Co-B_4C复合镀层耐磨性能研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采用复合电沉积技术在45钢基体上制备了Co-B4C复合镀层,对复合镀层的截面形貌和组织结构进行了观察分析,研究了镀液中B4C颗粒含量对复合镀层的显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能的影响。研究结果表明,B4C颗粒均匀地分布于Co基金属中,镀层与基体结合良好,无孔隙和裂纹等缺陷,镀态下镀层为晶态结构;随着镀液中B4C颗粒含量的增加,镀层的显微硬度和耐磨性也逐渐提高,且当镀液中B4C颗粒含量分别为20 g/L、15 g/L时,镀层的显微硬度和耐磨性达到最高值。  相似文献

为了改善煤矿液压机立柱的耐磨及耐蚀性能,采用复合电镀在45钢表面获得了表面光洁平正、结合紧密的Ni-SiC复合镀层,并测试了涂层的硬度、耐磨性能及在模拟矿井溶液中的耐蚀性能。结果表明:复合镀层的硬度与耐磨性能随着镀液中SiC颗粒的含量上升而上升,在镀液中碳化硅颗粒含量30g/L时,镀层的显微硬度、耐磨性能最高;SiC颗粒的加入降低了镀层的耐蚀性能,且SiC颗粒含量越高镀层的耐蚀性能越差。  相似文献

采用复合电沉积的方法制备出Ni-Co/B4C复合镀层。利用光学显微镜、XRD衍射等方法分析了复合镀层的微观形貌及相结构。结果表明,所制备的Ni-Co/B4C复合镀层均匀致密,基体界面结合良好,B4C颗粒分布均匀,镀态下镀层为晶态结构。研究了镀液中B4C颗粒含量对复合镀层硬度及耐磨性的影响,随着镀液中B4C颗粒含量的增加,Ni-Co/B4C复合镀层的显微硬度和耐磨性能均明显提高。  相似文献

为了分析络合剂含量对Ni-Cr镀层性能的影响,采用脉冲电镀技术制备了高镍微铬的Ni-Cr合金镀层。并采用带有能谱分析仪的扫描电镜,观察分析了镀层的微观结构及成分;分别测试了镀层的显微硬度、耐磨性能及镀层的耐蚀性能,从而得出试验范围内镀液中络合剂柠檬酸钠的最佳浓度为0.4mol/L。  相似文献

为改善YG6硬质合金与合金钢之间的钎焊性能,在YG6合金表面制备了化学镀Ni-P镀层,主要研究了pH值、温度及添加剂含量对镀速、镀层结构以及钎料润湿性的影响。结果表明,随着镀液pH值升高,化学镀镀速先增加后降低,镀层对焊锡润湿性先增加后降低;随着镀液温度升高,化学镀镀速和镀层对焊锡润湿性逐渐增加;随着添加剂含量升高,化学镀镀速增加,镀层的表面粗糙度和对焊锡润湿性先都出现先增加后降低的趋势。最佳的镀覆工艺参数为:p H=9、温度80℃、添加剂含量1.5 g/L,获得的镀层组织均匀致密,与焊料润湿性好。  相似文献

针对一些零件应用于无润滑条件下的现状。研究制定了Ni/石墨复合电刷镀的技术工艺流程和镀液配方。运用电刷镀工艺技术在45钢基体上刷镀Ni/石墨颗粒复合镀层,并对影响镀层性能的镀液中石墨颗粒含量、刷镀电压、刷镀的相对速度等因素进行了研究。从而得出最佳的工艺参数:镀液中石墨粉末含量80 g/L,刷镀电压9 V,颗粒平均粒径d<20μm,镀液温度20℃。在最优工艺参数下制备的Ni/石墨颗粒复合镀层显微硬度为HV713.1,磨损体积快速镍镀层是Ni/石墨颗粒复合镀层的2.248倍,对于提高零件的耐磨性及可靠性有很重要的意义。  相似文献

介绍了运用电刷镀工艺技术在45钢基体上刷镀铝/铜复合镀层,并对影响镀层性能的镀液中纳米铝粉的含量、刷镀电压进行了研究。根据实验,得出最佳的工艺参数:镀液中纳米铝粉末含量20 g/L,刷镀电压10 V。在最优工艺参数下制备的纳米铝/铜复合镀层显微硬度为HV243.7,磨损体积普通铜镀层是铝/铜复合镀层的1.76倍,对于提高工件的耐磨性及可靠性有很重要的意义。  相似文献

通过电沉积方法镧备Ni-W合金纳米晶,研究钨酸钠浓度、电流密度、镀液pH、温度等四个工艺参薮对Ni-W合金沉积速率、星徽硬度、镀层表面质量的影响。结果表明,通过控镧钨酸钠浓度,可获得不同尺度的Ni-W合金纳米晶,随电流密度增加,镀层的沉积速率和星徽硬度提高。镀液的pH对镀层性能影响最大。Ni-W合金纳米晶镀层具有较高的抗腐蚀性。  相似文献

本文利用 X 射线衍射及电镜等手段研究了在三氯化铝、氢化铝锂及四氢呋喃加甲苯的有机体系中,具有不同极化特性的镀液对镀层组织结构及延展性的影响.结果表明,镀液的极化特性、杂质含量及其存在形式是决定镀层延性好坏的重要因素.由阴极极化较大的镀液获得的镀层,其杂质锌、铜、碳等的含量较高,并以第二相的形式析出,致使镀层呈脆性,晶格常数减小;反之,由阴极极化较小的镀液获得的镀层,则由于少量杂质固溶于基体中,镀层延性好,晶格常数因以碳为主的杂质间隙固溶造成的膨胀畸变而增大.  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
