采用SIMPLE算法和κ-ε模型,对内王低压加热器的300MW直接空冷机组排汽装置的内部漉场进行了三维数值模拟,得到了整个排汽装置内部流场的速度分布情况.结果表明,由于内王式低压加热器的影响和裤汽装置接颈部棱台的扩散作用使排汽装置接颈出口流场速度分布产生很大的不均匀性,从而导致蒸汽在排汽装置内流动的汽阻和压损增大,最终影响到机组运行的经济性.该数值模拟结果对直接空冷汽轮机择汽装置的完善化设计及改造,具有一定的指导作用.  相似文献

为了研究直接空冷机组排汽管道内水蒸汽的流动特性,采用CFD技术,对某台200MW直接空冷机组排汽管道内的水蒸汽流场进行了三维数值模拟.根据数值计算结果,在直接空冷大直径排汽管道内的弯头和三通等处安装导流叶,不仅有利于减小工质在管道内的流动阻力和实现管道内工质的均匀分布,而且有利于提高直接空冷系统的整体热效率.  相似文献

平行射流输运特性研究具有较重要的理论意义和工程价值,对水平浓淡煤粉燃烧也有较重要的意义。本文实验研究了双平行平面射流动量、能量和质量输运,结果表明:速度分布表现为双射流相互吸引并最终汇合成单一射流;温度分布反映了冷射流为加热射流所卷吸;浓度分布反映了惯性力的占优作用。三种变量分布反映了动量、能量和质量输运性质的根本性区别。  相似文献

The blends of two anthracite powders (YQ and JC) with a fat coal (C4) or a petroleum pitch (PP) or a coal tar pitch (CTP) in different proportions were co-carbonized at 3°C/min up to 1000°C in an experimental 1 Kg coke oven. Coke yield, coke particulate size, coke micro-strength and coke cracking strength were measured respectively. Coke optical textures were watched under a microscope. The results show that as anthracite proportion increases, coke yields of all blends improve; > 0.8 mm lump coke yields of blends with CTP or PP decline slightly, blends with C4 drop heavily; coke micro-strengths do not change sharply, and coke cracking strength of blends with C4 or PP decrease more than blends with CTP. C4 produces fine-grained mosaics, and two anthracites are mainly fusinite and fragments, PP is coarse-grained mosaics, and CTP is chiefly flow or domain textures. Independent optical textures were observed in cokes. There exist evident borders between the two contact optical textures which were produced by different components, and a few phenomena that domain or flow textures penetrating into fusinite appeared in the blends. It seems that CTP is the best adhesives for blending with anthracites for producing high quality cokes.  相似文献

Two simple and novel pyrheliometers have been designed and constructed based on a new methodology to measure solar irradiance. They are respectively the double-sensor and the single-sensor methods. The sensor surface is made of heavily oxidized stainless steel foil, which is formed as a circular disk and thermally joined to a large stainless steel ring acting as a heat sink. For the former method, through respectively measuring the temperature differences between the two sensors' center points and the heat sink, the incident solar irradiance and the heat-loss coefficient on the sensor's surface can be determined using thermal equilibrium equations under steady-state conditions. For the latter method, the ratio of solar irradiance to the temperature difference between the single-sensor's point center and the heat sink is a constant. The constant depends on the geometric dimensions, thermophysical properties of the sensor and the heat-loss coefficient. It can be calibrated using a standard pyrheliometer. Comparing a calibrated TMI Mark-VI pyrheliometer with the double-sensor pyrheliometer, the maximum relative deviation and the standard deviation are less than 3.0% and 2.7%, respectively. For the single-sensor pyrheliometer, the corresponding deviations are 3.1% and 1.5%, respectively. The instruments are simple and inexpensive. Their accuracy can meet the need of routine measurements of solar irradiance.  相似文献
