镁基脱硫剂铁水炉外脱硫的工艺研究

针对镁基脱硫剂铁水炉外的脱硫工艺进行研究,对工业生产的铁水预处理中使用Mg/CaO复合脱硫处理的脱硫数据进行分析。研究表明:脱硫效果取决于铁水初始硫含量、Mg占脱硫剂比率、粉剂喷吹速率等因素,而且与其呈成正比的关系。

铁水包喷吹Mg+CaO粉剂脱硫技术

分析了宝山钢铁股份有限公司采用TDS(Torpedo Car Desulphurization)、PTC(Hot Metal Pre-treatment Center)和铁水包单枪、双枪喷Mg+CaO脱硫模式的生产情况.结果表明,采用铁水包喷吹Mg+CaO脱硫在喷吹时间、脱硫效果、粉剂消耗、生产组织及经济效益等方面明显优于混铁车喷吹脱硫.脱硫时间可缩短50%以上,终点硫质量分数可达到0.001%～0.003%,粉剂总耗量仅为CaC2基粉剂耗量的50%、CaO基粉剂耗量的20%,综合成本比TDS或PTC混铁车脱硫低18%～30%.铁水罐双枪喷Mg+CaO脱硫模式的效果最好.     

镁基铁水炉外脱硫工艺的试验研究

叙述了镁基铁水炉外脱硫工艺技术研究的简要过程,分析了镁脱硫的原理及影响镁脱硫的因素。试验结果表明：镁基炉外脱硫工艺可行,该工艺具有设备简单、投资低、脱硫效率高、渣量少、铁损低和成本适中等优点。该试验研究的成功打破了国外认为用镁基脱硫剂进行脱硫,只能在100t以上,喷吹深度大于2m铁水包内进行的论断。     

不同铁水脱硫工艺方法的应用效果

介绍了武钢在提高铁水脱硫预处理能力过程中的基本情况及对KR机械搅拌法、鱼雷罐喷吹法、铁水罐喷吹法处理工艺的优化和降低生产成本等方面达到的效果,介绍了这几种工艺方法使用CaO、CaC2、CaO Mg粒、纯Mg粒等不同脱硫剂及新型脱硫剂试验的情况,分析了各种方法的优缺点。机械搅拌法动力学条件好,较容易实现深脱硫;鱼雷罐喷吹适用于大批量的铁水预处理;纯镁铁水脱硫工艺脱硫剂单耗低,喷吹过程平稳。     

铁水预处理脱硫剂应用试验

采用顶喷吹工艺,试验应用CaO基、CaC2基两种脱硫剂进行铁水预处理。分析了脱硫率、铁水降温、处理后铁水[S]等与脱硫剂单耗的关系,认为选择CaC24 5kg/t、CaO10 5kg/t可以满足济钢铁水预处理工艺要求。
