介绍了一种利用磁阻效应原理的磁敏转速传感器,可以同时输出脉冲电压信号和与转速高低成正比的直流电压。对不同的齿轮转速进行测量,实验结果表明,在0~12kHz的信号频率范围内,转速传感器性能稳定,测量结果准确有效。该转速传感器灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强,且电路简单、成本低廉,适用于农业机械的齿轮转速测量。  相似文献

爆炸场试验中,强烈的高温场、机械冲击和振动等会使冲击波超压传感器产生寄生输出.本文基于冲击和振动对冲击波压力传感器测量的影响,设计了一种用于地面反射压测量的传感器安装结构,并开展了相关的模拟实验研究.通过力锤敲击传感器安装平板,同时得到有该安装结构的传感器和无该安装结构的传感器所测量的数据.对测量数据分别进行时域信号和频率信号比对分析,分析结果表明:该传感器安装结构能有效抑制机械冲击对压力传感器测量的影响,适用于爆炸场冲击波超压测量.  相似文献

针对一种微机电系统(micro electro mechanical system,MEMS)三维微触觉力传感器,采用悬臂梁弯曲变形获得了标准微小力信号,通过测量传感器敏感梁弹性导致的传感器测杆的微小位移量,对标定过程中的误差进行了补偿,实现了三维微触觉力传感器的精确标定.建立了MEMS三维微触觉力传感器标定系统,对悬臂梁的弹性系数进行了标定,对传感器测头输出的微小电压信号设计了线性化的信号调理电路.标定过程中考虑了由于传感器敏感梁弹性变形导致的传感器测杆的微小位移量对标定精度的影响.采用高精度的纳米测量机(nano-measuring machine,NMM)对传感器测杆的位移特性进行测量,利用该参数对传感器的力特性系数进行误差补偿,最后根据传感器输出的初始电压和力特性系数建立了传感器的力特性输出方程.  相似文献

介绍了适合混凝土结构局部压应力、 压应变状态监测的嵌入式炭纤维水泥石压敏传感器的概念及其传感原理, 并研究了环境温度和湿度两个因素对炭纤维水泥石压敏传感器零点输出的影响; 同时从传感器电路设计角度探讨了温度、 湿度的补偿方法及其在结构中的应用方式。研究表明: 炭纤维水泥石压敏传感器的零点输出对环境温度、 湿度的变化比较敏感, 温度、 湿度的最大影响分别约为6%和200%; 对炭纤维水泥石压敏传感器采用"测试-补偿"对耦设置构成的补偿电路可以消除因环境温度、 湿度以及极化作用产生的噪声信号对传感器零点输出的影响。   相似文献

本文提出一种测试传感器磁灵敏度的新方法。该方法不必旋转传感器,待测传感器置于旋转磁场中,与周围环境隔离。此时传感器的输出信号是磁场引起的输出信号,从而消除了机械振动及噪声的影响。文中还给出用该方法测试一些传感器的测量结果。  相似文献

当二次测量仪表与传感器有一定距离时,由于桥路供电导线自身电阻的存在,且导线的阻值随环境温度而变,这将不可避免地引入测量误差。文中提出了供桥电压直接补偿法和比率补偿法。前者是将采样线反送回的实际桥压信号与供桥电压源的基准电压进行比较,通过误差放大器控制调整管,使加到传感器测量桥路上的电压保持稳定;后者是通过电路进行比率运算,消除桥压对测量结果的影响。在采用A/D变换技术的测量电路中,应用比率法不仅能有效的消除桥压变化对测量结果的影响,而且在电路上也非常简单。  相似文献

提出一种基于比率法的高精度电桥电路,用于测量电阻传感器中的高精度电阻。该电桥电路是基于模数转换器的数字量输出,采用模拟输入电压与参考电压比率的方法,将电桥的不平衡输出经放大后作为模数转换器的模拟量输入,将电阻式传感器相同一侧另一桥臂两端的电压差经放大后作为模数转换器的参考电压,经过模数转换后两者比率的数字量作为系统的输出。经过该电路处理后,电阻信号与系统的输出之间成线性关系,并克服了供电电压波动对电阻测量结果的影响,消除了系统的零点漂移和温度漂移。该电桥电路具有高准确度的电阻测量性能。  相似文献

介绍了一套自行研制的直流电能表校准装置,对输出的直流功率信号中的电压、电流分别变换后进行采样并卷积,得到一段时间内的平均功率标准值,采用相同的外触发信号同步采样测量被检直流电能表的脉冲输出,得到与被检直流电能表输出相关的频率值,并用LabVIEW编写了自动测试计算软件得到测量结果。该方法利用3458A数字多用表直流信号采样准确度高的特性,有效地克服了测量信号稳定性、测量噪声和分流器发热不稳对测量结果的影响,为建立高准确度的标准直流电能表校准装置提供了一种技术解决方案,为直流电能量值溯源提供了技术保障。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The production of ferrous metal increased during the Roman Late Republican period, Principate and Empire. The direct bloomery process was used to extract the metal from its ores using slag-tapping and slag-pit furnaces. The fuel was charcoal and an air blast was introduced by bellows-operated tuyères. Iron formed as a bloom, often as a spongy mass of metal, which contained impurities from the smelting process, including unreacted ore, fuel, slag and fragments from the furnace walls, while the metal was often inhomogeneous with varied carbon contents. Blooms were either smithed directly into bars or ingots or they were broken up, which also allowed the removal of gross impurities and a selection of pieces with similar properties to be made. These could then be forge-welded together and formed into characteristically shaped ingots. Making steel in the furnace seems to have been achieved: it depended on the ore and the furnace and conditions within it. Surface carburization was also carried out. Iron and steel were used extensively in construction and for tools and weapons. Fire welding was often used to add pieces of steel to make the edges of tools and weapons, which could be heat-treated by quenching to harden them.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
