以串联机器人为研究对象,设计了一种三自由度串联运动平台,用于汽车驾驶模拟器。运用Inventor建立串联平台的三维模型,导入Adams,获得了平台的虚拟样机。针对汽车主要运行状态进行运动分解,设计虚拟样机的驱动函数模拟汽车运动时的动感,得到了各自由度运动及关键构件的状态参数。分析比较了平台有无减震装置时的性能,对各自由度传动方程进行了验证。提出一种基于Adams和Matlab联合仿真工作空间的新方法,并用该方法绘制了座椅质心的工作空间。获得的仿真数据为后续物理样机的结构设计、运动控制提供了可靠依据。  相似文献

针对汽车后桥在生产培训和研发阶段拆卸繁琐、成本高的问题,以Microsoft Visual Studio和Unity3D为开发平台,结合HoloLens的人机交互和空间映射技术,建立了增强现实环境下的汽车后桥虚拟拆卸系统.该系统包括后桥零部件展示、后桥的自动拆卸和手动拆卸模块.系统测试表明:该系统可以实现后桥虚拟模型在真实台架上的显示,能够通过自动和手动的方式快速实现汽车后桥的虚拟拆卸,系统具有良好的沉浸性和交互性,可以为设计、生产培训人员和工程应用提供有用的帮助.  相似文献

A virtual instrument system is proposed to test the performance parameters of local-ventilator installed under coal mines,which can do ventilator parameter acquisition automatically,as well as plot and analyze the ventilator performance curve.The whole system is designed using the virtual instrument technology combined with network technology based on Labview platform.Experimental results show that it can monitor and evaluate ventilator’s performance parameters automatically and efficiently,which provides critical information for ventilator safety under coal mine.  相似文献

As a newly invented parallel kinematic machine(PKM), Exechon has found its potential application in machining and assembling industries due to high rigidity and high dynamics. To guarantee the overall performance, the loading conditions and deflections of the key components must be revealed to provide basic mechanic data for component design. For this purpose, a kinetostatic model is proposed with substructure synthesis technique. The Exechon is divided into a platform subsystem, a fixed base subsystem and three limb subsystems according to its structure. By modeling the limb assemblage as a spatial beam constrained by two sets of lumped virtual springs representing the compliances of revolute joint, universal joint and spherical joint, the equilibrium equations of limb subsystems are derived with finite element method(FEM). The equilibrium equations of the platform are derived with Newton’s 2nd law. By introducing deformation compatibility conditions between the platform and limb, the governing equilibrium equations of the system are derived to formulate an analytical expression for system’s deflections. The platform’s elastic displacements and joint reactions caused by the gravity are investigated to show a strong position-dependency and axis-symmetry due to its kinematic and structure features. The proposed kinetostatic model is a trade-off between the accuracy of FEM and concision of analytical method, thus can predict the kinetostatics throughout the workspace in a quick and succinct manner. The proposed modeling methodology and kinetostatic analysis can be further expanded to other PKMs with necessary modifications, providing useful information for kinematic calibration as well as component strength calculations.  相似文献

The working platforms supported with multiple extensible legs must be leveled before they come into operation.Although the supporting stiffness and reliability of the platform are improved with the increasing number of the supporting legs,the increased overdetermination of the multi-leg platform systems leads to leveling coupling problem among legs and virtual leg problem in which some of the supporting legs bear zero or quasi zero loads.These problems make it quite complex and time consuming to level such a multi-leg platform.Based on rigid body kinematics,an approximate equation is formulated to rapidly calculate the leg extension for leveling a rigid platform,then a proportional speed control strategy is proposed to reduce the unexpected platform distortion and leveling coupling between supporting legs.Taking both the load coupling between supporting legs and the elastic flexibility of the working platform into consideration,an optimal balancing legs’ loads(OBLL) model is firstly put forward to deal with the traditional virtual leg problem.By taking advantage of the concept of supporting stiffness matrix,a coupling extension method(CEM) is developed to solve this OBLL problem for multi-leg flexible platform.At the end,with the concept of supporting stiffness matrix and static transmissibility matrix,an optimal load balancing leveling method is proposed to achieve geometric leveling and legs’ loads balancing simultaneously.Three numerical examples are given out to illustrate the performance of proposed methods.This paper proposes a method which can effectively quantify all of the legs’ extension at the same time,achieve geometric leveling and legs’ loads balancing simultaneously.By using the proposed methods,the stability,precision and efficiency of auto-leveling control process can be improved.  相似文献

