针对喷气织机的电控系统对控制网络有较高的实时性要求,通过分析喷气织机电控系统的工作原理和国内外发展现状,提出由主控系统、电子送经/卷取控制系统、人机界面所构成的分布式控制系统,根据不同的功能需求独立设计相应的子系统,采用不同的CPU,并通过CAN总线实现CPU间数据通讯。实验仿真结果表明,该系统可以达到车速1500r/min、旋转角度9°/ms、织机角度的控制精度±2°的设计要求。  相似文献

为使主从式集散控制系统不同参数通讯的实时性与其权重相符合,提出一种基于模糊层次分析法的集散控制系统通讯时序优化方法。以缠绕机集散控制系统为例,制定了参数响应优先级权重的评判标准,利用模糊层次分析法对各参数进行优先级权重分析,并依据分析结果通过线性规划对各参数通讯比例进行优化,以代替现有的轮训通讯方式,降低加权平均响应时间。优化结果表明,在集散控制系统的通讯中相对重要参数的时序响应时间被缩短,而相对次要参数的响应时间被延长。各参数间权重值差异越大,优化后加权平均响应时间缩短的效果越显著,优化结果与参数时序调整倾向一致。  相似文献

基于离散泰勒级数提出一种对多维函数可实现任意阶逼近的新型CMAC神经网络——DTS-CMAC,详细讨论了该系统的插值算法、训练规则,与传统CMAC相比,DTS-CMAC具有学习精度高、学习速度快及占用存储单元少等优点。基于DTS-CMAC设计了一种高性能的机械手轨迹跟踪分布式智能控制方案,并以肘关节为例,设计了机械手关节转矩控制器,仿真研究表明了该方案的可行性与有效性。  相似文献

针对石化工业对自动化远程监控能力的要求,设计了由数据服务、控制层、交换层和业务层组成的分布式测井系统.与传统单机测井设备相比,具备该四层体系结构的测井系统在多样性、稳定性、扩展性、开发周期等方面具有显著优势,逐渐成为石油测井设备的主流.此外,本文将网络控制技术与中间件设计思想引入分布式测井系统中,实现了基于TCP/IP协议栈的通信功能并封装了多种不同类型的井下仪器,为系统的升级换代提供了广阔的空间.现场应用显示该分布式测井系统能够成功实现多任务高分辨率成像测井,测井资料效果良好.  相似文献

This paper presents how effective it is to use many features for improving the speed and accuracy of visual servo systems. Some rank conditions which relate the image Jacobian to the control performance are derived. The focus is to describe that the accuracy of the camera position control in the world coordinate system is increased by utilizing redundant features in this paper. It is also proven that the accuracy is improved by increasing the number of features involved. Effectiveness of the redundant features is evaluated by the smallest singular value of the image Jacobian which is closely related to the accuracy with respect to the world coordinate system. Usefulness of the redundant features is verified by the real time experiments on a Dual-Arm Robot manipulator made by Samsung Electronic Co. Ltd..  相似文献

To determine to what extent tunneling probes can be used for metrology or as position-sensitive transducers on the atomic scale, accurate characterization of tunneling current as a function of distance must be ascertained. This report describes a system for making such characterizations and observing their repeatability in air. Also, it is often necessary to position two objects to within nanometers in order to perform precision measurements. Included in the narrative, a dimensionally stable screw-wedge-lever system is described for manually moving a tunneling probe to within 15 nm of a conducting surface. The conducting surface is translated via a magnetically actuated single crystal flexure system previously calibrated through direct x-ray interferometry over a 20-nm range. This limited calibration range dictated dimensional positioning below 15 nm. Also, tunneling current measurements demanded dimensional stability below one nanometer. The complete system is demonstrated to hold the relative probe-surface separation to within 1 nm over a 15-minute duration. Also, the vibrational resonance of the structure is determined using the power spectrum analysis during electron tunneling. Resulting data using platinum, palladium, and silver tips in conjunction with a carbon surface show that current-displacement values vary from run to run with a positional difference of up to 1 nm for a given current. These variations suggest limitations for using tunneling probes in air to perform angstrom metrology.  相似文献

目前磁流变减振器已越来越多地被应用于斜拉桥拉索减振,但是这种减振器装置在主、被动工作模式间还缺乏有效的自动转换机制,往往需要人工切换。为了解决该装置在灵活性、自主性和自适应性等方面的不足,本文在斜拉索减振控制系统中引入多智能体技术,提出了基于多智能体技术的斜拉索分布式智能减振控制系统的结构模型和功能,该模型将传统控制系统的功能划分入不同的智能体层,分析了系统的体系结构和工作原理,研究了其实现方式,并将系统应用于洞庭湖大桥上。应用结果表明,该系统在原有装置基础上具有了较高的智能性,表现出更快的反应性和更好的自适应性。  相似文献

Distributed control for plant wide control has received attention lately. In this paper, multiparametric quadratic programming based controllers have been developed for a benchmark quadruple tank problem. A centralized control strategy is developed by partitioning its six dimensional vector space based on constraint satisfaction, stability and optimality. Control design is simplified using its decentralized version after a relative gain array analysis of the benchmark. A cooperative game theory based distributed model predictive controller and decentralized proportional integral (PI) controller are also designed for the same system. A decoupling based cooperative distributed multiparametric model predictive controller (mpMPC) is proposed. The controllers are subjected to reference tracking and disturbance rejection and the performance measures are compared. Also, the robustness of cooperative mpMPC to parameter uncertainties is discussed. Distributed design approach is a natural fit for the vector space partitioning based mpMPC design. Simulations results are analyzed and the performance of the five controllers is discussed.  相似文献

It is fixed on the surface of the body being deformed so as to solve the problem with the minimum number of measurements. 为了实现高速、高精度的多轴激光切割系统,本文提出了一种激光切割机分布式控制的控制方案。利用恒进给速度的时间插补算法实现了切割运动轨迹的压缩数据生成。利用嵌入式芯片和伺服电机搭建了二轴运动平台的硬件环境。为了实现分布式系统的实时性,利用UDP网络传输快速性特点进行网络传输,并用嵌入式芯片内部的存储空间实现了数据的缓冲,确保了在网络阻塞情况下切割运动的连续性。为了满足分布式系统数据的可靠性要求,应用改进的UDP数据包格式,实现了以太网数据可靠传输。应用实例证明了分布式控制系统运动平台运动平稳、可靠,分布式激光切割系统的实用性强。  相似文献

We have developed a scanning magneto-impedance (MI) magnetic microscope to image surface stray magnetic fields of room-temperature geological samples with submillimeter resolution. The instrument consists of a small, 30 microm diameter, 5 mm length amorphous wire-based magneto- impedance (MI) sensor without any cooling mechanisms. The spacing between the sensor head and the sample was less than 300 microm. The length of the amorphous wire and sample-to-wire distance limits the spatial resolution. We have achieved a spatial resolution of 400 microm with a magnetic resolution of 10 nT. This instrument enables us to map a two-dimensional out-of-page component of a stray magnetic field of a natural remanent magnetization over a millimeter-thick slab of a primitive ordinary chondrite meteorite, documenting dipolelike features. A comparison of element mapping images with the stray field of the meteorites reveals what individual metals carry the dipolar remanences in the meteorites. These results suggest that the scanning MI microscope offers a room-temperature operable, small, low-maintenance alternative to the scanning SQUID microscope, and can aid in the interpretation of the magnetic remanence acquisition process of a meteorite.  相似文献
