运用工程化掺铒光纤放大器模拟理论方法,基于国产1480nmLD泵源和国产Er^3+/Al^3+共掺杂光纤,从理论和实验上分析比较了新型两段级联泵浦与普通单段双泵两种结构EDFA的增益、功率和限幅特性。两段级联EDFA比单段EDFA的增益、3dB饱和输出功率和动态范围分别提高了5dB、1dB和12dB,泵浦光转换效率改善了20%。  相似文献

报道了一个无故障工作时间大于24小时的四路155Mb/s频分复用(FDM)光纤通信系统,实测系统误码率优于0×10(-14)。系统接收机包括解复用光滤波器,接收机灵敏度优于-30dBm(BER=1×10(-9),频道间距为0.1nm,四路FDM信号-20dB的总谱宽为0.7nm。系统采用国产DFB激光器为光源,实际光纤传输距离18km。系统全部实现了脱离光学平台的模块化结构,在长期的系统实验中显示了优良的稳定性。这一成果为FDM在光纤传输接入网中的进一步实用化开发铺平了道路。  相似文献

报道了一个使用光纤放大器的两路非相干频分复用光纤传输实验系统。系统采用国产DFB激光器作光源,用意大利生产的光纤放大器作在线放大器,用自制的光学谐振腔作光学滤波器和解复用器,采用FSK调制制式,将140Mb/s非归零伪随机码传输了50公里,得到了很好的眼图。在频道间距为10GHz情况下,未观测到邻道干扰和光纤放大器的非线性现象。  相似文献

A simple two-step film envelope method has been proposed to determine the optical constants and small inhomogeneity of the optical films, which uses maximum envelopes and minimum envelope of the normal incidence transmittance of the two-step film. The two-step films were prepared by stopping the deposition process in the middle of the designed sputtering time, and then, after a full cooling down to room temperature, repeating the same deposition process again to complete the whole preparation of the films. The optical constants of Nb2O5-TiO2 mixed films were calculated by two-step film envelope method and traditional envelope method. The experimental results demonstrate that the average refractive index and extinction coefficient calculated by two-step film envelope method are more accurate than those calculated by the traditional envelope method.  相似文献

Silica based coatings with various thicknesses (600-3000 nm) were prepared from the gellation of aqueous suspensions composed of colloidal silica particles, small graphite particles and inorganic binder materials, the latter were included to improve the coating structure. The graphite particles added in amounts of 0.8-3.6 wt.%, in the dried coating, absorb visible light with the same efficiency, which results in coatings with neutral optical density in this range of the spectrum. The optical density of the coatings can be changed from basically 0, in coatings without graphite, to more than 2 in thick coatings with 3.6 wt.% of graphite. The structural characterization of the coatings was carried out using X-ray diffraction, Raman scattering and atomic force microscopy.  相似文献

微光学元件在现代光学中具有重要的作用,通过制作8台阶的微闪耀光栅列阵,控制周期参数,利用其在空间的闪耀输出与级连,可以实现2×2、4×4以及8×8的光开关功能,光信号交换透明,无光电-电光转换过程。对微闪耀光栅输出信号的串扰分析表明,微闪耀光栅光开关可以有效的抑制串扰问题,在全光网络通信中具有一定的应用。  相似文献

Mn3O4 nanoparticles were prepared by a simple solid state decomposition method. Four manganese benzoic acid complexes were synthesized through semi-solid phase reaction method as precursors for the preparation of Mn3O4 nanoparticles. The calcination temperature of the precursors was determined from thermal gravimetrical analyses (TGA). The resulting nanoparticles were characterized by XRD, SEM, STM and HRTEM. The obtained particle size is in the range 39–90 nm. HRTEM indicated the formation of spherical nanoparticles. The optical absorption measurements for the obtained nanoparticles showed that the fundamental absorption edge obeys Tauc's relation for the allowed direct transition. It was found that, the optical band gap (Eg) increases with the decrease of the particle size of the Mn3O4 nanoparticles.  相似文献

提出了一种可减少多址干扰的非相干OCDMA编解码方案,该方案利用光开关控制2个单极性编码器和1个具有平衡互补结构的解码器,在1个光学信道上实现了双极性OCDMA信号传输;分析了电光编码、传输、解码、光电转换等环节的信号变化,推导出系统的噪声和误码率公式;与其它CDMA方案比较表明本方案在误码率方面可达到电域双极性CDMA系统的水平。  相似文献

A method is described for the simultaneous measurement of the refractive index and thickness of a transparent film. The method is based on the rotational shift of the interference pattern caused by the change of the light incidence angle. The refractive index is evaluated without any prior information about film thickness or about the substrate and its refractive index. In addition, the roughness of the interfaces and/or the presence of an unidentified thin layer are not important. In two experimental examples, the refractive index and thickness are measured for a GaN thin film and a cling-film.  相似文献
