制备了异相Fenton催化剂铁改性膨润土(Fe-B),并用于亚甲基蓝(MB)的Fenton氧化降解。考察了制备条件对催化剂性能的影响,采用FTIR、XRD、SEM和EDS对产品进行表征。结果表明,在Fe3+的浓度为1.0 mol/L和固液比为1∶10的条件下制得的产品性能最佳。在pH值3~8内,Fe-B具有高效的催化性能。在初始pH值3、H_2O_210 mmol/L、Fe-B 0.4 g/L、反应温度为30℃、反应时间为40 min的条件下,20 mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率达到95.82%。Fe-B重复使用性能良好,循环使用5次后,仍具有较高的催化活性。  相似文献

本研究采用陶粒填料-Fenton工艺对生化处理后的造纸废水进行深度处理,以COD去除率和色度去除率为考察指标。通过单因素和正交实验得出最佳工艺条件,随后对比了相同反应条件下常规Fenton工艺与陶粒填料-Fenton工艺的处理效果,以及相同COD去除率下2种工艺的加药量。结果表明,陶粒填料-Fenton工艺最佳条件为:初始pH值=4,m(COD)∶m(H_2O_2)=1∶1.5,n(Fe~(2+))∶n(H_2O_2)=3∶5,陶粒填料投加量150 g/L,反应时间30 min。在相同反应条件下,2种工艺对COD_(Cr)去除效果相近,均达70%以上,对色度去除效果明显,去除率高于80%;相同COD去除率下,与常规Fenton工艺相比,陶粒填料-Fenton工艺可节省66.7%的FeSO_4和16.7%的H_2O_2。因此,采用陶粒填料-Fenton工艺深度处理造纸废水可节省试剂加入量从而达到降低成本的目的。  相似文献

为解决均相Fenton催化剂易流失和反应pH范围较窄的问题,采用浸渍-煅烧法改性纳米二氧化硅制备出硅基载铁材料作为非均相Fenton催化剂。考察了制备过程中FeSO4溶液浓度,浸渍时间及焙烧温度等因素对硅基载铁催化剂活性的影响,探究了硅基载铁材料作为催化剂处理造纸废水的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:FeSO4浓度为1 mol/L,浸渍时间为24 h,焙烧温度为400℃,焙烧时间为3h时催化剂活性最高,C ODC r去除率高达到90%。采用扫描电子显微镜(S E M)、X射线能谱(EDS)对材料进行了表征。结果表明:在纳米SiO2表面成功地负载了铁离子,铁含量显著增加。催化剂用量为0.6 g/L,反应pH为5,H2O2用量为0.75 mL/L,反应时间0.5 h,30 min内COD由141.9 mg/L降解至32.14 mg/L,COD去除率为77.35%。  相似文献

以氯化铁FeCl_3·6H_2O和氧化石墨烯(GO)为原料,去离子水为溶剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为表面活性剂,通过水热反应制备了(GO/Fe_2O_3)纳米复合材料。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)等对合成的复合材料结构进行表征以及形貌分析,结果发现Fe_2O_3纳米粒子均匀地分散在GO上。以GO/Fe_2O_3复合材料作为光催化剂催化降解刚果红溶液,探讨催化剂用量、刚果红溶液初始质量浓度、溶液pH等条件对刚果红脱色率的影响,结果表明:催化剂用量为1mg/L、刚果红初始质量浓度为5 mg/L、p H=2.0时,脱色率达到93.0%。  相似文献

以狗毛作为催化剂载体,采用浸渍法负载Fe3+,制备了非均相Fenton反应催化剂,并将其用于催化活性蓝M-B模拟废染液的脱色.结果表明:在初始染料质量浓度为100 mg/L的50 mL模拟废染液中,添加Fe3+吸附量为33.0 mg/g的狗毛非均相Fenton反应催化剂0.4 g以及30%的H2O20.4 mL/L,脱色液pH控制在6左右,室温(25℃)下,脱色反应120 min,活性蓝M-B脱色率可达85%.  相似文献

以木素模型物愈创木酚(GL)模拟废水为目标物,采用拟薄水铝石(AlOOH)为催化臭氧氧化的催化剂,研究了催化剂及其投加量、臭氧进气量、初始溶液pH值等因素对200 mg/L愈创木酚溶液的降解效果和CODCr去除率的影响;通过液相图谱分析和添加羟基自由基捕获剂——叔丁醇(TBA)初步探讨了催化臭氧氧化的降解机理。结果表明,与单独臭氧氧化相比,催化臭氧氧化效果更佳;在臭氧质量浓度13.32 mg/L、臭氧进气量0.51 L/min、初始溶液pH值5.4、催化剂投加量5 g/L的条件下,反应40 min后,愈创木酚(200 mg/L)降解率能达到100%,CODCr去除率能达到89.3%;叔丁醇(TBA)的添加可以证明催化臭氧氧化反应是臭氧与羟基自由基共同作用的结果。  相似文献

采用铁碳微电解、Fenton氧化及其耦合工艺处理北方某橡胶助剂公司的橡胶助剂冷凝废水。当进水COD为7000mg/L时,铁碳微电解工艺初始pH为3,铁碳球投加量1250g/L,反应120min时,COD去除率为30%,B/C为0.34;Fenton氧化工艺初始pH为3,H_2O_2/Fe~(2+)摩尔比为10,H_2O_2投加量50mmol/L,反应60min,COD去除率为77%,B/C为0.26;铁碳微电解+Fenton耦合工艺的COD去除率为60%,B/C为0.13。采用单独工艺处理该废水要优于耦合工艺。  相似文献

以铁粉、活性炭和黏土为主要原料制备规整化铁炭填料颗粒,并对填料制备工艺及其处理蔗渣制浆废水工艺进行优化探讨。结果表明,规整化铁炭填料最佳制备工艺条件为铁炭比1∶1,黏土质量比25%,氯化铵添加量0.5%,焙烧温度400℃,焙烧时间2 h;在此条件下制备的规整化铁炭填料在最优实验条件(p H值2.5,处理时间90 min,填料用量30 g/L,曝气量0.3 m~3/L)下对蔗渣制浆废水进行深度处理,COD_(Cr)和TOC的去除率分别达69.9%和70.8%,规整化铁炭填料在处理废水前后基本结构骨架没有变化,且其表面未发生钝化和活性组分流失。  相似文献

以Fenton氧化处理造纸废水产生的污泥为原料,复配粉煤灰、煤泥、羧甲基纤维素钠,采用高温热解的方法制备铁泥基催化剂。以废纸造纸二沉池出水为目标污染物,并以CODCr去除率和色度去除率作为评价指标,研究了非均相Fenton深度处理过程中铁泥基催化剂对废水的处理效果。结果表明,铁泥基催化剂的比表面积为230 m~2/g;当反应体系初始pH值为2.5、催化剂投加量15 g/L、m(CODCr)∶m(H2O2)=1∶1.5、反应时间100 min时,CODCr去除率为66.7%,色度去除率高于80%,污泥产量比均相Fenton降低了91%~94%。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
