针对平板型表面波放电等离子体源,建立了表面波放电狭缝天线辐射电磁波模型,对狭缝天线辐射电磁场分布进行了三维数值计算,并与表面波电磁场进行对比分析,讨论了平板型表面波放电机理。结果表明:整个狭缝天线阵激发的电磁场是每个狭缝天线激发电磁场的线性叠加;狭缝天线阵直接激发的电磁场强度在临近波导壁面处很大,并且随着空间距离的增大迅速衰减;狭缝天线阵直接激发和表面波的电场均远大于各自的磁场,分析电、磁场对带电粒子的力作用时可以忽略磁场力的作用;表面波电磁场远大于狭缝天线阵直接辐射的电磁场,强电磁场范围也远大于狭缝天线阵直接激发的强电磁场范围,等离子体有增强电磁场强度、扩大强电磁场范围的作用。 相似文献

A novel design of a printed ring-slot antenna with circular polarisation (CP) is first proposed. The CP radiation of the slot antenna is achieved by a series microstrip-line feed configuration. Using the single CP slot antenna as an array element, the 1times2 and 2times2 slot arrays are constructed and measured. To obtain wider CP bandwidth, phase sequential rotation technique is applied to the feed network of these printed slot arrays. The experimental results show that the 2times2 slot array antenna is capable of 15% bandwidth for an axial ratio of less than 3 dB 相似文献

A technique for reducing the dimensions of the cavity of a cavity-backed slot antenna (CBSA) is presented, which facilitates proper fabrication and integration of miniaturized slot antennas on multilayer substrates. This is accomplished by replacing the solid metal around the traditional slot antennas with a specific metallic pattern that can be viewed as a series of parallel strip lines placed around the slot antenna. This metallic pattern is then modified by designing the parallel strips in a compact fashion to reduce the overall antenna dimensions and obtain a reduced-size CBSA. It is shown that, for a simple straight slot antenna, the overall occupied volume of the modified cavity backing the slot antenna can be reduced by more than 65% without affecting the high radiation efficiency of the antenna. A number of traditional cavity backed slot antennas and the proposed modified CBSAs are designed, fabricated, and measured. The reduced-size CBSAs show a very low input VSWR, low cross-polarized radiation levels, and high radiation efficiency. Despite their small ground plane size, the proposed cavity backed slot antennas have front-to-back ratio (FTBR) values in the range of 6-7 dB. 相似文献

A stacked slot antenna is proposed and studied to improve the performance of a circularly-polarised (CP) annular-ring slot antenna that has the disadvantages of a narrow bandwidth, a lower gain and bidirectional radiation. The stacked antenna structure is composed of a circular wide slot, a parasitic patch and a metallic reflector, and its CP radiation is excited through the proximity coupling of an L-shaped microstrip line. A 4 times 4 array using the stacked slot antenna as an element is also developed and designed at X-band. Details of the antenna design and obtained results are presented. 相似文献

A new type of a slot antenna in which a slot is formed in wound-type around a dielectric substrate is proposed. In comparison with a conventional meander slot antenna, the proposed antenna has a wider bandwidth and smaller size. The proposed antenna has been designed on a gallium arsenide (GaAs) substrate and fabricated by integrated circuit process for the integration of the antenna with active components. The dual exponentially tapered slot antenna (DETSA) is a low-profile slot line radiator that is a modified form of a Vivaldi radiator. The DETSA is created by taking a Vivaldi radiator and tapering the outside edge of the slot line conductors. The shape of the outside edge of the slot line conductors adds additional antenna design degrees of freedom. 等效导纳值是波导宽边纵缝天线的关键设计参数。为克服传统波导裂缝天线副瓣偏高、设计效率低下等问题,本文提出了一种单脊波导裂缝天线的改进设计方法,在传统波导裂缝阵列天线设计的基础上,利用等效导纳值对天线等效电路的影响,在裂缝单元下增加金属膜片,通过改变金属膜片的高度,优化裂缝等效导纳值,使得每个裂缝口径场分布更加接近于理论设计值,并在设计过程中使用牛顿迭代法提取导纳进一步缩短设计时间。通过设计实例表明:应用此方法设计单脊波导裂缝天线能够有效抑制副瓣电平,天线方位面副瓣电平可达到-30 dB 以下;在满足主要指标要求的前提下,设计效率显著提升。 相似文献

A cavity-backed loop antenna is developed for producing broadband circularly polarized (CP) radiation. The antenna configuration consists of a slot loop and a strip loop. The slot loop radiates a CP wave at a lower frequency while the strip loop produces CP radiation at a higher frequency. A combination of the two frequencies leads to a bandwidth enhancement. The slot/strip loop antenna is fed by a single straight microstrip line. It is demonstrated that the cavity-backed slot/strip loop antenna can achieve an axial ratio (les 3 dB) bandwidth of 19% with good impedance matching. The antenna configuration is described and the operating principles for broadband circular polarization and impedance matching are analyzed. In this work, a novel Circularly Polarized (CP) slot antenna is proposed for low RCS and high gain applications. The proposed antenna is designed in two phases. Initially, a metasurface is designed, which is composed of two similar artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) unit cells arranged orthogonally in chessboard-like configuration for broadband RCS reduction. Then, the CP slot antenna is designed by placing dual SRR on the backside of the slot for impedance matching and to achieve circular polarization. Detailed analysis is conducted to investigate the performance of metasurface loaded CP slot antenna. The proposed antenna shows 10 dB RCS reduction over the bandwidth of 41.3% at boresight direction compared to CP slot antenna. The maximum in-band and out-of-band RCS reduction achieved is 24 dB and 20 dB, respectively. The maximum gain of the antenna is also increased by 2.7 dB as a result of parasitic radiation of the metasurface and an improvement in overall performance of the antenna is observed by the employment of metasurface. Measured results of the fabricated prototype are in good agreement with the simulated results. 相似文献

辐射缝隙导纳和耦合缝隙阻抗的频率特性,是影响缝隙阵列天线驻波带宽的主要因素。以改善整个缝隙阵阻抗匹配频率特性为出发点,提出了一种展宽波导缝隙阵列天线驻波带宽的新方法,即选择合适的辐射缝隙的总导纳常数。仿真分析表明,改变后的缝隙阵列天线的驻波带宽有了较大改善,其与理论分析的结果是一致的。 相似文献
