泵房吸水井硐室群是矿井巷道立体交叉最密集、应力最集中、最容易破坏的部位,其围岩稳定性控制效果直接影响着矿井安全生产。为解决孔庄煤矿-1015m水平深部泵房吸水井硐室群围岩稳定性控制问题,从工程地质条件分析出发,针对"三高一扰动"强烈、膨胀性软岩矿物含量高(伊/蒙混层的总量最大值达89%)、工程施工极其复杂等不利条件,通过集约化设计消除立体交叉巷道硐室群的空间效应,利用数值模拟手段确定最优施工过程,采用桁架+锚网索耦合支护技术实现围岩荷载均匀化。结果表明:深部泵房硐室群稳定性一体化控制技术能够有效地控制围岩变形和破坏,保证巷道长期稳定,具有广阔的推广应用前景。  相似文献

煤矿开采逐渐转向深部,深部硐室围岩大变形特征给硐室群稳定性控制带来很大难度。根据深部大断面硐室围岩力学特征及变形特性,通过地质条件分析、原岩应力测试、岩石微观组分分析,对深部硐室围岩破坏的影响因素进行了总结,以抗让结合的原则,提出深部构造复杂区域大断面硐室围岩稳定性控制对策。采用关键部位耦合支护控制技术+底脚锚杆+全断面锚索加强支护对深部大断面硐室进行强抗微让的强力支护方式,在葛亭煤矿230扩容泵房硐室成功应用,并对泵房硐室围岩收敛变形、锚杆索工况、离层进行了长期监测,围岩顶底板移近量仅12.5 mm,两帮内移量7.5 mm,锚杆索受力均匀,内外离层较小,完全满足矿井安全生产需要。  相似文献

以华丰煤矿-750泵房巷道为例,对高地压硐室综合支护技术进行了研究。分析了巷道变形破坏的主要原因,并据此提出了采用高强智能让压锚杆锚网喷+锚棚+锚注的综合支护技术,通过监控量测对支护效果进行了分析。实践结果表明,该方法对深部硐室进行了有效支护,控制了围岩变形,保证了-750泵房的稳定和服务年限,具有较好的推广应用前景。  相似文献
