珊瑚礁区水深反演对于珊瑚礁区域工程建设与珊瑚礁保护具有重要意义。遥感影像辐亮度值与水深具有很好的相关性,据此波段比值法和线性组合算法被应用到珊瑚礁区的水深反演中,并根据复杂的珊瑚礁地形地貌对以上2种模型均做了优化。结果表明:经过改进的波段比值算法在3~5m、10~15m的水深反演中精度较高。而本文用到的模型在5~10m水深范围内的精度均较差,初步得到的结论是珊瑚礁区特殊的地形地貌导致的。  相似文献

为准确高效地获取沉陷水域水深数据,提出了一种煤矿沉陷水域水体深度多源数据融合反演模型。基于Sentinel-2遥感数据和无人船水深实测数据,分别构建单波段模型、多波段模型和对数比值模型。利用支持向量机(support vector machine,SVM)分别对三种经典模型中拟合优度最高的模型进行优化。结果表明:蓝色单波段模型、多波段模型、蓝色与绿色比值对数模型三种模型的拟合优度最靠前,分别为0.635、0.675、0.517;均方根误差分别为1.32 m、1.24 m、1.53 m。对经典模型进行SVM优化后,反演精度均有提高,拟合优度分别为0.724、0.759、0.522;均方根误差分别为1.15 m、1.07 m、1.52 m;SVM多波段模型的反演精度最高。研究表明,利用多源数据融合反演沉陷水域水体水深能够达到一定的精度要求,可以为矿区沉陷区水域治理提供依据。  相似文献

以扎龙湿地龙泡子为研究区,用实测高光谱数据和同步测量的水深数据,建立湿地湖泊的水深反演模型。通过分析水体反射率的一阶微分与水深之间的相关性来选取水深反演因子,建立了水深反演单波段模型和多波段模型,以波长832.05、839.87、809.08和774.76 nm建立的多波段线性模型效果较好,相对误差为5.90%,均方根误差为10.869 cm。湿地内影响因素较复杂,要深入研究水中杂质和水体底质的光谱特征才能进一步提高反演模型精度。  相似文献

文中在分析卫星遥感测深机理的基础上,利用SVCHR-1024高光谱成像仪确定了可见光反演水深的最佳波段,通过对HJ星CCD数据各波段反射率、波段比值组合对水体、水深的敏感性分析,建立了适合于乌苏里江的单波段对数水深反演模型,从而快速获取乌苏里江河道地形信息,并探测了河道深泓线,整体精度达到80%以上.遥感反演水深可快速探测河道深泓线的方法,为乌苏里江河势演变研究提供了新的思路.  相似文献

鉴于传统水深反演线性回归模型易受水质和环境因素的影响,利用甘泉岛区域的高分辨率WorldView-2遥感影像,结合相应的机载LiDAR实测水深数据,使用随机森林算法构建了浅海水深反演非线性回归模型。以反演的水深值和实测水深值的相关系数(R~2)和均方根误差(RMSE)为指标,并同传统的水深反演单波段线性回归模型、双波段比值线性回归模型以及多波段组合线性回归模型进行比较。结果表明,随机森林水深反演非线性回归模型反演精度最优,R~2和RMSE分别为0.967和0.868m。  相似文献

针对利用传统浓密植被法难以准确确定地表反射率的不足,分析了Landsat-8 OLI影像红蓝波段的地表反射率与归一化植被指数、散射角对短波红外波段(2.1μm)地表反射率的关系。分析表明,红、蓝波段与短波红外波段(2.1μm)地表反射率之间的比例关系随归一化植被指数和散射角的改变而不同,据此提出构建用于确定红、蓝波段地表反射率的关系模型,用于实现气溶胶光学厚度的反演。选取美国中东部云覆盖较小的地区进行气溶胶反演,使用AERONET站点数据进行反演结果的验证。结果表明,使用该模型得到反演结果与AERONET站点的实测值具有很好的一致性,拟合结果较好;大约70%的数据位于误差线内,反演结果满足精度要求。  相似文献

