Two series of polyester and polyether waterborne polyurethanes (WPUs) modified with poly[(3,3,3‐trifluoropropyl)methylsiloxane] (PTFPMS) were synthesized by prepolymerization method and the effect of PTFPMS on surface and bulk properties were investigated by a variety of experimental methods. FTIR and DSC results showed that the polyester WPU has better compatibility between soft segments and hard segments than polyether WPU in bulk and the degree of phase separation increased in polyester WPU but decreased in polyether WPU with increasing PTFPMS. ARXPS analysis revealed the migration of PTFPMS to WPU surface and the migration ability of Si element was better than F element. AFM images demonstrated that the surface of WPU films became rougher as PTFPMS content increased. The enrichment of PTFPMS with low surface energy and roughened surface imparted good hydrophobicity and oleophobicity to WPU films and polyether WPU has better surface properties compared with polyester WPU. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 选用不同的软链段比例、不同的异氰酸酯比例和不同的扩链剂制备了水性聚氨酯(WPU),并讨论了n(-NCO)∶n(聚醚和聚酯中-OH)比值和R值的变化对WPU性能的影响。研究结果表明,在预聚反应中,当软链段中n(聚醚)∶n(聚酯)比值为0.5∶0.5、异氰酸酯中n(TDI)∶n(MDI)比值为0.5∶0.5、w(-COOH)为1.0%时,选用DEG为扩链剂、固定R值为1.3左右,可以得到性能优越的WPU。 相似文献

以聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBAG)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为软链段,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为硬链段,采用预聚体法制备了水性聚氨酯(WPU),研究了R值(NCO/OH摩尔比)、DMPA用量、聚酯与聚醚摩尔比等对乳液的粘度、粒径、稳定性和聚氨酯胶膜力学性能的影响。结果表明,选用尺值为2.0、DMPA质量分数为3.5%、聚酯与聚醚摩尔比为2.5,制备的聚酯-聚醚混合型WPU的粒径可以达到310nm,粘度达到65mPa·s,其离心稳定性和wPU膜力学性能良好。经WPU涂层整理织物的耐静水压达到6.08kPa,透湿量达4550g/(m2×24h),符合服用性能的要求。 相似文献

AbstractA series of waterborne polyurethane/inorganic (WPU/TiO2) hybrid composites were synthesised by a sol–gel process on the basis of isophorone diisocyanate, polyether polyol (GE-210), dimethylolpropionic acid, tetrabutyl titanate (TBT) and 3-glycidyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane as a coupling agent. The physical properties of the WPU and WPU/TiO2 dispersions and hybrids were measured. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to assess the fracture surface morphology and the dispersions of the WPU/TiO2 hybrids. The scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy results showed that the TiO2 particles were dispersed homogeneously in the WPU matrix in nanoscale. The prepared hybrids showed good thermal stability and mechanical properties in comparison with pure WPU and showed tunable transparence with the TBT fraction in the film. Through suitable adjustment of TBT content, some thin hybrids have potential applications, such as coatings, leather finishing, adhesives, sealants, plastic coatings and wood finishes. 相似文献

以聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)为主要原料合成水性聚氨酯(WPU)树脂,并与聚四氢呋喃(PTMEG)、聚醚(PO)、聚酯(PS)材料进行对比研究,同时探讨交联剂对成膜性能的影响。研究结果表明,适度交联可提高胶膜的拉伸强度及耐水性,交联使膜的断裂伸长率降低。液态材料PCDLT-981合成的WPU树脂的成膜光泽及断裂伸长率较好,固态材料PCDLT-5652合成的WPU树脂的拉伸强度及耐介质性能更佳。4种多元醇合成的WPU树脂,PCDL水性PU性能最优,有望取代溶剂型合成革树脂。 相似文献

