Minor addition of Sc to aluminum results in the rapid precipitation of homogeneously distributed Al3Sc dispersoids. The presence of Al3Sc dispersoids is more effective recrystallization inhibitors. Our work established the precipitation of homogeneously distributed Al3Sc dispersoids, which are coherent with the matrix, have the L12 structure. It was also established that the addition of Sc was effective in improving the recrystallization resistance. 相似文献

本文就Al、Zn 及其稀土合金和Fe等12 种试样进行了长达11 年的大气腐蚀试验。结果表明,Al、Zn及其合金中添加适量稀土可以不同程度提高其耐蚀性。特别是Al、Zn 合金中加入稀土后提高耐蚀性明显,Al-43.4% Zn-1.6% Si及Zn-5% Al合金中加入0.1% RE耐蚀性分别提高0.5 倍和1.05 倍。稀土的适宜加入量小于0.5% 。 相似文献

Al coated NdFeB magnets were prepared by plasma-assisted-physical-vapor-deposition(PA-PVD)method fo r enhancing the corro sion resistance.Mo rphologies and structures were characterized by an Xray diffractometer and a scanning electron microscope.Corrosion behaviors of the samples with different bias voltages were studied by electrochemical methods and neutral salt spray test,respectively.The bias voltage during the deposition process was optimized according to the coating structures and corrosion resistances.The density and flatness of Al coating increase with increasing the bias voltage,and at the same time the thickness decreases.The coating density and thickness turn to be stable when bias voltage is 1800 V.Also,the corrosion behaviors of PA-PVD Al coatings in different media,such as NaOH,HNO_3 and NaCl solutions,were studied.The self-corrosion potentials(E_(corr)) of PA-PVD Al coatings almost keep constant in NaOH and HNO_3 solutions with diffe rent concentrations.However,the self-corrosion current densities(J_(corr)) decrease with the increasing concentrations.E_(corr) shifts to negative potential and J_(corr)decreases gradually when increasing the concentration of NaCl solution.The corrosion mechanisms of Al coatings are discussed based on the corrosion behaviors in different media. 相似文献

本文系在硫酸、硫酸亚锡溶液中对添加有稀土的6063变形铝合金进行了阳极氧化和电解着色。比较系统地研究了氧化电解液的浓度、温度、时间、电流密度对膜层厚度的影响;以及着色电流密度、电压、时间对膜层色度的影响。结果证实,稀土可以明显地提高6063变形铝合金氧化膜厚度和电解着色的色度,稀土含量以0.30%为好。 相似文献

The effects of small amount additions of Sm on the martensitic transition and magnetic phase transition of polycrystalline Ni-Mn-Ga alloys were investigated. The experimental results show that the Sm doped alloys also undergo a thermal-elastic martensitic transformation and reverse transformation during cooling and heating process and the addition of Sm decreases the martensitic transformation temperature and Curie temperature in different degree respectively. Ni-Mn-Ga alloys of adding Sm still possess Heusler structure, but their crystal lattice parameters are modified slightly. The addition of a proper amount of Sm does not basically decrease Tc of the alloy when avoiding the appearance of second phase. The effects of yttrium and cerium on the compression properties of Ni_3Al-base alloys have beeninvestigated.The results reveal that the addition of about 0.1 wt% Y to Ni_3Al-B alloy is effective for improvingthe ductility at 1100℃.A ductility increase of about 100% is observed for this Y doped alloy.The yttrium re-fines grains of the alloy.An YNi_5 phase is found to be precipitated on the grain boundaries in the alloy con-taining 0.3 wt% Yor more.Adding about 0.1 wt% Ce to Ni_3Al-B-Cr-Zr alloy obviously improves the ductilityof the alloy at 1100℃.A ductility increase of about 50% is obtained for this alloy.The added cerium also pre-vents the formation of γ+γ' eutectic and refines it.The bulk phase of CeNi_4 appeares at the front of the eutecticin the alloys containing 0.1 wt% Ce or more. 相似文献
