In this work we address the problem of manufacturing machine parts from sensed data. Constructing geometric models for objects from sensed data is the intermediate step in a reverse engineering manufacturing system. Sensors are usually inaccurate, providing uncertain sensed information. We construct geometric entities with uncertainty models from noisy measurements for the objects under consideration, and proceed to do reasoning on the uncertain geometries, thus, adding robustness to the construction of geometries from sensed data.  相似文献

The PREMO standard, Presentation Environment for Multimedia Objects, is a major new standard under development within ISO/IEC. It addresses the creation of, presentation of, and interaction with all forms of information using single or multiple media. In this paper we give a formal LOTOS specification, amenable to automatic verification, of the PREMO synchronisable object, which is one of the central parts of the standard. Various design options are investigated by a combination of constraint oriented specification and model checking. In multiparty collaborative data mining, participants contribute their own data sets and hope to collaboratively mine a comprehensive model based on the pooled data set. How to efficiently mine a quality model without breaching each party's privacy is the major challenge. In this paper, we propose an approach based on geometric data perturbation and data mining service-oriented framework. The key problem of applying geometric data perturbation in multiparty collaborative mining is to securely unify multiple geometric perturbations that are preferred by different parties, respectively. We have developed three protocols for perturbation unification. Our approach has three unique features compared to the existing approaches: 1) with geometric data perturbation, these protocols can work for many existing popular data mining algorithms, while most of other approaches are only designed for a particular mining algorithm; 2) both the two major factors: data utility and privacy guarantee are well preserved, compared to other perturbation-based approaches; and 3) two of the three proposed protocols also have great scalability in terms of the number of participants, while many existing cryptographic approaches consider only two or a few more participants. We also study different features of the three protocols and show the advantages of different protocols in experiments.  相似文献

In this paper, B-spline curve fitting and sweep surface generation are used for the geometric design of involute gears. Tooth profiles are described by a B-spline formulation based on interpolating data points with first and second derivative constrains. Tooth surfaces are generated by sweeping the B-spline profiles along specified trajectories. This representation scheme enables tooth shapes to be inter-actively controlled by manipulating control polygons and sweep trajectories. A CAD–CAE integration allows the analysis of contact and structural three-dimensional problems for various geometric configurations. In the paper, the methodology is applied to the geometric design of involute pinions of face gear drives.  相似文献

流程工业中数据结构复杂,数据之间关系多种多样,如何对这些数据实现标准化处理是一件很困难的事。以前人们采用的方法多为各种零散的方法,或者是借助于制造行业发展起来的STEP来实现,但是STEP主要是用在表述结构化数据的,而对于非结构化数据以及半结构化数据的描述存在很大困难。因此,文中提出用XML来表述流程工业的非结构化数据和半结构化数据,采用XML与STEP标准结合的方式,实现对流程工业数据的集中处理,以便让那些建立在其上的其他信息处理过程中应用。文末给出了XML与STEP相结合所描述的一个典型过程工业信息集成应用案例。  相似文献

随着软件系统开放性的日益增强,数据交换技术已成为越来越重要的一个研究课题。文章介绍了系统实现中采用的数据交换技术,着重研究了基于消息传递的动态数据交换技术(DDE)的实现机理和利用其建立数据交换应用的方法。在实际系统的数据交换中应用DDE技术,在实践中获得了良好的效果。文中还研究了DDE技术的扩展,即对象链接与嵌入(OLE)的原理和实现。  相似文献
