为分析旋风除尘器的速度场和分离效率,通过计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)方法研究典型的旋风除尘器的强旋流场.用ANSYS Workbench提供的Geometry和Mesh软件进行三维几何建模和非结构网格划分,以高炉煤气的除尘为例进行流场仿真.湍流模拟采用雷诺应力模型,分离效率预测采用基于拉格朗日方法的离散相模型(Discrete Phase Model,DPM).通过分析压力场和速度场的分布,得到旋风除尘器中的内、外旋流结构;该结构并非完全稳定,涡轴存在一定的摆动.仿真结果表明选用的旋风除尘器模型对高炉煤气有良好的除尘效率.  相似文献

采用计算流体动力学(CFD)的数值方法,用RSM模型模拟计算扩散式旋风除尘器内气相流场的三维速度分布和压力分布。模拟结果显示:在反射屏以下部分,其速度和压力变化不明显;反射屏顶部以上速度呈"三峰"对称分布;压力损失最大的位置在排气管下端与进气口下端相平齐的位置。  相似文献

ChemCAD是美国Chemstations公司开发的化工流程模拟软件,广泛应用于化学和石油工业、炼油、油气加工等领域中,为工艺开发、工程设计、优化操作和技术改造提供理论指导。本文主要介绍该软件功能和应用方法,结合某厂乙苯车间的苯回收塔和乙苯产品塔工艺计算和设计实例,讨论其在化工课程设计中的应用。并将乙苯塔ChemCAD计算结果和Aspen Plus计算值以及生产值进行比较、.相对误差小,符合较好。  相似文献

根据板坯连铸机结晶器的振动规律,设计并实现了结晶器振动参数在线辨识及其计算软件。实际运行表明:该软件操作简单。运行稳定,在不同拉速工况下均可精确、快速地对结晶器的振动状态检测、计算、显示、报警和存储。为进一步提高板坯连铸机的拉坯质量和产量,判断传动系统磨损、导向系统偏差等设备故障提供了依据。  相似文献

It can be stated that the development and application of CAD/CAE systems in engineering have evolved in parallel with the evolution of computers. However, in the technological field of wastewater treatment there is so far a considerable gap between capability of hardware and software available for simulation and the design of treatment facilities. SIMTAR, a CAD/CAE system, implies an effort to adjust this situation. It is a handy tool for the design and evaluation of wastewater treatment plants -WTP's-. In this system the whole of the stages involved in the design of WTP's (calculation of equipment sizes, cost estimation, and drawing of equipment plants) can be accomplished. The input is done interactively by means of menus and a graphical interface, which allows the user to generate the simulation diagram and the treatment process flowsheet. Results computed by SIMTAR fit quite well with those calculated by several engineering firms for the Manresa and Martorell's plants (Catalonia, Spain).  相似文献

This paper describes the design of an assistive tool called CoCreation that can help people with aphasia to express daily experiences by utilizing digital photographs. CoCreation can upload the user’s pictures and can cluster them as a function of the time at which the pictures were taken. Pictures taken within a short period of time are assumed to highlight a single activity. The user is able to select a cluster and can edit the pictures by dragging icons or drawing on top of them, or by typing words to create a caption. The pictures set the context for a story, while the additional tools such as keyboard and drawing pad allow the user to add information that is considered useful for sharing the experience. The paper presents the detailed design process and the preliminary evaluation of CoCreation with an experienced speech therapist.  相似文献

The generation of design ideas in group discussion is a complex and dynamic process. The fluent expression of ideas and the ability to interact and build on representations created by others contributes significantly to the process. When group members are separated by physical distance, the fluency of this process is interrupted. Computerized shared drawing tools re-establish this fluency. Such tools need to aid not only the drawing process, but also the management of design ideas during the process. The paper lays the groundwork for the design of the idea management portion of a shared drawing tool. It presents a list of group idea management behaviours and identifies user requirements in support of these activities. A prototype shared drawing system is described which attempts to incorporate the user requirements into an interface design. The paper then presents the results of a usability study conducted on the prototype. The interface performed miserably, but the study provided support for the user requirements and gave detailed insight into how a shared drawing interface should be designed.  相似文献

This paper discusses an ongoing research project concerned with exploring the potential of speech recognition equipment to enable hands-free drawing on the visual display unit of a Macintosh computer system. The paper concentrates on some of the more intractable problems, such as how to control the location and movement of the drawing cursor with any degree of precision, and how to communicate with the recognition software in a way which minimizes perceived ambiguities in the intentions of the user. In particular, consideration of the manner in which graphics commands are verbalized is an essential prerequisite for the successful design of an intuitive use of the system and this is an area on which much of the research effort was concentrated. It is already apparent that it will be very difficult to resolve satisfactorily certain aspects of speech-controlled drawing with the current generation of speech recognizers.  相似文献

提出一种具有Wi-Fi/GPRS双网模式通信功能的测控系统设计。该系统的网络传输通道既可以是Wi-Fi网络,也可以是GPRS网络,双网模式解决测控设备快速接网时,布线复杂、成本高和可靠性差等问题,为远程通信事业提供便利节约成本。手机监控终端是Android系统智能手机,如果手机使用者有用户的监视密码,则可以监视用户现场的所有模块的实时数据和初始化参数。如果手机使用者有用户的控制密码则可以修改用户现场的参数,实现远方校准,修改模块的工作模式。  相似文献

2015 年以前的油田公司科技革新汇报中,零件设备类革新多以照片进行展示,由于拍摄角度等问题,往往不 能够将设备的细节展示清楚,而使用Solidworks 制作的3D模型可以全角度旋转,清晰地展示物体的所有尺寸、细节、轮廓图、 运行方法等,生成的工程图可以作为车间认可的图纸,对设备推广具有很强的辅助性,符合油田公司对于3D模型的展示要求。  相似文献

One of the most challenging issues in mining information from the World Wide Web is the design of systems that present the data to the end user by clustering them into meaningful semantic categories. We show that the analysis of the results of a clustering engine can significantly take advantage of enhanced graph drawing and visualization techniques. We propose a graph-based user interface for Web clustering engines that makes it possible for the user to explore and visualize the different semantic categories and their relationships at the desired level of detail  相似文献
