针对装甲车辆PHM系统性能水平难以度量的问题,采用模糊层次分析法对装甲车辆PHM系统的性能进行评估,该方法在专家知识和经验的基础上增加了模糊数学的理论,评估结果更加科学可靠;首先通过深入研究装甲车辆PHM系统的应用现状和影响因素,建立装甲车辆PHM系统性能度量指标体系,然后采用多层次交互式层次分析法确定指标权重,最后采用模糊综合评判分析计算8套装甲车辆PHM系统性能状态;综合评价结果表明,不但有效地区分了不同装甲车辆PHM系统性能的优劣,同时还为装甲车辆PHM系统的研究与改进提供了参考方向. 相似文献

技术性能度量(TechnicalPerformanceMeasure)定义为评估一个系统达到其性能要求程度的度量指标,评估一个系统时可以根据对系统的要求定义若干个技术性能度量指标,这些指标反映了系统各个局部性能状况,却没有反映系统整体性能状况。本文在探讨技术性能度量(TPM)的基础上,提出了基于TPM的技术性能综合度量指标的概念,在分析的基础上提出了对TPM指标的规范化处理和指标综合的方法,结合实例进行了应用分析。 相似文献

鉴于现有的综合评价方法大多为刚性的评价,不适用于模糊因素评价,提出了一种基于中介真值程度度量的模糊综合评价方法,对效益型指标、成本型指标和区间型指标3种情况下的真值程度度量过程和参数取值方法进行了设计;并基于真值程度度量结果构造了中介模糊评判矩阵来进行综合评价。 为处理模糊信息创建了中介数学系统。相比传统模糊评价方法,基于中介真值程度度量的模糊综合评价方法更具有客观性,因此能更有效地处理模糊现象。与其他综合评价方法的对比实验表明,所提出的方法是有效的,并具有一定的优越性。 相似文献

任务调度算法的优劣直接影响系统的功能和性能,对其进行功能验证和性能评价具有很强的现实意义。本文改进IMC构建多核系统任务调度算法的功能模型,扩展aCSL从逻辑层次上刻画任务调度算法的性能指标,并基于改进的IMC和扩展的aCSL提出了一种多核系统任务调度算法动态度量方法实现对任务调度算法的功能验证和性能评价。用例分析表明本文提出的动态度量方法能有效对任务调度算法进行功能和性能的描述和度量,为多核系统任务调度算法的正确执行提供了有力支撑。 相似文献

针对网络安全性评价研究中的度量问题建立了基于ISO/IEC9126标准的网络安全指标体系模型.结合网络安全评价方法研究中的模糊性和不确定性等常见问题,首先以度量数据和各项指标计算公式为基础计算其指标值.其次,运用指标体系模型和模糊评价方法对评价指标进行模糊化处理.最后,结合各指标评价质量和模糊综合评价方法评价网络安全性.通过建立网络安全性评价模型,有效地解决了网络安全性的多指标评价问题,可用于指导相关人员进行网络安全方面改进. 相似文献

绩效评价系统是人力资源系统3P模型中的重要一环,是定期考察和评价个人或小组工作业绩的一种正式制度。利用微粒群算法对神经网络进行训练,再将此网络模型应用到人力资源管理系统中的绩效评价系统。最后通过在各级评价标准内按随机均匀分布方式生成的训练样本和测试样本来检测该微粒群神经网络。结果表明微粒群神经网络具有较强的泛化能力,应用在绩效评价系统中具有很高的评价准确率。 相似文献

Systematic performance appraisal and ranking of candidates applying for promotion is important in strategic human resource management. This paper discusses an approach for the promotion screening of candidates applying for a particular commission in a military organization. The approach uses a fuzzy set theory and electronic nominal group technique for ranking decisions fairly through the multi-criteria performance appraisal process. A new ranking procedure considering the metric distance and fuzzy mean value is proposed, which makes it possible to rank order the performance of the candidates by aggregating the scores from each evaluator. A new system for performance appraisal and promotion ranking is also developed. The system has a monitoring function which utilizes performance evaluation data without abnormal evaluation data, which could occur when a particular evaluator produces an incorrect result. The system was applied to a military organization in Korea. The results of example show that the systematic approach of the fuzzy procedure is an effective method for transparent and impartial multi-criteria performance evaluation. 相似文献

针对交互式遗传算法存在用户评价噪声和审美疲劳的问题,提出一种基于误差反向传播神经网络用户认知代理模型的交互式遗传算法。通过构建用户评价噪声模型,形成进化个体动态模糊区间适应值,以刻画用户认知随机不确定性;在用户认知确定阶段历史评价信息基础上,构建误差反向传播神经网络代理模型,给出一种新的适应值估计策略;通过度量均方误差,实现代理模型的管理与更新。将所提方法应用于蜡染风格图案设计,并与其他典型算法对比。结果表明,该方法能够有效优化进化个体适应值质量、降低用户审美疲劳。 相似文献

Program evaluation and review techniques (PERT) is an efficient tool for large project management. In actual project control decisions, PERT has successfully been applied to business management, industry production, project scheduling control, logistics support, etc. However, classical PERT requires a crisp duration time representation for each activity. This requirement is often difficult for the decision-makers due to the fact that they usually can not estimate these values precisely. In recent years, some fuzzy PERT methods have been proposed based on fuzzy set theory for project management. However, there is a drawback in the existing fuzzy PERT methods, i.e., sometimes they maybe cannot find a critical path in a fuzzy project network. In this paper, we propose a fuzzy PERT algorithm to find multiple possible critical paths in a fuzzy project network, where the duration time of each activity in a fuzzy project network is represented by a fuzzy number. An increasing number of Taiwanese universities are improving operational performance through innovation and total quality management (TQM). In addition, the National Quality Award (NQA), which is based on TQM, is now used to evaluate quality performance in various industries in Taiwan. Thus, several models for performance measurement have been proposed in recent years. However, these models do not take into account several features germane to performance within the Taiwanese university system, such as characteristics unique to the integration of TQM and innovation, comprehensive focuses in operational performance improvement across different types of universities, and interrelations among the different variables used to measure performance. Thus, precisely measuring and improving operation performance has proven to be a difficult task. The aim of this paper is to construct a network hierarchical feedback system (NHFS) based on the integration of TQM and innovation to overcome these problems. To that end, we adopted a decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method to address the complex, interdependent relationships among the variables and thereby construct a relation structure among the measurement criteria for evaluation purposes. A fuzzy analytic network process (FANP) is employed to overcome the problem of dependence and feedback among each of the TQM measurement criteria. A fuzzy analytic hierarchical process (FAHP) is used to evaluate the measurement criteria for innovation performance. Lastly, a gray relational analysis (GRA) is utilized to find optimal alternatives. The value of this study comes from providing all types of universities in Taiwan the most complete evaluation system of operational performance, as well as opportunities to realize improved competitive advantages and enhanced prospects for survival. 相似文献
