。首先以环氧树脂E-44和丙烯酸(AA)为原料,合成了一种丙烯酸环氧单酯(EA);再以乙醇为溶剂,采用半连续加料法合成了醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)和EA四元共聚物。该复膜胶合成的适宜条件为:m(VAc)∶m(BA)∶m(2-EHA)∶m(EA)=40∶25∶20∶15,w(引发剂)=1.0%,反应温度为73℃,反应时间为7h。实验结果表明,该复膜胶可用于制备塑料复合薄膜,具有环保、无毒、剥离强度高和快速固化等特点,适用于快速干式复合薄膜的生产线。  相似文献

2-Pyrimidyl acrylamide monomer (2PA) has been prepared by the reaction of 2-amino pyrimidine with acrylolyl chloride in the presence of triethylamine as catalyst. Its structure was confirmed by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. Ternary copolymerizations of 2-pyrimidyl acrylamide monomer (2PA) with methyl acrylate (MA), methyl methacrylate (MMA), ethyl acrylate (EA), butyl acrylate (BuA) and acrylonitrile (AN) were carried out in THF at 65°C in the presence of a free radical initiator. Experimental terpolymerization data agree well with calculations based on the Alfrey–Goldfinger equation. The determination of unitary, binary and ternary azeotropies of the various systems studied were easily handled by a computer. The ternary azeotropic compositions for 2PA–MA–AN and 2PA–MMA–AN were 32.20:17.5:50.30 and 13.54:52.64:33.82mol%, respectively. Pseudo-azeotropic regions were identified where the deviation between feed and polymer composition is very small.  相似文献

以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、苯乙烯(St)和常温交联单体等为主要原料,通过乳液聚合法制备常温干燥环保型涂料印花粘合剂。研究结果表明,将该粘合剂用于印花坯布,并经常温(18~25℃)干燥后,其干摩擦牢度达到4级、湿摩擦牢度达到3~4级且刷洗牢度达到3级;该常温干燥涂料印花粘合剂的综合性能优于其他同类产品。  相似文献

以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)为软单体、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体、环氧树脂(EP)为改性单体、丙烯酰胺(AM)为内交联剂、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂以及乙酸乙酯/乙醇为混合溶剂,采用溶液聚合法制备出一种耐高温溶剂型丙烯酸酯PSA(压敏胶)。研究了单体、引发剂和交联剂等对PSA性能的影响。结果表明:当w(2-EHA)=20%、w(MMA)=13%、w(BPO)=0.5%和w(AM)=0.6%时,PSA的综合性能相对最好;当w(EP)=5%时,PSA的耐高温性能显著提高。  相似文献

Methyl methacrylate (MMA) has been copolymerized with n-butyl acrylate (n-BA), ethyl acrylate (EA), and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (2-EHA) in solution at 70°C using benzoyl peroxide as free radical initiator. The copolymer composition was estimated by the 1H-NMR spectroscopic technique. The copolymers were further characterized by IR, XRD, TGA, DTA, DSC, GPC, and solubility. In this work, copolymers and a multilayer core/shell P(BA/BA-MMA/MMA) composite latex of methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA), and ethyl acrylate (EA) were prepared by emulsion polymerization. The thermal and the mechanical properties of their films were characterized by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), while the acoustic absorption performance of dried films were estimated using the standing wave pipe method. The results show that a multilayer core/shell polymer of P(BA/BA-MMA/MMA) has many glass transitions in a broad temperature region, and in the frequency range of sound, this core/shell polymer has better acoustic absorption properties than the random copolymer of P(BA-MMA). © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Since the itaconic acid (IA) comonomer is the potential initiator of cyclization, therefore the introduction of IA comonomer into polyacrylonitrile (PAN) precursor can depress the onset of exotherm (or cyclized temperature) and peak temperature. However, the more the IA content, the lower the conversion of acrylonitrile (AN) in the polymerization reaction. Although 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (2-EHA) comonomer in PAN precursor may prevent the cyclization propagation of nitrile groups during oxidation, PAN precursor with a few percent of 2-EHA comonomer has a more preferred orientation. As the content of 2-EHA comonomer further increases, the orientation of the resulting carbon fiber decreases correspondingly. In this study, PAN precursor, with the composition of 98 mol % AN, 1.5 mol % 2-EHA, and 0.5 mol % IA, and its resulting carbon fiber have the best mechanical properties. From the results, it is shown that there is a good relationship between the tenacity and modulus of PAN precursor and those of its resulting carbon fiber.  相似文献

以苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)、丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(HEA)和丙烯酸(AA)为反应单体,利用天然松香乳液作为改性剂,通过乳液聚合的方式制备了松香-苯丙复合乳液。研究了乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、松香乳液用量和单体配比对乳液性能的影响。并通过TGA、DLS、TEM对所制备的复合乳液进行了表征。结果表明:当乳化剂用量为单体质量的5%、引发剂用量为单体质量的0.8%、松香乳液用量为单体质量的30%、m(硬单体)∶m(软单体)=2.5∶1时,制得的乳液呈白色泛蓝光,粒径为131 nm。成膜后,漆膜光滑透明,硬度(1H)、耐水性(接触角97.05°)和附着力(1级)等性能良好。  相似文献

