采用定向凝固无余量精铸工艺,制造了接近于空心涡轮叶片的2和壁厚的管状薄壁试样,研究了一种定向凝固高温合金的薄壁性能,结果表明,薄壁试样的持久性能与标准试样相比没有明显的下降,说明在本试验条件下,该合金的薄壁效应不明显,从工艺因素和显微组织方面讨论了试验结果。 相似文献

本文研究了两种方式载荷循环(矩形波和锯齿波)对定向凝固镍基高温合金DZ176G高温蠕变行为的影响。结果表明,与恒载荷静态蠕变相比,载荷循环并不影响蠕变塑性,但降低了蠕变寿命,蠕变寿命的降低程序近拟与载荷循环粢九成正比,且矩形载荷循环比锯齿波载荷循环效果更为明显。提出载荷循环导致蠕变寿命的降低与载荷变化引起的滞弹性效应无关,而是蠕变变形加速的结果。在载荷降低时,蠕变阻力的松弛导致在随后加载期间,试样 相似文献

The thermal fatigue behaviour and microstructure in a directionally solidified DZ38G alloyhas been investigated.It was found that DZ28G alloy has larger thermal fatigue resistancethan that of original M38G alloy because of the elimination of the transverse grain boundariesand the small elastic modulus.Detailed observation shows that microcrack is initiated at thegrain boundaries or the phase interfaces and propagates along interdendrites,grain boundariesand,sometimes,along the defined crystallographic direction and that the amount of carbidesat grain boundaries increases and the morphology of phase becomes irregular after thermal fa-tigue test. The high-temperature tensile fracture behavior of the Ni, Cr, AI-TaC eutectic superalloy directionally solidified under high temperature gradient is investigated. The hightemperature tensile fracture of this in situ composite has ductile character with lots of ductile nests whose diameters decrease with the increasing solidification, rates. The maximum δb and δ are respectively 668.5MPa and 19.6%. There is a TaC whisker in the center of each nest, and the deformation of γ‘ and TaC is uneven. The hightemperature tensile behavior cannot be explained by the rule of mixtures but is decided by the formation of the plastic deformation band. The crack extension model is given. 相似文献

采用伪二元相图法对DZ125多元合金进行了简化,并用二维Cellular Automaton(CA)法模拟了合金定向凝固微观组织.通过采用不均匀连续形核模型,在考虑到枝晶生长动力学的基础上,模拟了不同抽拉速度下合金定向凝固组织形貌,枝晶界面形态以及一次枝晶间距的变化,说明树枝晶竞争生长中存在"分枝"与"淹没"的机制;并且随凝固速率的增加,合金凝固组织从分枝较少的胞状树枝晶向分枝发达的树枝晶转变.模拟的一次枝晶间距从凝固速率为50 μm/s时的132 μm减少到凝固速率为500 μm/s时的69 μm.模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好. 相似文献

一种新的定向凝固镍基高温合金DZ417G已被研制成功,它不含有稀缺昂贵的金属元素W,Nb,Ta,Hf等元素,具有密度小、成本低的特点。简要地介绍这一合金的研究结果,包括化学成分的确定,定向凝固工艺和热处理制度的选定,所测试的各种力学性能,涉及不同温度的时拉伸性能,冲击韧性、持久、蠕变性能及其机理,高、低周疲劳和冷热疲劳性能,疲劳裂纹扩展速率,长期时效后组织和力学性能的变化以及抗氧化性能和物理性能。结果表明,DZ417G合金是一种综合性能优异的定向凝固镍基高温合金,很多性能指标优于DZ4合金,与DZ22和DS CM247LC合金相当,可用作先进航空发动机低压涡轮叶片等零件。 相似文献

The creep crack propagation in superalloy René80 of two different microstructures,i.e.,equiaxed grain structure by conventional casting and columnar grain by directionalsolidification,was investigated under static load at 1123 K.The creep crack growth rate,da/dt,seems to be correlated with the stress intensity factor,K.The creep crack growth ratein the directionally solidified alloy is lower than that in the conventional cast alloy,owing tothe elimination of transverse grain boundaries.The effect of microstructure on creep crackpropagation has also been discussed. 相似文献

DZ125合金再涂覆CoCrAlY涂层界面互扩散行为研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
采用电子束物理气相沉积(EB-PVD)方法在DZ125镍基高温合金上制备了CoCrAlY涂层,经过高温氧化扩散处理后,通过物理方法去除不同深度的涂层,采用相同的工艺重新制备了CoCrAlY涂层.研究了高温扩散过程中再涂覆CoCrAlY涂层与DZ125合金基体界面的互扩散行为及涂层的高温氧化行为.结果表明,去除涂层的深度对再涂覆涂层与合金界面的扩散行为以及涂层的高温氧化性能有重要影响.再涂覆涂层经高温氧化后形成的贫Al区厚度均小于首次涂覆涂层,且去除的深度越浅,贫Al区的厚度越薄.当涂层去除至互扩散区(IDZ)底部时,再涂覆涂层经高温氧化后形成的IDZ厚度与首次涂覆涂层相当,且氧化膜厚度较薄. 相似文献

纵向强静磁场可明显影响高温合金DZ417G的定向凝固组织.为控制定向组织树枝晶数目提供了一种新手段.在抽拉速率为5μm/s时,强磁场影响了该合金组织的定向凝固生长特性,影响程度随磁场强度的加大而增加.当抽拉速率达到40μm/s及其以上时,施加强磁场使得单位面积上的枝晶数目增加,枝晶数目随磁场强度的增大而增大,增大幅度最大达到一倍左右.当温度梯度增大时,强磁场在低抽拉速率(5μm/s)下影响该合金定向凝固的效应加剧,在抽拉速率40μm/s及其以上时增加枝晶数目的效应也加大.从磁抑制对流和热电磁效应方面分析了上述现象,提出了作用机理. 相似文献
