针对不锈钢氧化脱磷容易导致合金元素铬损耗的问题,在中频感应炉中采用20%CaO-45%BaO-15%Fe2O3-10%Cr2O3-10%CaF2渣系进行氧化脱磷试验。在热力学计算的基础上,通过调配BaO含量、钢液中初始碳含量和钢水处理温度,获得脱磷率不低于50%,脱磷过程中铬氧化量不超过8%的试验结果。试验研究表明:该试验渣系的脱磷效果比CaO渣系好,与BaO渣系相当;随着钢液中碳含量的提高,脱磷率增加、铬损减小;随着熔炼温度的升高,脱磷率降低、铬损减小,在1 750 K时脱磷率和铬损耗处于最优化水平。  相似文献

试验研究了60 t转炉采用石灰石替代石灰造渣对0.03%~0.27%C,0.012%~0.024%P,0.023%~0.036%S钢水在1580~1680℃的脱磷效果,对比了石灰石和石灰造渣时渣-钢磷分配比,得出石灰石造渣时渣中TFe,终渣碱度和终点钢水温度对渣-钢磷分配比Lp的影响。结果表明,石灰石替代石灰造渣时,熔池中铁和磷的氧化方式和脱磷反应不变,但钢水的脱磷效果较好:石灰造渣平均Lp为80,石灰石造渣平均Lp为101。石灰石替代石灰造渣炼钢时,渣中TFe含量14%~17%,终渣碱度3.1~3.4,钢水终点温度1600~1630℃时,脱磷效果最好。  相似文献

从转炉吹炼的角度探讨了渣中氧化铁含量、碱度、钢水温度等因素对脱磷的影响以及这些影响因素之间的相互作用,前期脱磷温度应控制在1350~1450℃;终渣碱度不小于3.5,初期渣碱度1.8~2.0;炉渣中的氧化铁含量15%~20%。提出了前期采用小流量、高枪位、迅速化渣的吹炼方法,强化前期脱磷,最终脱磷率稳定地控制在90%~95%,为优质钢的生产奠定了基础。  相似文献

为了提高转炉终点钢水磷含量预测的准确性,分析了钢水温度、渣氧化性及渣碱度等相关参数对脱磷的影响,优化了磷含量预测模型的系统流程、模型计算和参数自学习。该模型优化后,转炉终点钢水磷含量预测值准确性得到提高,转炉平均取样时间缩短1.2 min/炉,提高了生产效率,减少了生产质量事故。  相似文献

低磷钢是纯净钢生产的重要部分,从钢包回磷控制和脱磷、锰铁合金脱磷两方面开展低磷钢冶炼的相关理论及工艺研究.结果表明控制钢液脱磷和回磷的CaO基钢包顶渣存在一个临界碱度和临界氧化性,而锰铁合金氧化脱磷存在一个临界碳含量[%C]*,它对应着最大磷分配比LP和最小锰分配比LMn,采用BaO基渣系对锰铁合金脱硅脱磷联动处理获得45%~50%的脱磷率.  相似文献

基于太钢工业纯铁磷含量控制现状,为解决磷含量偏高的问题,采用转炉“双渣”操作,比常规工艺脱磷率提高2%~5%。采用钢包炉脱磷,渣中FeO含量达到30%以上。相比常规工艺,炉渣氧化性更强、碱度更高,高氧化性、高碱度炉渣为脱磷提供了良好的热力学条件。采用转炉“双渣”与钢包炉脱磷相结合的工艺,在超低磷工业纯铁生产中取得了良好的效果。  相似文献

从碳-磷选择性氧化、脱磷反应平衡、转炉熔池磷分配比与脱磷渣熔点的角度分析了复吹转炉双渣法冶炼工艺一次倒炉温度的选择。提出一次倒炉温度最佳控制范围为1 350~1 400℃,并进行了工业试验,结果表明:将一次倒炉温度控制在1 350~1 400℃,一次倒炉平均脱磷率、脱磷渣平均w(P2O5)分别达到63.11%、3.10%。并对1 350~1 400℃区间内试验炉次一次倒炉熔渣碱度、氧化性与一次倒炉脱磷效果的关系做了进一步研究,发现:碱度为1.8~2.0、w(T.Fe)=14%~17%的脱磷渣系更有利于获得一次倒炉的最佳脱磷效果。  相似文献

本文以实际生产数据为依据,重点对转炉炼钢厂1#顶底复吹转炉进行分析研究,当转炉冶炼低碳钢时,研究结果表明: a.由于过氧化现象比较严重,1#转炉的终点碳氧浓度积与理论的平衡值有一定偏差,主要原因在于冶炼后期底吹强度不够大,导致部分钢水过氧化 b.终渣碱度在4~5范围内时,磷、硫在渣-钢间的分配系数最大,脱磷、脱硫效果最好。超出这个范围,碱度无论升高或降低,脱磷效果都变差; c.终点[C]高时,炉渣中(FeO)低,炉渣氧化性低,不利于脱磷; d.终点[C]高时,炉渣中(FeO)低,炉渣氧化性低,利于脱硫; e.冶炼终点钢水温度越低、[C]越高,钢水、炉渣氧化性越低,钢水中残锰含量越高。  相似文献

唐钢公司二钢轧厂利用55 t顶底复吹转炉研究了双渣操作对脱磷效果的影响。试验结果表明,采用双渣法可以将脱磷率由单渣法的87.8%提高到92.6%,终点钢水磷含量低至0.008 1%;采用双渣法留渣冶炼有利于提高前期炉渣中FeO含量和碱度,从而有利于脱磷,可将脱磷率提高到95.2%,终点钢水磷含量降低至0.005 5%。脱磷率随着吹氧时间和供氧量的增加而升高,增加总吹氧时间或者总供氧量有利于改善化渣效果。另外,增加总吹氧时间或者总供氧量也延长了脱磷时间,最终提高了脱磷效果。  相似文献
