The global electrical energy consumption is rising and there is a steady increase of the demand on the power capacity, efficient production, distribution and utilization of energy. The traditional power systems are changing globally, a large number of dispersed generation (DG) units, including both renewable and nonrenewable energy sources such as wind turbines, photovoltaic (PV) generators, fuel cells, small hydro, wave generators, and gas/steam powered combined heat and power stations, are being integrated into power systems at the distribution level. Power electronics, the technology of efficiently processing electric power, play an essential part in the integration of the dispersed generation units for good efficiency and high performance of the power systems. This paper reviews the applications of power electronics in the integration of DG units, in particular, wind power, fuel cells and PV generators.  相似文献

With the requirements for reducing emissions and improving fuel economy, automotive companies are developing electric, hybrid electric, and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. Power electronics is an enabling technology for the development of these environmentally friendlier vehicles and implementing the advanced electrical architectures to meet the demands for increased electric loads. In this paper, a brief review of the current trends and future vehicle strategies and the function of power electronic subsystems are described. 本文中介绍了二元并行CdZnTe探测器的读出电子线路,特别是用于信号处理的数字电路。结果显示用模拟电路方法测得二元并行探测器的探测效率分别是单元探测器的1.8和2.倍,但能量分辨率被限制了。然而对于能量分辨率的测试结果,数字方法得到的结果比模拟方法得到的好很多,提高了26.67%,同时探测效率却没有见效。导致这一区别的原因文中也做了相应的讨论。  相似文献

The authors discuss the electric dyadic Green's function for layered dielectrics. It is known that for the free-space electric dyadic Green's function, evaluation of the electric field at observation points within the source region requires specification of a principal volume along with the corresponding depolarizing dyad. Special considerations are invoked for layered background media which are appropriate for the electromagnetics of integrated electronics. It is shown that use of the Sommerfeld-integral representation of the electric dyadic Green's function leads to an innate choice for the depolarizing dyad. A corresponding principal volume is subsequently identified; it is demonstrated that there exists an alternative choice for this excluding region which leads to the same depolarizing dyad  相似文献

The electromechanical battery (EMB) is considered as an alternative energy storage system for electric utilities and other applications. An EMB is a modular unit consisting of an evacuated housing containing a fiber-composite rotor. The rotor is supported by magnetic bearings and contains an integrally mounted permanent magnet array. Recent developments in high-strength fibers, in permanent-magnet materials, and in solid-state power electronics allow the design of small (1 kW-h) modular EMBs for full-or hybrid-electric vehicles, and larger size modules (25 kW-h) for a variety of stationary storage needs. Design issues for EMBs with rotors made up of nested cylinders are addressed. Rotational stability, stress distributions, generator/motor power and efficiency, power conversion, and cost are discussed. It is concluded that the use of EMBs in electric autos could result in a fivefold reduction (relative to the IC engine) in the primary energy input required for urban driving, with a concommitant major positive impact on the economy and on air pollution  相似文献

As is frequently seen in sci‐fi movies, future electronics are expected to ultimately be in the form of wearable electronics. To realize wearable electronics, the electric components should be soft, flexible, and even stretchable to be human‐friendly. An important step is presented toward realization of wearable electronics by developing a hierarchical multiscale hybrid nanocomposite for highly flexible, stretchable, or transparent conductors. The hybrid nanocomposite combines the enhanced mechanical compliance, electrical conductivity, and optical transparency of small CNTs (d ≈ 1.2 nm) and the enhanced electrical conductivity of relatively bigger Ag nanowire (d ≈ 150 nm) backbone to provide efficient multiscale electron transport path with Ag nanowire current backbone collector and local CNT percolation network. The highly elastic hybrid nanocomposite conductors and highly transparent flexible conductors can be mounted on any non‐planar or soft surfaces to realize human‐friendly electronics interface for future wearable electronics.  相似文献

Tires are important parts in creating a great transportation system because they can significantly improve the overall system safety and fuel/power efficiency. The latter is especially important for the mileage of electric vehicles due to the limited electrical storage capacity. Here, green energy tires are designed by incorporating silica tread rubber with triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs). On the one hand, the silica‐based tread compound sharply cuts off the rolling resistance, improves fuel efficiency and reduces CO2 emissions, and provides all‐around traction without compromising braking. On the other hand, TENG converts frictional energy into electricity without changing the process of traditional tire production, which is able to be used for powering the electronics for automobile safety and automeasuring of tire pressure. The most important point lies in that TENG helps harness static electricity, which at present hinders the large‐scale application of silica‐filled green tires. Interestingly, it is also able to measure tire pressure and road condition from the changes in the output electrical signals, which thus leads to the smart applications of green energy tire in road/tire condition monitoring.  相似文献
