A new method of extracting chlorogenic acid from flos lonicerae, and treating the materials with enzyme before being extracted by ethanol is developed, and the optimum conditions are also investigated in detail. Three important factors, enzyme dosage, treatment time and treatment temperature are adapted to optimize the extraction process. The experimental results show that the extract yield of flos lonicerae and chlorogenic acid can be obviously increased by the cellulase treatment, 61.5 mg chlorogenic acid is obtained from 1.00 g flos lonicerae at most. The optimal temperature of enzymatic treatment is 40-50 ℃. Compared with the use of single cellulase, the combined treatment of cellulase and pectinase increase the extract yield obviously but fail to improve that of chlorogenic acid.  相似文献

基于矢量地震动强度参数,对软土浅埋隧道进行地震易损性分析。开展大量土体-隧道结构动力非线性有限元计算,利用计算结果,对15个地震动强度参数(IMs)与隧道破坏指标(DI)进行对数线性拟合回归,并采用有效性、实用性和效益性3个指标对不同IMs进行合理性分析。研究发现,峰值加速度(PGA)是最优IM,其次是峰值速度(PGV)和加速度谱强度(ASI)。根据揭示的最优IM(即PGA)建立基于标量IM的隧道地震易损性曲线,利用合理地震动强度参数中PGA和ASI建立基于矢量IMs的隧道地震易损性曲面,并与上述地震易损性曲线进行对比。结果表明:采用标量IM的地震易损性分析不能表达第2个地震动强度参数IM对隧道抗震性能的影响,所建立的基于矢量IMs的易损性曲面能更精准地评价盾构隧道的抗震性能。  相似文献

A series of new polyamides 3a–d containing aryl-azo, ether and sulfone groups in the main chain were synthesized from bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl sulfone] 1 and several azo aromatic diacyl chlorides 2a–d by the low temperature solution polycondensation technique. FTIR spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and elemental analyses confirmed the structure of these polymers. Owing to the aryl and amide groups in the main chain, these polymers exhibit photochromic properties as well as excellent thermal stabilities. The transition temperatures (T g) are between 242 and 265 °C, and the char yields at 800 °C in nitrogen atmosphere were above 39%. Based on incorporation of flexible ether linkages and polar sulfone groups, the polyamides show desirable solubility in organic solvents such as DMAc, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), N-methyl-2-pyrroidinone (NMP) and dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO). Mechanical properties of the warm compacted iron-base powder metallurgy materials were compared with those of conventional cold compacted materials. Factors such as compaction temperature, lubricant concentration and lubricant′s property were studied. A lubricant for warm compaction powder metallurgy was developed. An iron-based powder metallurgy material with a green density of 7.31 g/cm3 (a relative density of 92.5%) can be obtained by pressing the powder at 700 MPa and 175 ℃. The sintered materials have a density of 7.2 g/cm3, an elongation of 2.1% and a tensile strength of 751 MPa compared to 546 MPa using conventional cold compaction with the same lubricant and 655 MPa using warm compaction with other lubricant. Compact density and mechanical properties were influenced strongly by the compacting temperature. Although the best quality compacts can be obtained at 175 ℃, warm compaction within 165 to 185 ℃ can give high density compacts. Evidence shows that compact density depends on the friction coefficient of the lubricant.  相似文献