针对HJ-1A/B卫星CCD数据,建立适合于厦门海域的叶绿素a浓度反演模型,将为持续监测该海域的赤潮提供时间序列的叶绿素a浓度数据。基于2013年7月31日厦门海域水体实测光谱与叶绿素a浓度同步测量数据,及HJ\|1B卫星CCD2光谱响应函数,对各波段遥感反射率与叶绿素a浓度的相关性进行比较,证实蓝、绿波段比值与叶绿素a浓度相关性最高。对OC3模型在内的5种模型的反演结果和实测叶绿素a浓度做相关性分析,发现各模型相关系数均达到0.7以上。利用2013年7月30日实测数据对同期厦门海域HJ-1B卫星CCD2数据叶绿素a浓度反演结果进行精度验证,结果表明本地化的10指数模型在反演叶绿素a浓度动态范围较大的区域具有更高的精度。  相似文献

无人机高光谱遥感是低成本、高精度获取精细尺度农作物生物物理参数和生物化学参数的新型手段,以此快速反演叶面积指数(Leaf Area Index, LAI)对作物长势评价、产量预测具有重要意义。以山东禹城市玉米为研究对象,利用PROSAIL辐射传输模型模拟玉米冠层反射率获取LAI特征响应波段结合相关性定量分析获取对LAI变化最为敏感的波段,并以此计算6种植被指数(Vegetation Index,VI),利用6种回归模型分别对单一特征波段和VI进行反演建模,以实测LAI评定模型精度。研究表明,光谱反射率中516、636、702、760和867 nm等波段对LAI变化最为敏感,以此建立的单一特征波段反演模型预测LAI精度R2为0.44~0.58;RMSE为0.16~0.18,其中636 nm建立的模型(LAI=21.86exp(-29.47R636))相比其他反演模型预测精度较高(R2=0.58,RMSE=0.16);6种植被指数与LAI高度相关,相关性系数R 2为0.85~0.86,以此建立的反演模型相比单一特征波段反演模型精度有所提高,R2为0.66~0.72,RMSE为0.12~0.14;其中mNDVI构建的LAI估算模型(LAI=exp(2.76~1.77/mNDVI))精度最高(R2=0.72,RMSE=0.13)。无人机高光谱遥感是快速、无损监测农作物生长信息的有效手段,为指导精细化尺度作物管理提供依据。  相似文献

高分六号中分辨率宽幅相机(GF6-WFV)设计了两个红边波段,具有水体叶绿素a浓度监测的潜力。实验选取官厅水库、陆浑水库和白洋淀等6个中国东部典型湖库为研究区,获取141个采样点实测光谱和叶绿素a浓度数据。基于实测数据对4种常用的叶绿素a浓度反演半经验模型进行参数优化和模型精度验证,选取最优反演模型。结果表明,GF6-WFV数据新增红边Ⅰ波段(B5:710 nm)和红波段(B3:660 nm)构建的两波段比值模型反演精度较高,相关系数平方(R2)为0.89,平均相对误差(MRE)为34.71%,均方根误差(RMSE)为13.29 mg/m3。研究表明:利用GF6-WFV影像数据能有效反演水体叶绿素a浓度,研究基于多湖库、多时相数据建立的GF6-WFV影像水体叶绿素a浓度反演模型,在中国东部典型湖库具有较好的适用性。  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献

Abstract  This paper considers some results of a study designed to investigate the kinds of mathematical activity undertaken by children (aged between 8 and 11) as they learned to program in LOGO. A model of learning modes is proposed, which attempts to describe the ways in which children used and acquired understanding of the programming/mathematical concepts involved. The remainder of the paper is concerned with discussing the validity and limitations of the model, and its implications for further research and curriculum development.  相似文献