为提高矿车在矿山运输中的效率,以三维软件Solid Edge为平台,以某企业2m^3单侧自卸式矿车为研究对象,运用先进的设计理论和方法对整个矿车系统进行了研究。在研究过程中采用虚拟样机技术,大大降低了研究成本,缩短了研究时间,找到了现有矿车卸载时的不足。在分析的基础上得到了较为合理的曲轨卸载曲线,同时对矿车卸载过程进行了稳定性校核,从而完成对2m^3单侧自卸式矿车的虚拟开发。  相似文献

In today’s fiercely competitive market, in order to survive and develop, enterprises must possess a high degree of flexibility and rapid response capability. The same requirements also stand true for the parts information sharing. In the new collaborative product commerce (CPC), in particular, this kind of information sharing is a challenge. The traditional parts library (Plib), designed as enterprise-level, is unable to provide flexible and effective information sharing in CPC. Considering the principle of virtual organization in CPC, teams’ potential information capacity is exploited. And a team-oriented parts information sharing platform is proposed. This platform consists of the team-oriented parts information model based on Plib standard, the architecture of this platform, and three types of parts information sharing patterns. As a result of this approach, the efficiency of the parts-information sharing is improved significantly.  相似文献

对三自由度旋转台进行了动力学分析。该旋转台只有3个方向的转动自由度,由二自由度球面并联机构和串联在其上的旋转电机构成。根据旋转台的几何和运动特性建立了系统的输入输出速度方程,得出了速度Jacobian矩阵和动能方程。利用拉格朗日法和虚功原理,建立了系统的动力学模型,解决了特定外载荷和速度、加速度条件下如何求解驱动力矩的问题。给出了动力学的仿真运算实例,讨论了在匀速和匀加速情况下,二自由度球面并联机构驱动力矩的变化。最后根据动力学方程,得出了串联在二自由度球面并联机构上的第三个自由度的力矩与输出转角的运动学方程。  相似文献

汽车产品的耐久性是影响其竞争力的重要因素,同时其开发周期与成本迫切需要在产品概念设计阶段对其耐久性进行控制。针对轿车开发过程中传统悬架耐久性道路强化试验周期长费用高的缺点,以农安试车场各种耐久性强化路面为输入条件,应用虚拟试车场技术(Virtual proving ground,VPG)建立某轿车整车柔性虚拟试车场仿真模型,解决虚拟试车场技术运用中的轮胎模型、橡胶衬套刚度、路面模型和整车模型计算效率等关键技术,分析轿车悬架系统时间历程动应力响应,并与相同工况下的实车耐久性试验结果进行对比,仿真结果与测试结果时域和频域趋势基本一致,验证柔性虚拟试车场技术仿真的悬架系统动应力响应的有效性。在此基础上,实现开发过程中悬架系统耐久性的有效预报。  相似文献

整车开发过程中需要完成成百上千个零件的公差设计,为达到设定的质量目标,高效准确的偏差分析控制成为公差设计中的重要环节。本文介绍了三维偏差分析采用的算法、虚拟样车偏差分析模型建立开发流程、尺寸项目开发中的公差分配设计方法;并结合国内自主开发项目多个实际案例,列举了关键区域三维偏差分析理论计算数值与实际生产数据置信度对比;证明可以通过建立了虚拟工程样车系统,完成车身装配的匹配优化、公差设计,可以减少为实现尺寸匹配而进行多轮物理螺钉车制造活动,节约项目开发时间和成本。  相似文献