Acrylonitrile‐co‐styrene‐co‐methylmethacrylate (AN‐S‐MMA) terpolymer was prepared by bulk and emulsifier‐free emulsion polymerization techniques. The bulk and emulsion terpolymers were characterized by means of Fourierr transform infrared spectroscopy, 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, gel permeation chromatography, thermal gravimetric analysis, and elemental analysis. The kinetics of the terpolymerization were studied. The terpolymers were then incorporated into butadiene—acrylonitrile rubber (NBR)/ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM) blends and into chloroprene rubber (CR)/EPDM blend. The terpolymers were then tested for potential as compatibilizers by using scanning electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. The terpolymers improved the compatibility of CR/EPDM and NBR/EPDM blends. The physicomechanical properties of CR/EPDM and NBR/EPDM blend vulcanizates revealed that the incorporation of terpolymers was advantageous, since they resulted in blend vulcanizates with higher 100% moduli and with more thermally stable mechanical properties than the individual rubbers. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯(2-EHA)为软单体、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为硬单体、丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为交联单体和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)/乳化剂(OP-10)为阴/非离子型复合乳化剂,采用核/壳种子乳液聚合法制备了丙烯酸酯共聚乳液;然后在壳层聚合时寸加入HEMA,并用乙烯基有机硅进行改性,制得硅丙乳液。结果表明:当m(SDS):m(OP-10)=3:2、w(复合乳化剂)=3.4%、w(引发剂)=0.82%、w(HEMA)=3.5%、聚合温度为80℃以及聚合中期加入6.8%乙烯基硅油至壳单体中时,硅丙乳液及其胶膜的稳定性、耐水性和力学性能俱佳。  相似文献

Bis(1H, 1H, 2H, 2H‐perfluoro‐octyl)methylenesuccinate (FOM)/ethyl acrylate (EA)/methyl methacrylate (MMA) copolymer (FOME) latexes, FOM/butyl acrylate (BA)/MMA copolymer (FOMB) latexes, and FOM/octyl acrylate (OA)/MMA copolymer (FOMO) latexes were synthesized by continuous emulsion polymerization. Solution polymerization was also carried out to prepare FOMB. The influences of fluorine content and curing conditions on the surface properties of polymer films were discussed. The water and oil repellency of cotton fabrics treated with the FOM copolymers was better than that of conventional poly(fluoroalkyl acrylate)s containing the same fluorinated chain. The polymer films or the treated fabrics were characterized by Fourier transform infrared, scanning electron microscope, atomic force microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, x‐ray photoelectron spectrometry, and wide angle x‐ray diffraction. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过乳液聚合法制备了丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)改性醋酸乙烯(VAc)水性乳液。该乳液由VAc/2-EHA、水、聚乙烯醇(PVA)和乳化剂等配制而成。讨论了工艺条件及配方组分对乳液性能的影响,并确定了基本配方。结果表明:当聚合温度为70~80℃、w(过硫酸钾引发剂)=1~3份、w(OP-10)=0.83%~1.25%(相对于混合单体而言)、w(SDS)=0.63%~0.83%(相对于混合单体而言)、以异辛醇为消泡剂且使用合适的助剂时,该乳液具有韧性好、粘接强度高、可常温粘接、使用方便、毒性小和无污染等优点,可用作水性涂料的基料以及木材、纸张用胶粘剂等。  相似文献

以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸(AA)和含磷单体为共聚单体,采用预乳化种子乳液聚合法制备PSA(结合磷型苯丙共聚乳液胶粘剂),并在PSA中添加少量无机阻燃剂APP(聚磷酸铵)制备CPSA(复合型阻燃胶粘剂)。系统研究了含磷单体和APP含量对乳液稳定性、胶膜剥离强度、涂层阻燃性和热性能等影响。结果表明:当m(St+BA+EA+MMA+AA)=40 g、m(St)∶m(BA)∶m(EA)∶m(MMA)∶m(AA)=16∶90∶60∶24∶5、w(含磷单体)=4%和w(APP)=12%(相对于单体总质量而言)时,可制成稳定性、剥离强度和阻燃性能俱佳的CPSA。  相似文献

以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯腈(AN)和丙烯酸(AA)为单体,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,通过半连续乳液聚合方法合成了丙烯酸酯乳液胶粘剂。研究了软硬单体配比、不同硬单体以及功能单体AA对胶粘剂性能的影响。研究结果表明,当m(BA)∶m(MMA)∶m(AN+St)=75∶15∶10[其中m(AN)∶m(St)=1∶3]、w(AA)=2份时,制备的乳液胶粘剂具有较好的剪切强度、拉伸强度和耐水性。  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of acrylic polymer/Na-montmorillonite (Na-MMT) clay nano-composites pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA) are researched. The PSA/clay nano-composites were synthesized by in-situ emulsion polymerization and mechanical blending. And then, different amounts of nanoclay were dispersed in 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (2-EHA)/n-butyl acrylate (BA)/methyl methacylate (MMA)/acrylic acid (AA) monomer mixture, which was synthesized using in-situ emulsion polymerization technique. Morphological observation was carried out using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). Viscoelastic properties of PSA/clay nano-composites were analyzed using advanced rheometric expansion system (ARES). The adhesion performances of synthesized PSA/clay nano-composites were determined by measurements of peel strength, probe tack and shear adhesion failure temperature.  相似文献
