研究了冷成型对铁素体+珠光体组织类型低碳微合金热轧钢板拉伸行为及性能的影响。用弯曲和压平变形模拟高频直缝焊管制管及取样钢板所经历的冷成型过程。对冷成型前后材料拉伸行为和性能进行对比试验,结果表明,冷变形不同程度改变材料拉伸行为及性能,且这种变化是由冷变形方式和程度所决定;包申格效应试验分析结果表明,材料背应力随塑性应变增加而增大,且到达某一数值后当塑性应变继续增加,背应力增加幅度明显减小;有限元分析结果表明,冷成型导致的钢板性能变化是由包申格效应和加工硬化共同作用的结果,并给出了其形成机制。 相似文献

试验用低碳硼钢(%:0.13~0.21C、0.0005~0.0037B)和低碳Nb-V微合金化硼钢(%:0.18~0.24C、0~0.033Nb、0~0.050V、0.0005~0.0022B)分别由实验室50kg真空感应炉和碳管炉冶炼,轧-锻成中13mm圆棒,然后加工成拉伸和带缺口的延迟断裂试样。经950℃水淬+200℃回火处理后钢的延迟断裂性由延迟断裂强度比R=σn(延迟断裂强度)/σc(拉伸强度)表示。结果表明,0.028%Nb-0.032%V微合金化0.0005%B钢的σc为1480MPa,R值为0.665,均高于880℃油淬+400℃回火40Cr钢和35CrMo钢的σc和R值(σc分别为1460MPa和1530MPa,R值0.583和0.556)。 相似文献

通过安钢1780 mm热连轧-1550 mm冷轧生产线研发了1.8 mm的低碳冷轧搪瓷钢DC01EK(/%:C≤0.06,Si≤0.03,Mn:0.15~0.25,P≤0.015,S:0.010~0.020,Alt:0.020~0.040,B:0.0010~0.0020)和抗鳞爆性能研究。热轧采用直接热装工艺,终轧温度890℃,卷取温度720℃,控制BN、MnS和Fe3C第二相粒子析出,以提高抗鳞爆性能,采用810℃退火温度,提高了低碳冷轧搪瓷钢DC01EK的冲压性能。结果表明:低碳冷轧搪瓷钢DC01EK屈服强度在208~239 MPa,抗拉强度在333~348 MPa,伸长率>36%,其金相组织为铁素体和珠光体,能够满足冲压成形要求。并通过氢渗透试验,研究了硼元素及第二相粒子对低碳冷轧搪瓷钢抗鳞爆性能影响。 相似文献

This paper aims at investigating metallurgical and mechanical characterization of low carbon steel laser spot welds. Microstructural examinations, microhardness tests and quasi‐static tensile‐shear tests were preformed. Mechanical properties of the welds were described in terms of peak load and failure mode. The effects of laser spot welding parameters including pulse frequency, laser energy, welding speed, pulse width and welded circle diameter, on low carbon steel laser spot weld performance were studied using the Taguchi design of experiment method. It was found that the effective laser pulse energy is the controlling factor in the determination of mechanical strength of laser spot welds. 相似文献

For ultra low carbon (ULC) and low carbon steel (LC), the influence of heating rate, annealing temperature, and holding time on the recrystallisation behaviour and the resulting grain size was investigated. For ULC smallest grain sizes of about 9 μm were obtained at the lowest heating rate whereas for LC significant smaller grain sizes of about 5 μm were determined at the highest heating rate. Furthermore, the evolution of the grain size distribution with varying heating rate, annealing temperature, and holding time was studied in dependence of the rolling and normal direction. The state of the as‐hot rolled microstructure as well as the precipitation state exert a strong influence on the development of the recrystallised microstructure along the different directions for both steel grades. The inherent prolonged microstructure due to the cold rolling process is still obvious just after recrystallisation. With ongoing annealing and grain growth, the aspect ratio approaches the equiaxed state. This change proceeds faster for the ULC steel grade. With increasing annealing temperature, the bimodal character of the grain size distribution disappears and the distribution becomes more homogeneous. 相似文献