Cu-Cr-O nanocomposites that can be used as additives for the catalytic combustion of AP(ammonium perchlorate)-based solid-state propellants were synthesized via a citric acid(CA) complexing approach. Techniques of TG-DTA, XRD as well as TEM were employed to characterize the thermal decomposition procedure, crystal phase, micro-structural morphologies and grain size of the as-synthesized materials respectively. The results show that well-crystallized Cu-Cr-O nanocomposites can be produced after the CA-Cu-Cr precursors are calcined at 500℃ for 3 h. Phase composition of the as-obtained Cu-Cr-O nanocomposites depends on the molar ratio of Cu to Cr in the starting reactants. Addition of the as-synthesized Cu-Cr-O nanocomposites as catalysts enhances the burning rate as well as lowers the pressure exponent of the AP-based solid-state propellants considerably. Noticeably, catalyst with a Cu/Cr molar ratio of 0.7 exhibits promising catalytic activity with high burning rate and low pressure exponent at all pressures, due to the effective phase interaction between the spinel CuCr2O4 and delafossite CuCrO2 contained in the as-synthesized Cu-Cr-O nanocomposites.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the effects of low dose Oxymatrine (OMT) on mouse lymphocyte proliferation stimulated by Con A making use of fluorescence dyestuff (CFDA-SE). Methods CFDA-SE staining and flow cytometry were used to detect the fluorescence intensity of lymphocytes after stimulated by polyclonal stimulators Con A and OMT. Then, related software was used to analyze the effects of OMT on mouse lymphocyte proliferation. Results After cultured for 48 h, CFSE fluorescence could be detected by cytometer, filial generation peaks did not appear in control group, which indicated that lymphocytes did not proliferate. Three peaks were obviously detected in Con A group which indicated that Lymphocytes divided after 48 h stimulated by Con A compared with the halving of the fluorescence intensity of control group. In groups with Con A and OMT treated. Primary generation peaks are all lower while filial generation peaks are significantly higher than groups with Con A treated only. This indicated OMT obviously promote lymphocyte proliferation. After cultured for 72 h, the fluorescence intensity changes between all groups are consistent with those of cultured for 48 h. Analyzed with CELLQuest software, it is shown that OMT could promote lymphocyte proliferation in 16, 8, 4 and 2 μg/mL respectively. Conclusions 1)CFDA-SE dyeing and flow cytometer were both reliable tools to analyse lymphocyte proliferation; 2) lower dosage of OMT could promote the proliferation of lymphocyte as a immunopotentiator. A new nanocomposite material for construction of glucose biosensor was prepared. The biosensor was formed by entrapping glucose oxidase(Gox) into chitosan/nanoporous ZrO2/multiwalled carbon nanotubes nanocomposite film. In this biosensing thin film, the multiwalled carbon nanotubes can effectively catalyze hydrogen peroxide and nanoporous ZrO2 can enhance the stability of the immobilized enzyme. The resulting biosensor provides a very effective matrix for the immobilization of glucose oxidase and exhibits a wide linear response range from 8 μmol/L to 3 mmol/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.994 for the detection of glucose. And the response time and detection limit of the biosensor are determined to be 6 s and 3.5 μmol/L, respectively. Another attractive characteristic is that the biosensor is inexpensive, stable and reliable.  相似文献

Hollow particles were prepared by the treatment of styrene-methacrylic acid copolymer particles with alkali/cooling method. The influences of stirring position (in aqueous phase or at the interface of O/W) and stirring speed (90, 110 and 240 r/min) on the formation of hollow particles were investigated. It is found that the soft stirring in aqueous phase at 90 r/min leads to the formation of monohollow particles, while the violent stirring at the interface of O/W and 240 r/min gives non-hollow products. In contrast, the weak stirring in aqueous phase at 110 r/min results in sterically heterogeneous dispersion of methacrylic acid-rich regions within the original particles, and hence the formation of multihollow particles. Further investigation indicates that the change of stirring efficiency provides a way to tune the diffusion behavior of monomer styrene, and therefore influences the distribution of methacrylic acid units in the original particles as well as the morphology of the treated particles. Ansa-Cyclohexyl-bis(4,5,6,7-tertrahydro-l-indenyl) zirconium dichloride (5) was used as catalyst for propylene and ethylene polymerization together with methyl aluminoxane (MAO) as the cocatalyst. Isotactic polypropylene (PP) was obtained with the highest activity of 6.37× 107g PP (molZr)^-1h^-1. The mesomeso (mmmmm) pentads sequence content of PP was determined by 13C NMR spectroscopy. The dependence of the microstructure on the reaction temperature and the AI/Zr molar ratio was examined and the catalytic activity of complex 5 was compared with that of the similar ansa-zirconocene 3. The high activity of the new zirconocene 5 for propylene isospectic polymerization at high temperature (60℃) is the result of its unique bridged-group structure. Complex 5/MAO displays also high catalytic activity of 0.46× 10^6 to 9.87× 10^6g PE(molZr)^-h^-in the homo-polymerization of ethylene, The visometric molecular weight of PE ranges from 0.97×10^4 to 11.16×10^4 g.mol^- under the given conditions.^13C NMR spectroscopy analysis proves the PE to be linear polyethylene (LPE).  相似文献