用聚酯/碱溶性聚酯(PET/COPET)海岛纤维无纺布含浸含磷自阻燃的水性聚氨酯(WPU)浆料,通过干法凝固、碱减量和后整理等工艺制备阻燃型聚酯超细纤维/水性聚氨酯(PETMF/WPU)复合材料。分析并探讨不同固含量含磷自阻燃的WPU浆料对PETMF/WPU复合材料的阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。采用锥形量热仪、极限氧指数和垂直燃烧对其阻燃性能进行表征;采用电子扫描显微镜对其微观结构进行表征;采用TGA对其热稳定性进行表征。结果表明:当固含量达到35wt%时,PETMF/WPU复合材料的LOI值达到31.7%,垂直燃烧达到V-0级,在燃烧过程中能够自熄且无熔滴产生,力学性能仍能满足行业标准,使用含磷自阻燃原料减少了燃烧过程中有害气体的释放。 相似文献

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和六次甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为硬段、聚醚(N-220)为软段,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水性物质、乙二胺为后扩链剂和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)为交联剂等,合成了高固含量的聚醚型水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。采用衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR)对其结构进行了表征,并探讨了溶剂(丙酮)和DMPA含量、反应过程中预聚体的黏稠度、扩链剂的加料顺序和扩链时间等因素对WPU乳液固含量的影响。实验结果表明,在保持其他条件不变的情况下,即n(-NCO)∶n(-OH)=1.2∶1、m(HDI)∶m(IPDI)=2∶1和n(TMP中-OH)∶n(聚醚中-OH)=1∶4、w(DMPA)=1.5%(相对于树脂而言)且w(丙酮)=50.4%~75.5%(相对于树脂而言)时,在预聚反应过程中,若体系较稀(即黏度较低),在乳化时先加入乙二胺,待反应4~7min后再加入水,如此易制得稳定的高固含量(40%~46%)聚醚型WPU乳液。 相似文献

Regenerated cellulose nanoparticles (RCNs) are ideal materials for new biomass polymer composites industries. RCNs and composites of RCNs and water‐borne polyurethane (RCN/WPU) were prepared using a facile and environmentally friendly approach without the use of any harmful chemicals. The morphological, thermal, and mechanical properties of the RCN/WPU nanocomposite were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), rheometer, wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction, and enzymatic hydrolysis. RCNs exhibited low crystallinity upon regeneration with an NaOH‐based aqueous solution, and were identified by SEM and TEM to consist of the more thermodynamically stable cellulose form. TGA showed that the thermal stability of RCN/WPU nanocomposites was increased by the addition of RCNs. Finally, enzymatic hydrolysis using cellulase indicated that the biodegradability of RCN/WPU nanocomposites was also improved. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. 以可再生资源蓖麻油、苯酐和小分子醇为原料,钛酸正丁酯为催化剂,经酯化、缩聚合成蓖麻油基聚酯多元醇,考察了反应时间对聚酯多元醇酸值的影响以及不同官能度的小分子醇对醇解蓖麻油结构和羟值的影响。采用红外光谱仪(FT—IR)、凝胶色谱(GPC)、热失重仪(TGA)对醇解蓖麻油、蓖麻油基聚酯多元醇的相对分子质量、热稳定性进行了表征。结果表明,随着小分子醇官能度的增加,醇解体系中单酯和二酯含量明显减少,转化率也相应减小;甘油醇解蓖麻油和蓖麻油基聚酯多元醇较普通聚醚多元醇635具有更高的热稳定性。 相似文献

以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI-80)、聚醚二元醇(N220)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯腈(AN)为主要原料,采用无皂种子乳液聚合法制备了具有核壳结构的水性聚氨酯/聚(丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯腈)乳液互穿聚合物网络(LIPN)。通过红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、透射电镜、粒度仪等分析手段研究了产物的结构与性能。结果表明,与未改性的水性聚氨酯分散液相比,改性后的聚氨酯分散液的粒径均有所增大,乳液的黏度变化不大。胶膜的硬度和耐水性以及热稳定性显著提高,拉伸强度先增大后减小,断裂伸长率下降。HDDA的引入,形成了具有化学交联的核一壳互穿网络结构的聚合物,表现出明显的互穿协同效应,使WPU与乙烯基聚合物分子链具有较高的相客性。 相似文献
