Twin-roll strip casting is regarded as a prospective technology of near net shape continuous casting. The fluid flow field and level fluctuation in the pool have a strong influence not only on composition and temperature homogeneity of pool, but also on the strip quality. A 1 : 1 water model of a twin-roll strip caster was set up based on the criteria of Froude number and Reynold number similarity. The level fluctuation was measured. The influence of pool depth, casting speed and feeding system configuration on level fluctuation in the pool was studied. The experimental results provided a basis for the optimization of feeding system and process parameters. 相似文献

针对双辊薄带铸轧机的过程控制要求,设计并开发了一个多进程形式的过程控制系统平台。该平台包含 多个进程,每个进程实现不同的功能,进程之间相对独立。这样的架构设计使平台具有良好的可伸缩性和稳定性。 在平台开发过程中,使用自适配通信环境ACE实现进程及线程间的通信,大大降低了开发难度,缩短了开发周期。 经过长时间测试,表明该系统平台运行稳定,能够满足在线控制要求。 相似文献

利用弹塑性热力耦合有限元法,对薄带连铸过程中,结晶辊温度场及其热变形进行了仿真研究,并利用试验数据对仿真结果进行验证,表明仿真结果具有较高精度。同时,根据仿真结果设定初始辊形,并利用有限元方法对辊形进行优化,使结晶辊在稳定浇注时保持良好辊形,使铸带厚度横向分布均匀。 相似文献

釆用ANSYS Fluent软件建立三维数学模型对6. 5% Si钢双根2. 0 mm薄带连铸设计的布流水口及熔 池区域进行了数值模拟,并根据1/4流体区域模型的流动及传热计算结果,优化了原设计结构;取消布流孔与熔池 区域接触倾角,保证水孔总横截面积不变,将直布流水孔流向从丫向改为X向,水平布流水孔设计成3个,2个10 mm x 12 mm及1个21 mm X 12 mm孔,布流水孔的间距为33 mm,同时侧布流水孔的截面积变为7 mm X 10 mm。经模拟结果验证,优化结构更利于凝固区的形成。 相似文献

Body-fitted coordinate transformation equation was deduced and used to generate the body-fitted grids of molten pool for twin-roll strip casting. The orthogonality of the grids on the boundary was modified by adjusting source item. The energy equation and the boundary conditions were transformed from physical space to computational space. 分析半固态A1Si7Mg合金触变充型过程中各个阶段浆料的压力和速度变化特征,建立耦合半固态表观粘度的三维流场数学模型,在考虑半同态边界条件和气体阻力方程基础之上,采用SOLA-VOF法对铝合金件的触变充型过程进行模拟计算.结果表明,入流速度大小对半固态浆料充填流态有显著影响.小的入流速度浆料充填流态倾向于采用平稳充型,同时气孔等缺陷产生倾向也小.与刹车泵体轴向注入工艺相比,在一定入流速度下,采用径向注人工艺成形阻力较小,充型中不会出现充不满的铸造缺陷.上述模拟结果与实际相吻合.关 相似文献

This study was aimed to investigate casting of high-aluminum-content Mg alloys strip by a horizontal twin-roll caster. A horizontal-type twin-roll caster was equipped with a nozzle. This nozzle was movable. The roll size was φ300 × W150, and copper rolls were used. The rolling road was very small. It was possible to cast AZ91D and AZ121 magnesium alloys continuously by a horizontal twin-roll caster. There was gloss and no crack. The thickness of as-cast strip of AZ91D was 4.5 mm and that of AZ121 was 4.6 mm, respectively. In the case that roll velocity was 48 m/min, the thickness of as-cast strip of AZ121 was 2.0 mm. A 2.0-mm-thick strip was able to coil, and the diameter was φ500 mm. The microstructures of the as-cast strip of AZ91D and AZ121 magnesium alloys were observed using light optical microscopy. Isometric dendrite crystals were observed at the as-cast strip. The as-cast strip without facing of AZ91D and AZ121 magnesium alloys were able to hot rolling of 75 pct reduction. The surface of the as-rolled sheet was flat and glossy. The tensile strength of the as rolled was 230 MPa and the elongation of as rolled was 4 pct. 相似文献
