针对国内目前血铅测定方法普遍存在的取样量大、仪器设备昂贵、测定步骤多、时间长、分析成本高等缺点,该文通过将电化学传感器技术、现代印刷技术与微机械加工技术相结合,研制出可批量生产的集成型薄膜三电极体系.采用微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法,只需50μL溶液,在3 min时间内就可测出μg/dL水平的微量血铅.pH1.1溶液体系中,铅离子在1.2~70 μg/dL的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.998.集成型薄膜三电极检测系统具有快速、准确及低成本等优点,达到现场实时检测的要求. 相似文献

将HRP-anti-VP掺杂于琼脂糖和纳米金中并修饰于丝网印刷电极表面,从而制备副溶血性弧菌免疫电极.采用循环伏安法表征免疫电极和监测酶促反应,根据还原电流的变化来定量测定副溶血性弧菌.在优化的实验条件下,免疫电极线性检测范围为105~109 cfu/mL,检出限为7.4×104 cfu/mL(S/N=3).该免疫电极具备较好的特异性、重现性(RSD<6%)、稳定性(一周后电流响应为初始值的91%)和准确性(与ELISA符合率为97.5%),可初步用于副溶血性弧菌的快速筛检. 相似文献

研究了聚L-半胱氨酸修饰玻碳电极的制备及其抗坏血酸在该修饰电极上的电化学特性,建立了线性扫描溶出伏安法测定抗坏血酸的电化学分析新方法.在pH4.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,用该电极测定抗坏血酸的线性范围为:2.0 ×10-6~4.0×10-3mol/L,检出限(信噪比=3)为1.0×10-7mol/L.对1.0×10-4mol/L抗坏血酸平行测定10次,相对标准偏差为1.3%.该电极具有良好的重现性和稳定性,已用于药剂中抗坏血酸的测定,结果令人满意. 相似文献

随着各种微加工技术广泛地应用于电化学传感器中,微型传感器在电化学分析中的应用取得了快速的发展.微型传感器易于实现批量生产,只需要少量的样品,大大降低有毒试剂的消耗,减少环境污染,同时具有分析成本低,响应时间快,检测下限低和适用于现场快速检测等优点.本文综述了微型电化学传感器及其阵列的最新研究进展,介绍了不同结构的基于汞膜、碳/石墨和贵金属等材料的微型传感器的特点和采用腐蚀、剥离、金属掩膜和丝网印刷等微加工技术的微型传感器及其阵列制作工艺,阐明了微型电化学传感器与溶出伏安法相结合,在生物医学、食品和环境检测中将具有广阔的应用前景. 相似文献

茶园土壤水分含量的变化直接影响着茶树生长与茶叶产量.将无线传感器网络应用于茶园旱情监测,容易维护并且监测不受人力资源限制.优化节点数目和节点分布形式,保证网络良好的连通性是节点部署的关键点所在.对茶园中节点的随机部署和确定型部署进行了分析对比,其中,确定型部署选择了菱形部署.通过对网络丢包率的实际测试,得出菱形网络部署的网络性能好,更适用于茶园旱情监测. 相似文献

制备了一种基于活化的玻碳电极的新型电化学DNA生物传感器,可用于膀胱癌DNA的检测.通过循环伏安法(CV)实现玻碳电极在NaOH溶液中的刻蚀,使电极表面负载大量官能团,为DNA提供连接位点,由Laviron方程计算得到玻碳电极表面的羧基浓度为 1.022×10-6 mol/cm2.亚甲基蓝(MB)作为电化学检测的杂交指示剂.采用原子力显微镜(AFM)对刻蚀后的电极进行了形貌表征.在最优杂交条件下,通过差分脉冲法(DPV)计算出最佳检测限为5.677×10-13 mol/L(n=5),适用目标 DNA浓度范围1×10-8 mol/L~1×10-12 mol/L.该传感器有望用于实际样品中膀胱癌DNA的快速检测. 相似文献

A simple and highly sensitive method is described for direct voltammetric determination of noscapine in blood and pharmaceutical sample. Glassy carbon electrode with effective method is modified with multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) to cause activation of multiwall carbon nanotubes structures for electrocatalyzes of noscapine oxidation. The cyclic voltammetric (CV) results indicated that MWNTs remarkably enhances electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of noscapine, which is leading to considerable improvement of anodic peak current for noscapine, and allows the development of a highly sensitive voltammetric sensor for detection of noscapine in pharmaceutical and clinical samples. Under the optimum condition, the calibration curve was linear in the concentration range 4.0 × 10−7–1.0 × 10−4 mol L−1 with the detection limit of 8.0 × 10−8 mol L−1 and relative standard deviation (R.S.D.%) lower than 1.0% (n = 5). Finally, some kinetic parameters were determined and multistep mechanism for oxidation of noscapine for first time was proposed. 相似文献

For the first time a novel derivatized multi-walled carbon nanotubes-based Pb2+ carbon paste electrode is reported. The electrode with optimum composition, exhibits an excellent Nernstian response to Pb2+ ion ranging from 5.9 × 10−10 to 1.0 × 10−2 M with a detection limit of 3.2 × 10−10 M and a slope of 29.5 ± 0.3 mV dec−1 over a wide pH range (2.5-6.5) with a fast response time (25 s) at 25 °C. Moreover, it also shows a high selectivity and a long life time (more than 3 months). Importantly, the response mechanism of the proposed electrode was investigated using AC impedance technique. Finally, the electrode was successfully applied for the determination of Pb2+ ion concentration in environmental samples, e.g. soils, waste waters, lead accumulator waste and black tea, and for potentiometric titration of sulfate anion. 相似文献

A new poly(vinylchloride) (PVC) membrane electrode for trace level determination of Co2+ ions has been developed based on 5-amino-3-methylisothiazole as an ionophore, o-nitrophenyloctylether as a plasticizer and oleic acid (OA) as a good lipophilic additive. The electrode exhibits a Nernstian slope of 29.5 ± 0.2 mV/decade in a linear range of 1.0 × 10−1 to 6.3 × 10−7 M for Co2+ ions. The detection limit of this electrode is 3.9 × 10−7 M. It has a fast response time of 12 s and can be used for a period of 4 months without any divergence in potentials. The proposed electrode reveals a good selectivity for Co (II) over a wide variety of other tested cations and could be used in the pH range 3.3–9.0. The electrode was successfully applied as an indicator electrode for the potentiometric titration of cobalt ions with EDTA as well as for the direct determination of Co (II) in real samples. 相似文献
