住区空间形态及模式类型划分与密度特征相关,家庭能耗产生的空间碳排放与密度分布有着逻辑对应关系。国内外相关研究表明,家庭特征、住房特征和能耗行为等因素对家庭生活能耗有着显著的影响,而有关密度与家庭能耗碳排放之间的相关研究尚需更多实证案例。本文以上海曹杨新村作为研究对象,通过调研问卷数据来估算54个小区样本的家庭能耗人均碳排放值,并对住区密度指标与碳排放进行相关性研究。从回归分析结果看,曹杨新村的家庭能耗消费与家庭特征、住房特征等因素存在着显著的线性关系,且家庭人口规模具有主导作用。在密度指标与碳排放相关性研究中,家庭能耗碳排放在物质密度与人口密度指标中分别具有区段波动性特征,通过进一步分析密度与碳排放影响变量之间的非线性逻辑对应关系,研究得出不同密度区段条件下的住区家庭能耗碳排放差异是居民家庭人口规模、收入水平等相关社会因素叠合作用造成的。因此,判断住区是否"低碳"首先当明确密度区段的选择条件,结合本国国情、地区发展条件、家庭社会经济特征等因素来引导未来住区发展模式。 相似文献

The difference between the actual and predicted energy consumption for heating in housing is thought to be partly attributable to the use of HVAC systems. More reliable data on energy consumption could help in determining the actual energy performance of dwellings and in the search for the most adequate design for housing and home amenities. Further reductions on energy consumption might also be achieved if energy-saving policy programmes were geared to different household groups. The aim of this paper is to statistically determine Behavioural Patterns associated with the energy spent on heating and to identify household and building characteristics that could contribute to the development of energy-User Profiles. This study had two outcomes: it identified Behavioural Patterns to be used in energy calculations and it discerned User Profiles with different behaviours. Five underlying groups of behavioural variables were found, which were used to define the Behavioural Patterns and User Profiles. The groups showed statistically significant differences in the scores for most of the behavioural factors. This study established clear relationships between occupant behaviour and household characteristics. However, it seems difficult to establish relationships between energy consumption and Behavioural Patterns and household groups. 相似文献

It is crucial to perform energy simulations during the building process to design a building that meets requirements regarding low energy use. In a low energy building, internal heat gains such as excess heat from household electricity are a large part of the heat balance of the building. The internal heat gains depend on the occupants and are not constant, although they are often assumed constant in simulations of space heating demand. This article analyses how different usage patterns of household electricity affects simulated space heating demand. Parametric studies of energy use-related parameters were done to study the influence from different designs. The results show that the different energy use patterns affect the space heating demand, especially in low energy buildings and during the colder parts of the year. To make accurate energy simulations of low energy buildings, household electricity use patterns should be taken into account. 相似文献

The main research questions addressed in this paper are: first, have electricity market reforms achieved lower household electricity prices and, second, has the introduction of renewable energy increased household electricity prices in deregulated markets Answers to the questions were derived using static and dynamic panel data analysis from 1991 to 2014 employing explanatory variables such as the extent of electricity market reform and the share of generation from renewable energy resources. The dynamic model suggests that a lower household electricity price is associated with the degree of electricity market reform, while the share of renewable energy in electricity generation is not statistically significant. 相似文献

The sizing and the distribution of the circuits, equipments of illumination and wall sockets of a household building are planned to offer a certain comfort to the users. The comfort is associated to a psychological state of welfare and depends on an ample amount of factors. The residences consume about 26% of the total electric energy in Sao Paulo State and the tasks aimed to the optimization of the energy use must consider the household use. Currently the Brazilian market of electric energy grows to a tax of 4.5% per year and during the last decades, the consumption of electrical energy presented superior tables of expansion to the gross domestic product (GDP). This growth showed up larger the household, commercial and agricultural consumers. The standards of comfort and performance change as the time goes by, with the incorporation of new technologies.
