以某54 m分段风电叶片为研究对象,建立了分段叶片有限元模型,对分段叶片进行了刚度计算和模态分析,并分别与原始叶片对比。分析结果表明:四种极限工况下,分段叶片刚度与原始叶片基本一致;分段叶片前两阶振型与原始叶片一致,且前两阶固有频率基本吻合;叶片分段未对叶片振动性能带来很大影响,验证了此分段叶片结构刚度和振动性能的合理性。 相似文献

风电叶片的粘结区域一旦存在缺陷,将会在很大程度上影响叶片的使用寿命,成为后期事故的隐患。而常规的目视法、敲击法等方法难以准确地对缺陷进行检测和定位。本文应用超声波-回波无损探伤技术,对风电叶片梁帽与腹板粘结处玻璃钢(GFRP)进行扫查。分析结果表明,超声波能够穿透对声音衰减强烈的玻璃钢区域,接收到粘结区域的回波信息。因此,该方法应用于风电叶片无损探伤具有一定的可行性。 相似文献

Vehicle lightweight drives the adoption of new materials on automobile body structures. As a prerequisite for designing safe and reliable new material vehicle body, knowledge of testing and simulating new joining methods is of critical importance. In this study, a high strength steel adhesive joint reinforced by rivet is investigated first using mechanical tests to account for the effect of joint type and loading conditions, then numerically characterized using finite element simulation with simplified joint models. Results show that (1) adhesive and rivet conditionally enhance each other in the hybrid joint and (2) the calibrated adhesive/rivet model is validated in the hybrid joint, proving to be an effective and efficient tool for full vehicle simulation. 相似文献

In this investigation, an analytical elastic–plastic solution was proposed for a single-lap joint. A ductile adhesive joint material was used as the bond material. FM-73 was utilized in the study. The influence of the bending moment was neglected in the solution. The solution was modified for shear stresses. The analytical solution was compared with the FEM solution. A study has been made of ‘combined’ joints consisting of mechanical fastening and adhesive bonding between rigid adherends. The mechanical characteristics of such ‘hybrid’ butt and lap shear joints have been derived by theoretical analysis. Results from experimental tests in combined joints giver reasonable agreement with the theoretical equations relating joint load to deformation. 相似文献

A broad finite element study was carried out to understand the stress fields and stress intensity factors behavior of cracks in adhesively bonded double-lap joints, which are representative of loading in real aerospace structures. The interaction integral method and fundamental relationships in fracture mechanics were used to determine the mixed-mode stress intensity factors and associated strain energy release rates for various cases of interest. The numerical analyses of bonded joints were also studied for various kinds of adhesives and adherends materials, joint configurations, and thickness of adhesive and different crack lengths. The finite element results obtained show that the patch materials of low stiffness, low adhesive moduli and low tapering angles are desirable for a strong double-lap joint. In the double-lap joint, the shearing-mode stress intensity factor is always larger than that of the opening-mode and both shearing and opening mode stress intensity factors increase as the crack length increases, but their amplitudes are not sensitive to adhesive thickness. Results are discussed in terms of their relationship to adhesively bonded joints design and can be used in the development of approaches aimed at using adhesive bonding and extending the lives of adhesively bonded repairs for aerospace structures. 相似文献

采用芳纶纤维复合材料与钛合金制备单搭接胶接连接实验件。利用万能实验机、DIC、应变采集系统等手段,对胶接接头的极限载荷、应变场、应变分布和破坏模式进行表征,分析了拉伸载荷下胶接接头的应变分布规律和复合材料层合板刚度折减规律,探究了异质材料单搭接胶接接头的破坏过程。结果表明,胶接接头破坏模式为搭接接头两端胶层界面破坏,中间部位复合材料层间破坏。接头破坏过程为渐进破坏,受载时复合材料端头产生较大的剪切应变,裂纹在此处萌生,并不断向钛合金端头扩展,扩展部位复合材料层合板刚度不断折减,直到搭接面积过小胶层突然发生界面破坏。 相似文献