The precipitates and hydrogen permeation behavior were studied in the low carbon steel for enameling.During the preparation of samples,Ti containing and Ti free in vanadium-bearing microalloyed low carbon steel heating at 750℃ for 3 h,were adopted after cold-rolling.It was found that the a large number of fine VC,TiC,TiN and Ti 4 C 2 S 2 precipitates were in samples of Vanadium-bearing microalloyed low carbon steel with Ti element.And fine VC,Fe 3 C and MnS precipitates were in steels without Ti element.So the numbers of precipitates in the former is more bigger than the later.The activation energies for hydrogen diffusion in both samples are 26.5 and 23.7 kJ/mol,respectively.But at 25℃,the effective diffusion coefficients in the samples for Ti containing and Ti free in Vanadium-bearing microalloyed low carbon steel were measured as 2.71×10-6 and 4.22×10-6 cm 2 /s,respectively.No fishscaling defect occurred in the former and heavy fishscaling defect in the later. 相似文献

在国内首次采用“以轧代锻”工艺,就获得成功并开发出Cr12Mo1V1模具扁钢(最宽达600mm),并就试制过程中采取“控制化学成分、降低浇注温度、选择合理的锭型、延长钢锭均热时间,以及冶炼时在钢中加入稀土舍金”的几种措施,进行了较为详尽的分析与探讨。研究结果表明,Cr12Mo1V1钢试制工艺可行,碳化物分布均匀、性能优异,气体含量低、金相组织纯洁度甚佳。 相似文献

Different thermomechanical treatments were applied to a high strength low carbon steel with a novel chemical composition. As a result, three different microstructures were produced with dissimilar mechanical and corrosion properties. Subsequently, a tempering heat treatment was applied to redistribute the phases in the steel. Microstructure A with 56 pct martensite and 32 pct bainite presented high strength but medium ductility; microstructure C with 95 pct ferrite and 3 pct martensite/austenite resulted in low strength and high ductility, and finally microstructure B with 98 pct bainite and 2 pct martensite/austenite resulted in high strength and ductility. Alternatively the corrosion behavior obtained by polarization curves was characterized in 0.1 M H2SO4, 3 M H2SO4, 3.5 wt pct NaCl, and NS4 solutions resulting in similar magnitudes, while the corrosion behavior acquired by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy had slightly differences in 3 M H2SO4. 相似文献

Dynamic and Static Recrystallization Behavior of Low Carbon High Niobium Microalloyed Steel 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
The recrystallization behavior of a low carbon high Nb microalloyed steel was investigated using Continuous and interrupted hot compression tests. The results showed that the onset of dynamic recrystallization (DRX) could be detected from inflection in the plot of the strain hardening rate θ against stress σ regardless of whether the stress peak appears or not. According to Zener-Hollomon parameter the activity energy of DRX (Qdef) was obtained, and a new modified expression calculating Qdef was proposed in consideration of the chemical composition of experimental steel. Applying the 2% offset method the static softening fraction was determined. The graphic representation of the softening fraction vs. interrupt time gave the information of the non-static recrystallization temperature (about 1000℃)and the relationship of precipitation-time-temperature. Static recrystallization kinetics follow Avrami’s law in high deformation temperature, and different values of the exponent n were given to illustrate the different effects of Nb element on static recrystallization at different deformation temperature. 相似文献

The transformation behavior of Nb-V micro-alloyed low carbon austenite steel during continuous cooling was investigated through Gleeble-3800 themomechanical simulator and metallographic analysis. The experimental results show that the dynamic CCT diagrams shift to the left and upper compared with the static ones, the begin temperature of A????-Fe transformation is gradually lower with the increase of cooling rate. The high temperature deformation improves Ferrite and Pearlite transformation and decreases Ferrite transformation zone. When the cooling rate is lower, the deformation improves Bainite transformation; when the cooling rate is higher, the deformation restrains Bainite transformation. 相似文献
