Grapheme-to-Phoneme Conversion of Arabic Numeral Expressions for Embedded TTS Systems

Despite the increasing need for accuracy, current text-to-speech (TTS) systems are still poor at generating the correct pronunciation of Arabic numerals due to their high ambiguity and various interpretations. In this paper, we propose a mini-transliteration system for Arabic-numeral expressions, which can efficiently and correctly convert Arabic numeral expressions found in Korean text into phonemes for embedded TTS systems. For the purpose of building grapheme-to-phoneme rules, we deduced the components of ANEs, and investigated their pattern and arithmetic features based on the analyzed corpus. A word sense disambiguation based on lexical hierarchies in KorLex 1.0 was developed to resolve ambiguities caused by the homographic components of the ANEs. Our system minimized the amount of memory used by 1) separating the morphological analysis module from the transliteration system, 2) compacting the lexicon size, and 3) removing named entities. It reduced the process time dramatically without any serious loss of accuracy, and showed an accuracy of 97.2%-98.3%, which was 21.4%-22.5% higher than that of the baseline, and 5.5%-19.5% higher than current commercial Korean TTS systems

We analyze quantum two prover one round interactive proof systems, in which noninteracting provers can share unlimited entanglement. The maximum acceptance probability is characterized as a superoperator norm. We get some partial results and in particular we analyze the “rank one” case.

一种改进的GA-BP算法在手写体数字识别的应用研究

在分析GA-BP算法不足的基础上,通过对GA算法中的相应算子进行改进设计,从而有效避免了GA算法中的出现局部次优的情况,并把GA算法产生的最优个体作为BP神经网络的连接权值和阈值,应用于手写体数字识别过程中.实验结果表明,改进的GA-BP算法可以提高BP网络的学习速度和识别效果.     

一类非线性系统的模糊控制与稳定性

研究了模糊控制器对一类非线性系统的可控性.利用李雅普诺夫一次近似稳定性方法,证明了:1)若过程P可稳定控制(stabilized),则必可用T-S模糊控制器达到相同的稳定控制性能;2)模糊控制器为泛控制器.这些结果回答了J.J.Buckley提出的有关问题.     

混合深度学习模型C-RF及其在手写数字识别中的应用

卷积神经网络（Convolutional neural network,CNN）是一种常见的深度学习模型,受人类视觉认知机制启发而来,能够从原始图像得到有效的特征表达。CNN模型在图像识别领域不断取得突破,但是在训练过程中需要花费大量时间。随机森林（Random forest,RF）在分类和回归上具有很高的精度,训练速度快并且不容易出现过拟合的问题,现有的基于RF的分类器都依赖手工选取的特征。针对以上问题,本文提出了基于CNN的C-RF模型,把CNN提取到的特征输入RF中进行分类。由于随机权值网络同样可以得到有效的结果,所以不用梯度算法调整网络参数,以免消耗大量时间。最后在MNIST数据集和Rotated MNIST数据集上进行了实验,结果表明C-RF模型的分类精度比RF有了较大的提高,同时泛化能力也有所提升。

A Parallelization Approach for Hard Real-Time Systems and Its Application on Two Industrial Programs

Applications in industry often have grown and improved over many years. Since their performance demands increase, they also need to benefit from the availability of multi-core processors. However, a reimplementation from scratch and even a restructuring of these industrial applications is very expensive, often due to high certification efforts. Therefore, a strategy for a systematic parallelization of legacy code is needed. We present a parallelization approach for hard real-time systems, which ensures a high reusage of legacy code and preserves timing analysability. To show its applicability, we apply it on the core algorithm of an avionics application as well as on the control program of a large construction machine. We create models of the legacy programs showing the potential of parallelism, optimize them and change the source codes accordingly. The parallelized applications are placed on a predictable multi-core processor with up to 18 cores. For evaluation, we compare the worst case execution times and their speedups. Furthermore, we analyse limitations coming up at the parallelization process.

提出了两个系统协调控制的概念,主要研究了不同系统间的互助合作问题,给出两个系统间可协调稳定的充要条件及构造协调控制律的算法,并举例说明了所给结果的有效性,这些结果都可以向多系统协调稳定问题推广.本文结果表明,在自反馈与关联反馈下两个系统之间很容易实现协调稳定.本文所给出的控制机制有可能在由子系统集成组合系统的过程中起到作用.

Relationship Between Integer Order Systems and Fractional Order Systems and Its Two Applications

Existence of periodic solutions and stability of fractional order dynamic systems are two important and difficult issues in fractional order systems (FOS) field. In this paper, the relationship between integer order systems (IOS) and fractional order systems is discussed. A new proof method based on the above involved relationship for the non existence of periodic solutions of rational fractional order linear time invariant systems is derived. Rational fractional order linear time invariant autonomous system is proved to be equivalent to an integer order linear time invariant non-autonomous system. It is further proved that stability of a fractional order linear time invariant autonomous system is equivalent to the stability of another corresponding integer order linear time invariant autonomous system. The examples and state figures are given to illustrate the effects of conclusion derived.