By a sequentially selective extraction procedure, polysaccharides (PS) from cyanobacterium Spirulina (Arthrospira) maxima that can be bio-functionally healthy components were fractionated in four parts including the culture medium (PSCM), the external layers of the cell (PSEL), the cell wall (PSCW) and storage granules (PSSG). The four fractionated parts of polysaccharides were characterized by gas-liquid chromatography (GLC) equipped with FID and fused-silica capillary column (15 m×0.53 mm i. d.). The contents of PSCM, PSEL, PSCW and PSSG were about 2.0%, 2.6%, 10.0% and 52.0% to cell dry matter, respectively. Glucose was almost the only monosaccharide in PSSG and PSCW and most predominant in PSEL, while in PSCM, xylose, rhamnose and glucose were the main ones. Two uronic acids represented by glucuronic acid and galacturoic acid, six neutral monosaccharides including fucose, rhamnose, xylose, mannose, galactose and glucose, and two possible unidentified sugars were found in PSEL and PSCM. The graphite was modified using pitch through dynamical melt-carbonization, and the effects of modification temperature and the amount of pitch on the characteristics of graphite were investigated. The structure and characteristics of the graphite were determined by X-ray diffractometry(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), particle size analysis and electrochemical measurements. The results show that the modified graphite has a disordered carbon/graphite composite structure, larger average particle diameter, greater tap density, and better electrochemical characteristics than the untreated graphite. The sample coated with 10% pitch dynamical melt-carbonized at 400 ℃ for 3 h and heat-treated at 850 ℃ for 2 h has better electrochemical performances with a reversible capacity of 360.5 mA·h/g, a irreversible capacity of 41.0 mA·h/g, and an initial coulombic efficiency of 89.8% compared with natural graphite and disordered carbon. The cycling stability of the Li/C cell with modified graphite as anodes is improved, and its capacity retention ratio at the 30th cycle is up to 94.37%.  相似文献

A method of recovering indium from complex smelting residue containing indium was investigated. Indium was extracted by technique of low acid leaching and solvent extraction. The conditions of separating iron and indium were studied and the optimal conditions were determined. When the residue is twoclass-countercurrent leached with 2 mol/L H2SO4 and 30-40 g/L NaC1 at 100 ℃, the leaching rate of indium is 80%. The extraction rate of indium is over 98% and that of iron is less than 5% after it is third-class-countercurrent extracted by P204, and when sulfonated kerosene is used as solvent, acidity in aqueous phase remains the same as that of leaching liquid, and phase is for 1 : 3. Using 2 mol/L HC1 as back-extraction agent, with phase ratio being 5 : 1, by third-class-countercurrent back-extraction, the back-extraction rate of indium is over 99%, but that of iron is very low, which can meet the need of separating indium and iron.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the change of protein expression of lung tissue of rabbit after ischemic preconditioning (IP) and try to elucidate the potential protective mechanism of IP. Methods 12 domestic rabbits were randomly divided into group IP and group control (6 rabbits in each group). All the left lungs were afflicted by ische mia-reperfusion injury except that those in group IP were subject to IP prior to ischemic phase. 2-DE was employed to separate the total protein of the lung tissue. PDQuest analysis software was used to distinguish the differently expressed protein spot. MALDI-TOF-MS and Mascot database searching were exploited to identify these proteins. Results 1) IP attenuated the ischemia-reperfusion lung injury. 2) The proteomic analysis showed 35 target proteins, of which 17 were characterized such as phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3k) delta catalytic subunit. Conclusions 1) Proteomic is a promising tool to investigate the IP and ischemia-reperfusion lung injury. 2) That IP inhibits inflammatory cascades through phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase signal transduction pathway may be one of its protective mechanism. Based on the harmonic vibration equation, the relationship between IR characteristic peak of fiberglass and Si-O-Si bond angle was deduced, and 1 100 cm^-1 characteristic peak was specifically studied. It is found that 1 100 cm^-1 characteristic peak shifts to higher wave number when Si-O-Si bond angle increases. Taking fused biconical taper (FBT) coupler as an example, the microstructures of the fiber coupler manufactured at different draw- ing speeds were tested with micro infrared spectrum. According to the test results, it is found that the bond angle at the taper region is the largest, the one at the fused region is the second largest, and the one of bare fiber is the smal- lest. The characteristic peaks of fused-taper region shift to higher wave number when drawing speed increases.  相似文献
