再生沥青由于其轻组分含量较多,在老化过程中粘度变化较一般道路沥青敏感得多,无法再沿用考察一般道路沥青抗老化性能的方法。根据再生沥青的特殊性,分别采用失重系数法和,Ic(胶体不稳定指数)变化法考察了沈阳一大连、沈阳一铁岭高速公路再生沥青的抗老化性能,实验结果证明了这两种方法的可靠性。  相似文献

研究了回收沥青的性能,采用再生剂对回收沥青进行再生,并检测了再生混合料的性能。研究结果表明,回收沥青表现出严重的硬化、脆化和粘稠,如不进行再生,则不可作为沥青胶结料使用,经再生剂再生后,回收沥青不仅基本性能恢复到新沥青水平,而且抗老化性能较高,再生混合料的性能也远超过标准的要求,可放心使用。  相似文献

分析了高沥青质塔河原油减压渣油生产道路沥青的潜在优势和不足,认为主要问题是所产道路沥青的抗老化性能较差和延度较低.研究了塔河减压渣油所产道路沥青的老化过程动力学,结果表明,该道路沥青老化时,活化能较低、反应速率常数较高,老化前后沥青各项指标变化幅度较大,表现出沥青的抗老化性能差.通过对沥青老化机理的分析,认为可采用组分调合、部分改性及添加抗老化添加剂的方法来解决延度低、抗老化性能差的问题.试验数据表明,利用上述方法,可以使塔河原油所产道路沥青的延度和抗老化性能得到改善,主要技术指标符合优质产品规格要求.  相似文献

以辽河AH-90基质沥青为研究对象,在实验室使用82型薄膜烘箱模拟自然老化,考察了沥青老化过程中四组分含量的变化规律。采用自主研发的沥青再生技术和LKJ-I型废旧沥青再生剂,通过组分调和法对辽河AH-90~#废旧沥青进行了再生,并建立以软化点为参数的再生沥青和基质沥青的老化动力学方程。结果表明,沥青在老化的过程中,一般会遵循由芳香分转化为胶质,继而胶质转化为沥青质的变化趋势;以软化点为基本参数,基质沥青、再生沥青的老化动力学方程分别为lnR_t=3.772 8+70.91te~(-3 650/T),lnR_t=3.763 5+33.41te~(-3 730/T);与基质沥青相比,再生沥青的老化反应速率常数较小且活化能较高,表明再生后其抗老化性能得到改善。  相似文献

为了能够简捷、直观地评价加入紫外线吸收抗老化剂的沥青的抗老化性能,本研究建立了以正戊烷沥青质含量为参数的老化动力学模型。通过考察老化过程中正戊烷沥青质含量的变化,计算得到了有关动力学参数,建立了老化动力学模型,比较了加入抗老化剂的沥青以及原沥青的抗老化性能。  相似文献

为解决塔河沥青在热储存期间,薄膜烘箱加热试验(TFOT)后延度快速下降的问题,筛选了几种沥青抗老化剂,并分析和研究了抗老化剂对塔河沥青、国内某品牌道路沥青A和B抗老化性能的影响。结果表明:加入PNS抗老化剂能使塔河沥青TFOT后延度快速下降的状况明显改善,并能提高针入度比;PNS—MAH复合抗老化剂的抗老化性能优于PNS;PetroA不仅抗老化的效果与PNS相当,还解决了PNS产生刺激性气味影响工业应用的问题。  相似文献

为了考察再生剂对老化沥青的再生效果,从再生剂的软化能力、再生沥青的抗变形能力和抗老化能力三个方面进行试验。选择两种不同类型的再生剂A和B的不同添加量对老化沥青进行再生,测定再生沥青的针入度、软化点、延度和黏度,并对再生剂、老化沥青和再生沥青进行了组分分析。以针入度指标确定了两种再生剂的适宜添加比例,通过黏韧性试验和薄膜烘箱试验对再生沥青的抗变形能力和抗老化能力进行了分析。结果表明,芳香分含量高、黏度小的再生剂A软化能力强;随再生剂添加量的增大,拉力峰值逐渐减小,韧性逐渐增大,再生沥青的抗变形能力减弱,变形能力增强;再生剂A、B的适宜添加量分别为2%、6%。  相似文献

