以CuC12.2H2O,SnCl2.2H2O为原料,草酸为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀-热分解法制备Cu-Sn预合金粉末。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分别分析前驱体粉末及热分解产物的物相组成和微观形貌,并研究所制备Cu-Sn预合金粉末的粒度和形貌特征。结果表明:共沉淀前驱体为CuC2O4.2H2O和SnC2O4.2H2O的固溶体,采用共沉淀-热分解法制备出的Cu-Sn预合金粉末具有粒度细小、粒度分布窄的特点,其中位径为1.68μm,且该合金粉末对前驱体粉末形貌具有继承性。  相似文献

研究用共沉淀-热分解法制备金刚石工具胎体用预合金粉,其中包括共沉淀反应pH值、反应温度和热分解反应温度等对粉末收得率和粒度等方面的影响.采用XRD 和SEM对粉末物相组成和形貌进行了分析,同时采用激光衍射粒度分析仪对预合金粉粒度分布进行了分析.研究结果表明:采用共沉淀-热分解法可以制备出良好的预合金化粉末,粉末呈棒状和不规则形状,粉末粒度较细,分布比较均匀、集中;粉末收得率随着共沉淀反应pH 值的增大而提高,在pH 值约等于9.8时达最大值;随着共沉淀反应温度的升高,粉末粒度逐渐增大;随着前驱体热分解反应温度的升高,粉末粒度逐渐增大.  相似文献

用共沉淀热分解法制备了用于金刚石制品的Fe-Co-Cu预合金粉.研究了共沉淀反应的pH值、温度、溶液浓度、加料顺序和速度对粉末粒度的影响,以及热分解条件对粉末粒度和含氧量的影响.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析粉末的物相组成,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察其形貌特征.研究结果表明:采用快速并流共沉淀方式,当共沉淀反应pH值为6.5~7.0、反应温度为50~70℃、金属盐溶液A与复合沉淀剂溶液B浓度均为0.5~0.8 mol·L-1时,制得的前驱体粉末在510~550℃分解30~50 min,得到收得率高、含氧量较低、粒度适中的Fe-Co-Cu预合金粉末.  相似文献

介绍了共沉淀-共还原法制备金刚石工具用超细预合金粉末的方法。利用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对FeN iCu(AP1)复合氧化物粉末不同温度还原产物进行了分析,并对FeN iCuSn(AM1)、FeCoCu(AS1)、CuSn(CST)不同成分预合金粉末的物相和形貌进行了研究,对粉末的比表面(BET)、费氏粒度、激光粒度(D50)、松装比和含氧量指标进行了测定,阐明了各配方预合金粉末的使用性能及特点。  相似文献

采用气流磨工艺制备Sm(Co,Cu,Fe,Zr)7.5合金粉末,研究了转速对合金粉末特性的影响及研磨不同阶段的粉末粒度变化,分析了合金磁性能与转速的关系.结果表明,增加转速将细化粉末粒度,提高粉末粒度的均匀性;研磨前阶段粉末粒度明显大于研磨中、后阶段;在转速为3 500 r/min时,所制备的粉末平均粒度约为5 μm,离散度最小,得到合金磁性能最佳,剩磁Br=1.081 T,最大磁能积(BH)max=226 kJ/m3,内禀矫顽力Hcj=2 240 kA/m.  相似文献

基于紧耦合气雾化技术制备符合选区激光熔化用18Ni300合金粉末, 重点研究了雾化压力对粉末粒度(中值粒径, D50)、粒度分布、球形度、氧含量、流动性和松装密度等特性的影响。结果表明: 雾化压力对上述粉末特性影响显著, 当雾化压力在3.5 MPa到4.5 MPa范围时, 随着压力的提高, 粉末粒度降低、表面形貌改善、流动性变好、松装密度增加。当雾化压力为4.5 MPa时, 所制备的粉末综合特性最优, 粉末粒度(D50)为34 μm, 球形度为0.77, 氧含量为0.02%(质量分数), 流动性为17.4[s·(50g)-1], 松装密度为4.32g·cm-3, 15~53 μm粒径范围粉末收得率为38.1%, 满足选区激光熔化技术对金属粉末性能的要求。  相似文献

钨粉粒度是影响钨铜合金组织和性能的主要因素之一,采用不同粒度(2.65 μm、4 μm、8 μm)的钨粉用熔渗法制备钨铜合金,通过性能检测和组织分析研究了钨粉粒度对该合金密度、硬度和电导率的影响.实验结果表明:钨粉粒度越细,钨铜合金的密度和硬度越大;但是由细钨粉制备的W-Cu合金闭孔较多,均匀性较差,电导率较小.钨粉粒度为4μm时所得产品综合性能最好,W-30Cu合金密度为14.44 g/cm3、硬度为HB 212、电导率为24.2 MS/m.W-20Cu合金密度为15.38 g/cm3,硬度为HB225,电导率为22.6 MS/m.  相似文献

通过喷射成型技术制备了Zn60A132Cu2Si6合金粉末,并通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜及激光粒度仪对粉末的物相能成、微观形貌和粒度分布进行了分析.结果显示:粉末由富Al的а相、富zn的η相、Si相以及少量的富铜相ε-CuZn4组成,粉末形貌大部分为圆球形,且有卫星颗粒,粉末尺寸分布在2~40gμm之间.  相似文献

采用紧耦合气体雾化法制备Fe-13%Cr-3%W高温合金粉末,研究雾化气体压力和熔体过热度对粉末粒度及形貌的影响.结果表明,增加雾化气体压力和熔体过热度可以降低粉末的中位径,小于45 μm和小于20 μm粉末的收得率明显增加.粉末形貌均为球形,存在卫星结构粉末及不规则状粉末,雾化气体压力和过热度对形貌的影响不大.还分析了雾化参数对雾化过程及粉末粒度的影响机理.  相似文献

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.  相似文献

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. Usage of quality of life of psychiatric patients' relatives as the parameter of estimation of the quality of psychiatric care is considered. By means of standard questionnaire elaborated by the authors as well as by means of both individual and group conversations the quality of life was analyzed in 40 relatives which lived together with psychiatric patients. Different spheres of their life and difficulties (financial, social-psychologic, production) were examined in families with such patients. The defects of psychiatric care that had direct influence on the quality of life of the psychiatric patients' relatives are outlined.  相似文献
