监理单位是项目建设过程中的责任主体之一,而监理单位是项目建设过程中的责任主体之一,在项目建设过程中存在一定的风险,为分析EPC项目监理过程中存在的风险,该研究以某EPC项目为研究对象,建立监理风险测度模型,对其风险因素进行评价,得出以下结论 :对EPC项目监理风险影响较大的因素主要为监理行为,素质、管理,业主、承包单位及主管部分对其风险的影响较小,为降低EPC项目的监理风险,根据评价结果采取有针对性的措施。该EPC项目的综合风险值为49.3839,风险等级为中等,说明该项目的风险情况良好,可根据评价结果采取相关措施对该项目的监理风险进行优化。 相似文献

A project is a specific effort to create a unique product, so it is a favorable place for knowledge creation and development. Knowledge can be transferred inside and outside projects and their parent project-based organizations, thus affecting project performance and organizational competitiveness. However, the current research on the elements and outcomes of knowledge transfer (KT) in the project environment lacks completeness and clarity, and that on the different levels of KT is fragmented. This study aims to conduct comprehensive research to determine and link the elements and outcomes of KT in the project environment. The authors systematically analyzed the relevant literature from 2000 to 2021, which showed an increasing publication trend. They divided KT in the project environment into three levels according to the transfer scenario: Intra-project, cross-project, and cross-organizational KT. Five-dimensional transfer elements and two-dimensional transfer outcomes were then identified and analyzed from previous literature. Lastly, the relationships between the transfer elements and outcomes were gathered to create a comprehensive model. Importantly, the knowledge gap in the current literature was highlighted, and future research directions were put forward. This study builds a theoretical framework linking transfer elements to outcomes that can serve as a basis for scholars and practitioners to develop effective strategies for KT in the project environment. 相似文献

This study explores the conjunct roles of a series of formal and informal control mechanisms exerted, respectively, by client and vendor in offshore-outsourced project performance. Using a sample of 203 offshore projects executed by vendors in China, the results indicate that client process control enhances (or complements) the effect of vendor outcome control, yet impairs (or substitutes) the effect of vendor process control. Conversely, client outcome control enhances (or complements) the effect of vendor process control, yet impairs (or substitutes) the effect of vendor outcome control. Further, for the two informal control mechanisms, the results indicate that client relational control enhances (or complements) the effects of both vendor process and outcome control, whereas vendor clan control only enhances (or complements) the effect of client outcome control on offshore-outsourced project performance. These findings not only contribute new insights for the organisational control and the outsourcing literature, but also provide managerial guidance for client and vendor managers on how to exert and fine-tune their control mechanisms to promote project performance. 相似文献

The purpose of this article is to provide a brief review of methods and techniques developed for the most commonly studied decision-making problems in project planning and control over the last decade. These problems involve project representation, project scheduling, resource allocation, risk analysis, time and cost performance evaluation, time, cost, and cash flow forecasting, optimal timing of control points, and corrective action decision-making. We also review recent tools developed for project planning and control. The emphasis is on recent contributions, but several older yet important works are also cited. Our analysis shows an increasing attention to the stochastic nature of projects in planning and control decision and processes. Recent attention has also been put at improvements in existing project control techniques as well as developing new methods to automate data collection, process, and generate more integrated project plan. More importantly, our review highlights an important shift in the project planning and control research field, which has been largely dominated by the project scheduling literature in the past, as short term and reactive decision-making bring new challenges and opportunities to project organisations and researchers. 相似文献

Building information modeling (BIM) and project management are two major research topics that accommodate large volumes of research efforts. BIM has been interpreted as a process technology that aids in enhancing project management. Hence, the investigation from an interdisciplinary perspective of the two concepts may bring new insights to understanding related research. In this paper, a structural approach is adopted in reviewing BIM studies in project management from 2005 to 2017 within identified target journals. This review aims to classify the major research directions and topics for BIM research in project management. Moreover, given BIM’s potential for application in project management, this paper attempts to establish a fundamental research foundation for a new paradigm of project management that incorporates BIM, namely, BIM-based project management. The preliminary result suggests that BIM research in project management develops drastically in the examined duration. The research directions of BIM studies in project management include enabling BIM as a technology in project management; BIM application as a solution for specific project management scopes; integration issues of BIM that have been brought to project management; institutional environment and regulatory governance of BIM in realizing project management strategies; and analysis of effects and strategies of BIM adoption and implementation in projects. The directions and trends are then analyzed to develop a research route for BIM studies in project management. Finally, conclusions focus on the relations of the research directions, as well as the contributions and theoretical implications of this review. Future research areas are also recommended. 相似文献