目前,对老化沥青再生过程中,其低温性能恢复的较差。结合普通沥青改性的思路,从理论上分析了对再生沥青进行改性的可行性,对添加不同改性剂的再生沥青的性能进行了试验验证。结果表明:对再生沥青进行改性处理是可行的,TPS改性剂在改善再生沥青其他性能的同时,可以明显提高再生沥青的低温延度,表现出良好的改性效果。  相似文献

Effects of layered double hydroxides (LDHs), antioxidant (Irganox 1010) and their compounds on physical and rheological properties and chemical compositions of asphalt were investigated to evaluate the antiaging performance. Results indicate that Irganox 1010 modified asphalt shows good thermo-oxidative aging resistance, LDHs modified asphalt shows good ultraviolet (UV) aging resistance, while the compound consisting of LDHs and Irganox 1010 modified asphalt exhibits excellent resistance to both thermo-oxidative aging and UV aging. Furthermore, changes of chemical compositions of asphalt show that Irganox 1010 peptizes the asphaltenes, and the compound of LDHs and Irganox 1010 exhibits the most effective inhibition of gelatinization of asphalt binder during aging process.  相似文献

Asphalt aging is a nonreversible first order reaction, and the extent of asphalt aging is usually expressed by the increase of its softening point. In this article, the first order aging kinetic model of asphalt has been put forward based on softening points of asphalt at different aging time, and the kinetic parameters have been obtained. The results showed that the aging of asphalt could be described with softening point and belonged to first order kinetics, which offered a available and convenient method for studying the asphalt aging behavior. The effects of five layered double hydroxides (LDHs) with different zinc ratio on the physical and rheological properties, chemical components, and anti-UV aging performance of asphalt were evaluated. Results show that LDHs improve the deformation resistance of asphalt at high temperature. After UV aging, LDH-modified asphalts show the smaller changes of physical and rheological properties and chemical components in comparison with asphalt, indicating the improved UV aging resistance. By comparison, the LDHs with higher ratio of zinc in the layers have the more outstanding UV reflection ability, leading to a beneficial effect in improving UV aging resistance of asphalt.  相似文献

In this article, asphaltene index, aging index, and Gastel index (Ic) are introduced to study the aging resistance of paving asphalts. Meanwhile, the solubility parameter theory is applied to evaluate the aging resistance of these paving asphalts. The results show that the greater the asphaltene index, the aging index or the Gastel index, the worse the aging resistance of the paving asphalt. The small difference between solubility parameters of asphaltene and maltene of the paving asphalt contributes to its good aging resistance. The analytical results in these two ways are consistent.  相似文献

In this paper, the aging processes of colored paving asphalt conforming to GB/15180-94 standard were studied by rotate thin film oven (RTFO) test. The results show that the established two dynamics models can be use to describe the aging velocity of the two kinds of colored paving asphalt perfectly. After aging, asphaltene content increased, resins and aromatics content, as well as saturate content decreased. As a result, the original colloidal structure of colored paving asphalt is destroyed, which deteriorates performance of the colored paving asphalt. During aging, the Gastel index (Ic), which is sensitive to aging conditions, decreased with increase of aging temperature and extension of aging time. Therefore, the Gastel index can be used to evaluate the aging resistance of the colored paving asphalt.  相似文献

利用生产生物柴油的残渣,经过物理分馏、冷凝过程获取可恢复老化沥青性能的生物再生剂。选择50号基质沥青进行短期老化试验,以沥青的针入度、软化点、延度为检验标准,发现添加生物再生剂的老化沥青性能可恢复到老化前标准;设定使再生沥青针入度恢复到50 1/10 mm的生物沥青掺量为最佳掺量,通过动态剪切试验(DSR)和沥青小梁弯曲试验(BBR)发现在最佳掺量条件下,再生沥青的高温抗变形能力和低温抗裂性均优于原50号基质沥青;与老化沥青相比,再生沥青高温抗变形能力略有下降,低温抗裂性大幅提高,证实了生物柴油残渣作为老化沥青再生剂的可行性。  相似文献

The aging processes of two Anshan paving asphalts conforming to GB/T15180-94 standard have been studied by Rotation Thin Film Oven Test (RTFOT) and the aging kinetic models of two paving asphalts have been determined. The results show that the aging of the prepared paving asphalt is a first order reaction. The viscosity of the asphalt increases gradually with the aging time. The greater the aging index is, the more easily the asphalt is aged. Because the chains break down to form free radicals, oxidation reactions occur. The aging resistance of the asphalt with lower aromaticity and with less aromatic cycle numbers is weak.  相似文献
