针对白烟尘既富含铜、铅、锌、铋等多种有价金属,又含有砷、镉等有害元素的特点,提出一种两段逆流浸出工艺。采用该工艺进行实验处理某铜冶炼厂生产的白烟尘,分别考察了酸浸方式、初始硫酸质量浓度、酸浸液固比、酸浸温度、酸浸时间对铜砷浸出的影响。探索出最佳工艺条件液固比为4∶1,初始硫酸质量浓度80g/L,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2 h。二次浸出液返回继续浸出白烟尘,此时白烟尘铜、锌、砷浸出率分别为95.7%、98.5%、92.2%,而浸出渣中铜、锌、砷品位降至0.42%、0.50%、1.28%。铅、铋的品位实现有效富集,二次酸浸渣中品位分别为47.73%和9.72%,相比原料分别富集约2.6倍和4.5倍。  相似文献

针对铜冶炼厂低铟烟尘中有价金属的综合回收工艺路线的设计,分别考察了硫酸浓度、液固比、浸出时间、浸出温度、氧化剂和添加剂对烟尘中不同金属浸出率的影响.提出了从烟尘中浸取有价金属的最佳工艺条件:硫酸初始浓度2.0mol·L-1,液固比6:I,浸出时间4 h,浸出温度75℃.在该工艺条件下,铟的浸出率达到75.6%,而锌、镉、铜的浸出率分别达到98.3%,90.8%,4.6%,铅和铋主要留在滤渣中.  相似文献

研究了对含砷铅冶炼烟尘以浓硫酸活化、再用稀硫酸浸出铜、锌、镉、砷,考察了浓硫酸与烟尘体积质量比、活化时间、活化温度对烟尘活化及浸出酸度、浸出时间、浸出温度、液固体积质量比对铜、锌、镉、砷浸出率的影响。结果表明:铅烟尘先经浓硫酸活化,再用稀硫酸浸出,铜、锌、镉、砷浸出率得到提高;铅烟尘在酸矿体积质量比1.1/1、活化时间1 h、活化温度80℃条件下活化,再在硫酸质量浓度60 g/L、液固体积质量比6/1、温度60℃、浸出时间90 min、搅拌速度300 r/min条件下浸出,铜、锌、镉、砷浸出率分别为97.6%、98.2%、95.7%、86.0%,浸出渣主要成分为PbSO4,配料后可返回铅冶炼系统。  相似文献

对某白烟尘进行两段酸浸和氧化酸浸浸出铜、砷试验。结果表明,该白烟尘采用常规酸浸工艺难以取得较好的指标,加入强氧化剂双氧水进行酸浸,可以提高铜、砷的浸出率,在L/S=10、初始硫酸浓度60g/L、30%双氧水用量1.0mL/g、反应温度80℃、充空气反应时间6h条件下,铜、砷浸出率分别为95.38%、89.65%。  相似文献

美国矿业局已研究出采用硫酸浸出有价金属进而回收金属的含砷铜工业排出物的处理方法。其主要的目的是回收有价金属,特别是回收铜,并将砷变成安全的、易贮存的或可销售的产品除去。含砷烟尘的硫酸浸出使砷、镉、钼、锌、铜、铁、铋按照依次减弱的顺序溶出.不溶性的铅残留在浸出渣中。铜精炼厂废电解液被确认为浸出工艺所需硫酸的可行原料源。用废电解液浸出烟尘为利用两种冶炼排出物提供了一个简单的工艺方案。回收金属的几种方案包括:(1) 铜以硫酸铜形式脱除及用SO_2还原并沉淀砷;(2)用钙和铁选择性沉淀脱除砷继之置换沉淀铜并使砷呈硫化物或玻璃体形态固化;(3)溶剂萃取脱除砷和钼继之置换沉淀铜。  相似文献

高砷冶炼烟尘是火法炼铜过程中底吹熔炼炉产生的副产品,该烟尘中含铜、砷、锌、铅、金和银等有价元素,是潜在的冶金副产资源,酸性浸出砷和铜具有环境友好、适用范围广、能耗低和回收率高等优点,具有较好的工业化应用前景。针对国内某铜冶炼厂高砷铜冶炼烟尘,采用硫酸浸出—分步硫化沉铜、砷工艺进行试验研究。结果表明:在硫酸酸度50 g/L、液固比2.5∶1、搅拌速度350 r/min、反应温度40℃条件下反应120 min,砷、铜、锌的浸出率分别为76.78%、98.07%、97.45%;对浸出液进行铜、砷分步硫化,铜、砷沉淀率高达98%以上。该工艺为后期侧吹炉熔炼工艺中有价金属和贵金属的回收创造了有利条件,实现了铜冶炼烟尘中有价元素的综合回收与利用。  相似文献

针对铅冶炼产出的高铅锌含砷烟尘成分复杂、难于处理的特点,采用浓硫酸预活化—浸出处理工艺,进行铅、锌的回收以及砷、镉等有害元素的脱除。考察预活化及浸出过程中各参数对烟尘浸出过程的影响。研究表明:当酸尘比为1 mL/g、预活化温度60 ℃、预活化时间2 h、硫酸浓度0.5 mol/L、液固比5 mL/g、浸出温度80 ℃、浸出时间2 h,搅拌速度400 r/min时,效果最佳,锌、砷、镉、铅的浸出率分别为98.64%、95.02%、95.26%和0.16%。  相似文献

氧压浸出工艺作为一种强化冶金技术,具有技术指标稳定、作业环境良好、生产成本较低的特点,且对黑铜泥中砷浸出效果优于常规氧压酸浸、氧压碱浸。采用氧压浸出工艺处理黑铜泥,探索了硫酸初始浓度、压力、反应温度、液固比、反应时间等对铜、砷浸出的影响。结果表明,在液固比8 mL/g、硫酸初始浓度80 g/L、反应温度120 ℃、氧分压0.3 MPa、反应时间2 h的条件下,铜、砷浸出率分别达到99.78%、97.08%,其中砷浸出率分别比氧化酸浸、氧化碱浸工艺高出7.79、9.76个百分点。是黑铜泥浸出处理工艺的良好选择,适合常规铜冶炼企业技术升级改造。  相似文献
